This property was perfect for our family with amazing views from almost every room. Aside from the beautiful view from the cliff, this house was in a great location, close to restaurants and beaches. Deborah was so nice and responsive throughout the process. I’ve already recommended this house to friends and family and plan to book again next year!!

Stayed here with 7 other women for a little weekend getaway by the beach and could not have been happier. Whole process from booking to checkout was seamless. If you’re looking for a gorgeous view of the ocean, stop looking and book here. The views were unreal. I could sit on either of the back decks all day long. The property is very clean. The host is extremely responsive and so pleasant to deal with. Any question I had was answered immediately. The house was a quick drive or walk to the beach and about 30 mins from Newport. The town is so beachy and quaint. It was an all around perfect location. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in Narragansett and would love to come back again. Kudos to the Deborah for having such an amazing home to rent! 10 out of 10!

Our family vacation at Deborah's house was just wonderful! By far, everyone's favorite place was the deck with the ocean view. When trying to find a restaurant with a scenic patio, we decided that we had the best view here and did take-out each night instead to eat on the deck. Deborah was also very friendly and helpful in giving us suggestions of things to do with little ones. I definitely want to go back!

Loved sitting on the deck watching the waves and listening to the ocean. Convenient to many restaurants and activities. Only challenge was lack of air conditioning

Our family of four enjoyed staying at this home. The ocean in the backyard brought much peace and tranquility. All our needs were met at the home and we enjoyed being 1/4 Mike from the Scarborough state beach.

House is in a great location with incredible view. Home is clean and hosts were very easy to communicate with and ask questions. Highly recommend!

Breath-taking view of the ocean - very peaceful and serene. Great place to have a personal retreat or time with family/friends. Hosts were outstanding!!

We loved the location!!!! Host was very nice. Loved the pool table. The appliances are dated but we didn’t even watch the TV because we just sat outside by the water and listen to the waves.

Had a lovely family weekend! The house is a bit out~dated as mentioned in others reviews but the spectacular ocean views make it worth it! The sound of the ocean waves & watching all the surfers while sitting on any of the decks where wonderful!

Probably one of the best properties we have stayed at this far! Views were breath taking! Home was in the perfect location! Amenities, communication from host, cleanliness were all A++++!!! We will be booking again! Thanks so much!

We had a wonderful stay. The property was on the ocean front and the views were amazing. The house had everything our family of 8 needed, kitchen essentials, cleaning products, etc. The owner was always totally pleasant and responsive with my various questions. The snooker table upstairs was a hit with the kids ( and the adults!). The beach was minutes away, and we ate at great restaurants nearby. Overall, a fabulous stay. We hope to return.

Owner was great! Responded immediately, helpful, super nice and thoughtful. Accurate instructions, suggestions and instructions. Location was breathtaking -right on the water with views of the coast line, boats, Point Judith lighthouse and New Port bridge. The neighborhood was quaint, quiet and very convenient to activities, restaurants and beaches!! We were there during a heat wave so was a bit toasty. The property could be updated but worked for us.

Great for relaxing yet many places to visit like Block Island.

What a beautiful location! The house was perfect for our family of five. We had the most relaxing week enjoying the local beach and catching up on the deck at sunset. Our kids even said it was one of their favorite places to visit. We can’t wait to visit again.

The home is very outdated and could use so many updates but the view helps you overlook it all, the sounds of the waves is like being in a sound machine, and the view of the moon and sunrise from the master makes you never want to leave. The fact that there are three showers and no hot water is lost by using them all at once makes getting ready to go out for the day or getting ready for bed a breeze with group. On a nice day the outdoor shower could have been used as well! Would love to see what this place looks like modernized for sure! What a gem!

As other have said "Location, Location, Location". So relaxing to stay oceanside in a house with plenty of room to celebrate youngests son's graduation from URI. Enjoyed watching the surfers in the mornings and the lighthouse view at night. A wonderful way to kick of the summer. Will keep this house in mind for future trips for sure. Hadn't been to Narragansett before but plan to go back!

I stayed 4 nights on this property in the off-season in April 2022. It was myself and my daughter enjoying the ocean views on the large deck, sipping coffee and listening to the waves crash. It was a very peaceful and relaxing stay. My daughter enjoyed the novelty of the spiral staircase, however you must bring all luggage upstairs via the back deck and sliders. It was very easy to communicate with the owner. She was promptly responsive and all my questions were answered. The cottage is big enough to accommodate two families and the double deck on the back is amazing. The cottage is in need of much updating, remodeling and repairs however it was very clean and bug free! There is no central air and you can see mold and moisture buildup on the walls and ceiling. You can get a wonderful ocean breeze by opening up the sliders and the windows, which we did to get fresh air. Im sure it may be difficult in the summer months when it’s extremely hot and humid. Sunscreen or a sun hat is a must. The sun is very strong even during our stay in April when it was still very chilly and a bit windy. Waking up at 5:30am to see the sun rise up out of the water was worth the view! I was amazed and took many incredible photos. We brought our own linens and towels, but you can rent them for a fee. I did not use the washer/dryer and found the directions and restrictions to be a bit difficult. We had plenty of area/local restaurants and things to do. We visited the lighthouse, went into town, did some shopping and had dinner at the Guard House. The drive from the cottage to the guard house was amazing as we looked at all the castles and large properties along the water. We visited the beaches, although it was cold and we did not swim, there were still many rocks and shells to collect on the sand. We brought our bikes and were able to ride around the neighborhood. We enjoyed take out at Iggys and Spain just down the street. We also visited adventure land on our last day where we got to play mini golf, drive go carts, shoot basketballs and ride on a carousel. Overall, the cottage has amazing views with the location right on the water. We could see point Judith lighthouse to the right and the Newport Bridge to the left. The owner was great and I would definitely stay again in the future.
