It was clean and cozy! Quiet neighborhood! Friendly property managers! They answered every question I had in a timely manner and even emailed me to make sure our stay was going well! Would definitely book with them again!!

Nice place to stay
We had three adults and two young teens and this house was a nice size for us. There was some confusion on check-in and getting the door code but it was resolved within a few minutes with a phone call when we arrived at the house the first night.
Beware, the Naval Air Station is not far away and the fighter jets fly over the house. They are AMAZING!! They are loud but only for a short time and then it’s fine. We didn’t notice any on the weekend though.
The drive to the oceanfront was maybe five minutes or less right down the street. Usually it took longer to park once you got there than it did actually getting there. We needed the convention center while we were there and that only took maybe 3 minutes to get there.
If you like a good breakfast, seek out the Blvd Bistro. It is in the opposite direction of the beach but it is a nice little diner that has Great food and is priced more like a local joint than one geared towards tourists.

Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this location for our Virginia Beach vacation. The house was clean and came exactly as described. We had enough space for a family of 5, and the property manager and her team were the perfect blend of accessible without interfering. We had a couple questions that were answered right away. Clean, Affordable Beach Getaway
Our family had a wonderful experience staying at this location for our Virginia Beach vacation. The house was clean and came exactly as described. We had enough space for a family of 5, and the property manager and her team were the perfect blend of accessible without interfering. We had a couple questions that were answered right away. We recommend this property!

Roomy, clean, great value
My family of four adults was completely comfortable here for three nights. All is as described and everything super super clean .DW, laundry and A/C all worked great. Rooms are spacious and homey. Owner was accessible when needed throughout our stay. We drove down to OBX, climbed Cape Henry lighthouse and enjoyed the lovely VA beach. We had jets taking off on one out of our three day stay. Sound is not bad on the beach, and you can actually watch from there. Inside the house, we cranked up a music channel on the big screen TV to mask the sound. We would stay again.

Wonderful stay in Virginia Beach !
This was the perfect rental for our stay. It was accurately described. The owner was accessible and accommodating. The property was clean and beds were very comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place, and we plan on staying there next time we are in Virginia.

We stayed here for Labor Day weekend, it was close to the start line if the rock and roll half marathon. House was clean, check in was easy.

The house was clean, and contained everything we needed. We appreciated the fenced in backyard as well as the cute front porch.
The owner was able to accommodate some unusual special requests that we had, and kept in touch with us during our visit.
Overall excellent experience for our whole family. We look forward to working with Chris for future Virginia Beach vacations.

Beach visit
We were comfortable and we had what we needed. We mostly just sleep there but if need be, we could have used all the facilities.

Fun trip!
The only thing I can say against this vacation is the location being near the military base. I saw there is a upcoming airshow so might explain the non stop fighter jets overhead.. kind of can’t avoid it in Virginia Beach.. You kind of get used to it after awhile.. beds were comfy...loved that everyone had their own bedrooms and the extra half bath was nice too! And have to say a big thank you that the owner was so kind when my sons grandma was dying and had to leave suddenly to say goodbye to her, she said don’t worry about a thing, just go and family first.. gave us her prayers.. thank you Chris. There are good people in this world, and she is one of them!

Wonderful time!
We really enjoyed the house. Only about 5 blocks from the beach. We rode the bikes to the store several times. I haven't rode a bike in years. The people in the neighborhood were very nice also. We will stay again!

Perfect for us
We rented this house for friends to stay in during our daughter's wedding. It is close to the venue and close to the beach. The house was clean. Bedding was very good. Parking was excellent. The kitchen was outfitted for the stay with the things one would need such as coffee pot and utensils. This house is outfitted for weekly rentals. Towels, linens, etc are stocked. I recommend this for a family or close friends.

Comfortable home in great condition. Great location, short ride to beach and numerous attractions. I will recommend it to friends and may return again when traveling to Virginia Beach!

Cute house for a nice vacation!!
This house is perfect. It has everything you need for a great beach vacation. Its in a quiet area and not to far from the beach. It has a great back yard to sit and relax after the beach. I will definately rent it again.

Loved it!!
Great vacation house. Very comfortable and nice size house. Owner was very tentative to our needs. They have a large backyard with a firepit. Beach and boardwalk was only a 5 min drive away. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Nice property
Nice place to stay and Cris was very available and nearby to help in anyway needed. Beach within a 20 minute walk. Unfortunately, the BBQ wasn't available when we were there. Would recommend this place nice and clean.

Lovely cottage near the ocean
We enjoyed our five night stay at the lovely cottage we rented near Virginia Beach. It is a cozy place with cute beach decor and flowers blooming near the door(a poem)! The space is more than adequate and I appreciated the nice bedding and the fully equipped kitchen. C. Owens is very attentive to your comfort and needs.
We enjoyed walking to the beach almost daily and several restaurants recommended by our host who provided a book with lists of attractions, activities and restaurants.
