The property and location were well maintained. The only issue we had was that when we woke up and made breakfast when I grabbed the plates to serve my family I noticed all the plates were very dirty. I notified the management and washed the dishes in the dishwasher. But that probably was my only disappointment. I’d say just check or maybe wash what you may use before using it. And there was only a small thing I could use as a broom. It would be a good idea to have a broom due to the amount of sand you my bring in from the beach. There is a wash station right outside the back door which was useful. We rented a cart and there was a cart rental parking so it worked out well.

Simple condo. Great location. Back door goes out to pool side. Front door looks out on parking. Very close to town and the beach.

The ac wasn’t working very well. Very humid the whole time and didn’t cool down at all. Found roaches through the condo both live and dead. Did not stay the second night. Hopefully get some type of refund for the poor experience.

The staff at Port A escapes were great. When we arrived at our unit, our keys did not work. After hours maintenance arrived in less than 30 minutes with a new key. They unit itself was very clean, though we did see 3-4 roaches during our stay, including one in our bed. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best, and the water pressure was sub-par.

We loved the location and how close it is to the beach. However, many dishes had been put away dirty. There was silverware that was clearly dirty and a pitcher that was sticky and also completely unwashed. The dirty dishes probably caused the roaches. It was otherwise clean if a bit shabby.

The condo was perfect for two people (bunk beds for 2 more), was clean and neat, and had everything we needed. Can’t say enough good things about Port A Escapes and their wonderful staff. Would also like to give a shoutout to Island Outfitters for their cart rental service...Outstanding!!!

This unit perfectly met our needs for our 2 week Port A is an easy walk to the beach and is only a very short drive to the beach.The unit has comfortable furniture. It has a full kitchen.We looked forward to taking our showers. The plastic bench is handy. The bed was comfortable. The pool was refreshing and the poolside chairs were a good place to relax. The units back porch could use 2 chairs for reading and relaxing in the evening. The grills by the back doors were in good shape. The front porch furniture was a great place to eat or read early or late in the day. I broke one of the chairs. The unit was clean and well stocked. We would love to rent this unit again. It was a great base for a wonderful vacation.

It was one bedroom but there is a door to separate the bedroom from the living room/kitchen. Overall we liked the place but there were a few issues. The walk to the beach was a bit further than we thought. With a health issue it was too far to walk. The dryer had to run three times before our towels dried. Also the shower floods the bathroom. Aside from these minor issues the property was quiet, clean, right next to the pool with a tiny patio. It was enough for us. We would visit again for sure!

Pictures were wrong, moved to another place,keys didnt work. Property manager Andre was a huge help! Neighbors keys worked on our door!! 😳 guest above us were so loud and the beds were horrible! We spent most time outside at the beach or on the over priced golf cart!!

This accommodation was absolutely perfect for our stay in Port A. There were 3 adults, and we all felt it was large enough and comfortable. The condo was clean and the ac ran nice and cold. Also, having the benefits of a small pool and a beach boardwalk was something I was specifically looking for when searching for a rental, and this had both! Definitely would stay again!

The unit was very clean except the a/c and bathroom vents. I have to believe that regular cleaning would help freshen the smell as the air conditioning blows through. We enjoyed our stay.
