We absolutely loved this house! Everything was perfect. The views were spectacular, location ideal, we enjoyed all the outdoor seating and views from inside the house. We are already planning a return trip next year!

This was my family’s 3rd time visiting tybee and this was by far the best place we’ve stayed! The location is perfect, and you have everything you need right there. The host is super helpful with suggestions on where to go while there too. We highly recommend and will definitely be back!!

This is one of the best short term rental properties we’ve ever stayed in! Chris was great and the house was very clean and well decorated. It is literally under 10 steps from the porch to the beach. The sunsets off the dock were incredible and we loved morning kayaking as well. Highly highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC week at this house. What is not to love about it, honestly. We practically lived on on the dock. It was so fantastic to have a place to sit on the water, listen to the waves, out of the sand....can be in shade or sun....it was absolute perfection. You are definitely close enough to walk to the beaches on the ocean, to souvenir shop, or to some of the local restaurants.
The beds were VERY comfortable. No backaches at all! We did not utilize the downstairs under the house very much because we stayed on the dock, but having an extra refrigerator down there and a bathroom was SOO nice! We also loved the Sonos music and used it everyday all over the house/dock!
Christopher answered the only couple questions we had very promptly. We really loved their place and enjoyed every single minute at their house. We will be back.

Everything about this home and it’s owner are five stars! My friends and I had a great time staying right on the beach. The pictures accurately represent the beauty of this property. Fabulous sunsets, perfect beach and dock sitting and having Sonos in zones was great. So convenient and the Publix delivers. Outdoor TV and game room was great too. Can’t say enough to recommend staying here!

We wanted total relaxation and great ocean views for our baby moon and this Beach House did not disappoint!! It was simply AMAZING!! The house was spotless and the layout was great! The view was breathtaking and we absolutely loved the private dock for fishing. This place was well equipped and had everything we needed. Chris was extremely nice and accommodating. The neighbors were friendly and local restaurants were good. We will definitely book again…next time we hope to bring our little one along. Thanks Chris for a wonderful vacation!!

We loved this beautiful home on the beach. Will definitely return. Sunset views were amazing over the Tybee creek.
The place was very clean and up to date, great layout. The beach is public and home near an access road but this did not cause any problems. Dock to the water was amazing. Easy walk up to restaurant and stores. We had plenty of beach room. Only suggestion would be to add a few hooks in the bathrooms :). Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful cottage.

Our family had a great time on Tybee and the surrounding area, this place made a great home base. The house was clean and had everything we would need, and you couldn’t beat the location. Walkable to many restaurants and shops locally, and quick drive to Savannah. Was great to swim or launch a family kayak trip right out the backdoor. Would stay again on our next trip to the area!

Not only was the house clean and in great shape, the private dock with covered and uncovered areas was great for relaxing in the sun and the shade. It was a perfect spot for an evening picnic and board games and to get sun and read during the day. The porch with rocking chairs was also great and the best spot to watch sunsets. We also saw dolphins several times including when we kayaked from the property. Lots of relaxing and adventures to be had for all.

The house is at/riverside with the ocean within view. It had everything you could possibly want at the beach. The dock was great for relaxing. We didn’t fish but the neighbors were catching. It’s open and airy. Beautifully decorated. We loved it and will probably stay there again.

When three mature ladies needed a break from life, this was the perfect place. We walked along the beach and explored Tybee Island and Savannah… my only problem was that I could not devote more days to this vacation ! The house was absolutely perfect. Smelled and felt super clean on arrival and the host was quick to respond to my singular question: “Can we check in early?”

We had a great stay and this made for the perfect site for our family vacation with our two kids. Being able to walk right out to the beach with two little kids was so nice. We loved our time here and our kids were sad to leave but loved the time we got to spend. The recommendations for restaurants were super helpful as well!

We loved our time in this home. It was exactly what we needed. Waking up with the view of the water and ending the day with the most beautiful sunsets were amazing . The location was perfect and we enjoyed the short walk on the beach to the South end of the island. Our family of 4 needed this time together! We split time between the peacefulness of the ocean and beach and great food, a trip into Savannah and exploring Fort Pulaski. And Chris was wonderful and responsive. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Perfect location!
You won't want to stay anywhere else on Tybee Island - this is THE best property on the island! You literally trip out the door onto the beach. We were there 4th of July and it was never overcrowded. The house has everything you need and it is very clean.
The dock is amazing! A great place for morning coffee, a lounge chair to read a book, an afternoon nap in the hammock listening to the ocean waves or a meal at the picnic table.
It is a public beach, but MUCH quieter than the beaches on the ocean side. EVERYTHING is within walking distance.
It was VERY hot the week we visited. I don’t think we could have enjoyed the outdoors as much if we stayed one or two houses off the ocean. The ocean breeze made the weather absolutely perfect!
Chris is an excellent host! He provided us with a ton of useful information before we arrived. He is very responsive and truly seemed to care that we had a great experience while we visited.

Can’t beat the location
Such a great place to spend a week. Excellent sandy beach on Tybee Creek/back river with very little surf for kids to safely play. Chris have us all the info we needed to have a great time, and the house is fully stocked with gear to use outside. Tons of sea birds, dolphins, and even had a sea turtle swim up in the surf one morning.

We had a great experience on our trip with this house. The location was great, being right on the sand and still able to walk to a lot of places on the island in nice neighborhood streets. It was a great place to relax. We really appreciated Christopher's communication and tons of information and recommendations - we did a lot of what he pointed out! Would love to go back!
