My family stayed Christmas day through New Years Day. The house was a great spot to share meals, play games and hangout. We enjoy the rooftop, fireplace and big soaking tub.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! They had everything we needed, including a really well fitted kitchen. We cooked most of our meals at home and they had every utensil, pan, and small appliance we needed - amazing. The beds were really comfortable. It was very easy to settle in and enjoy our stay. The location is excellent - easy walk to the beach, farmers markets, and easy freeway access. A couple of light bulbs were out and the owners responded with new ones within an hour. We would happily stay there again!

This property offers a lot of space and is in great condition. The kitchen was well stocked and mattresses and linens were of good quality. Beware, there are a lot of stairs, which was not an issue for us and we noticed there was an elevator (however we were not sure it was operating). Lots of restaurants were within easy walkability. Also, it was an easy stroll to the beach. Fun area!

We stayed at the townsite rental from October 14th through the 17th 2021. Although it was only an extended weekend we had a great time. The pictures are very accurate when describing the place. Although the grill is for common use among the various residents staying in the various rentals it all worked out. We were within walking distance to the beach as it was only about 2 blocks from the rental. There were a number of restaurants within walking distance as well. We really did not take our car out much during the time that we stayed in this rental. We also went to Sunset market which is like a farmers market with different types of foods, It is held every Thursday and it was again within walking distance for all of us. I would recommend this place to anyone who is considering staying at this rental.

We had a lovely time at your place. Everything was very well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. The stairs worked out perfect to tire out my twins. The only concern I had was there was ants in the kitchen and the blinds in the master bedroom fall off very easy. Other than those little things, excellent home.

This place was perfect for two couples to spend another New Year's together. There is a gas grill that we used often. If you can't do steps I don't recommend it. Anthony answered all questions and was on site often if we needed him. It is about 4 easy blocks to the beach. We will return next year.

Loved the location. We parked the cars in the garage and didn’t drive again until we left. Great restaurants and beaches nearby. Easy set up and comfortable rooms.

Business trip
This 3 level townhouse was exceptional for our business trip. The location is just a couple blocks from an short walk to the beach. Petite Madeline’s was an awesome breakfast place a couple blocks away. The view from the rooftop deck w a glass of wine was much appreciated after a long day of business meetings. The place is clean n had everything we needed. I would recommend.

Beautiful house! Clean and spacious. Safe and secure. Convenient to restaurants and about 6-block stroll to the beach. Only downside was near busy intersection.

Beautiful Property, Great Location, Fantastic View
Four of us had plenty of room and complete privacy. Britt was remarkable to work with, and always responded quickly to any of my questions. The location is close to numerous places to eat without needing a car. The ocean is also an easy walk.

Great for our family of 6
We were so thankful to stay at this beautiful home near the beach. The owners really helped us out by having two pack ‘n plays available for us so that we didn’t have to travel with one. It may sound strange...but the really large master closet worked perfect as a quiet, dark room for the twins in their pack ‘n plays. I also am excited to be headed home with a suitcase of CLEAN clothes thanks to the washer and dryer :)

Beautiful!
The property was very well maintained and well stocked! The owners were very accommodating and pleasant and we enjoyed meeting them. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shopping, etc. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the holidays and we plan on returning in the summer to take advantage of the beach!

Wonderful home
This home is just perfect! We celebrated our dad's 80th birthday here! It is a very comfortable entertaining home. We took walks on the pier and to the harbor. Very centrally located to everything! Britt was there to answer any questions I had. We will be back!!

Beautiful home with an amazing view!
This home was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, big, open floor plan, two decks and a roof top. Was perfect for our visit. We will stay here again if we come back to oceanside. Britt replaced the grill when we told him the old one was not working properly . He and his wife really made sure our experience here was the best! Thank you!!

Very impressive
We like to thank Britt & Suzie for allowing such an impressive town house to be available for rent.. From the garage to the top floor this 3 storied townhouse was truly a home from home. The open living/dining area was very comfortable, the kitchen fully equipped. The master bedroom with the double vanity bathroom and very large bathroom was very well layed out..
The houses proximity to the beach, marina and highway meant a huge variety of food and drink establishments where within easy walking distance.
The railway station, only 10min walk, means you can leave the car and catch a train to Carlsbad or San Diego.
This is the place to relax, enjoy a holiday and leave the car in the garage.
