Great location - easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked. Courtyard was great too. We would stay again.

The house was just as described!! The courtyard was very cute and cozy. We were able to walk to downtown. We drove to river street but if you don’t mind a little longer walk you could walk it. Parking on the street was easy with the park Savannah app. Close to a lot of cute coffee shops and historical areas of Savannah.

This place was adorable. We really enjoyed our stay. The place was perfect in a great area and in the historical district. Very easy walk to the park or restaurants. I appreciate the property manager communicating with me quickly when i asked them questions. It was a little hot in the sun room area but we expected that and they had multiple fans if needed. My favorite part was probably thw beautiful courtyard out back. I would stay here again

Everything was as advertised and more. Great outdoor secluded patio. Located in the historical district and within walking distance of several interesting parks and squares. Only 4 blocks from Crystal Beer Parlor which has an extensive drink and food selection and a great atmosphere. A must place to go.

This house has the most beautiful courtyard where we could enjoy a cold drink after a full day of sightseeing. One of the best features was that street parking was always available, and the street on the side of the house allows you to park for free. We loved the location of this property because it was so close to Forsyth Park but didn’t have the business of some of the other locations I looked at. *Bonus* My mom has limited mobility and only had to tackle the front 3 steps and everything else in the house was on the same level. So she was able to get around great.

Spent a long weekend with family in Savannah. VROB is walkable to Forsyth Park & historic district. VRBO is as advertised- we enjoyed the courtyard & front porch. On street parking directly in front of the property was easy for us to find. Would stay again.

The accommodations were doable, but somewhat dated. There is only one tv in the rental, which is located in the room with the Murphy bed. Since we used this room as a bedroom, other house guests did not have access to a tv. One of the bathrooms needed maintenance. When turning on the water in the shower, water shot over the shower door getting the bathroom and floor extremely wet, including the mirror, towel, toiletries and clothing. There were three hairdryers in the unit, but only one worked. Sink in one bathroom drained slowly. Beds, including the Murphy bed, were too soft for our liking. The best thing about this house was the location. It is very close to DOT stops. Also loved the free parking on the side street. ,

House was perfect for my mobility challenged mother- all one level. It was very convenient to everything. The fridge didn’t work but hopefully will be fixed by the next stay. I was disappointed the listing didn’t include all the hidden fees up front.

Sheets fitting problem. Cockroaches. Showers dirty. Only one TV. TV remote didn’t work right. Kitchen counter sticky. Kitchen floor dirty. Toilet too close to shower in the main bathroom.

Excellent location and property. The two living rooms with the Murphy bed made it ideal for a family stay!

This home was lovely—I’d definitely recommend it. The only minor issue I had was in communicating with the property manager. The fact that this place isn’t operated by the owner means that if you contact the host listed on VRBO (which I did prior to our stay to request an early check-in), you won’t get a response. You have to communicate with a third party after downloading an app, which felt cumbersome. Still, great spot!

We are friends that were both celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary. The home was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved being able to walk around the beautiful neighborhood & so close to the park. It would have been nice to have more than one television. We did have two light bulbs out in hall bathroom & one in living room. We enjoyed the outside patio in the evening’s. Early morning it was very noisy on the street with large trucks. We really didn’t like the on street parking. We definitely would recommend to others and use this home again.

The home had everything we needed, plenty of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, plenty of garbage bags etc. We loved having the Murphy bed too! The location was terrific, close to the park and we walked everywhere. Parking was fine too, there were always spots on the side of the house that weren’t metered. Parking in the front is metered. The only complaint we had was my husband wished there was another tv somewhere in the home since we used the extra space with the Murphy bed where the tv is for our son to sleep in.

TV room (TV sound bar all static, heater in that room had shrill shrieking noise. It was very dirty in back ofthe Murphy bed which had stained mattress pad, pillows and quilt. The area rug was stained from animal, or something. Kitchen looked okay except when you pulled out silverware drawer, IT WAS DISGUSTING! We only washed silverware that we used. There is mold on washing machine door (inside). Entire unit needs some TLC. We took a day trip and came home one day and couldn't get in. The lock box wouldn't open. Called Lucky Savannah, a gal came over and she couldn't get it open either. She had some keys which would not work either so she called her maintenance man. He had to put in a new battery. It was cold and windy that day and it took nearly an hour. So many things about it were just INEXCUSABLE. I would never recommend it to anyone.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was in a good "area "for what we had planned for our long weekend. It was near the DOT bus line, a grocery and walking distance to the liquor store! It was very clean. It's actual location on a corner was not good...both motor and foot traffic. What is that air horn that starts at@6AM and goes for like 45 minutes? There was enough free parking on Tatnall St.The window shades in the bedrooms could be heavier....the streetlight on the corner kept the rooms too bright for our liking and the sun was blinding even with them closed....made the room too hot. Could not keep the ceiling fan running in the one bedroom but we did find a fan in the closet. The beds were comfy but an extra blanket or two would be nice. The sofa in the living room is a sleeper sofa but it is not mentioned in the listing and we wanted to use it but had no linen for it. The kitchen could use some larger skillets. The washer/dryer was nice to have. The small courtyard/patio was nice to sit out with some wine but could use a little cleaning up.The guy who said he owns the upstairs was there with his wife that week and they walk like a herd of wildebeast migrating through the Serengheti! He also thought it was acceptable to enter out unit after midnight one night to put mail on the hall table for his brother who owns the unit we were in. How did he get in since the door was double checked that night and it was LOCKED! The lady who had dozed off on the couch was terrified and wondered if she had dreamed this but in the morning there was mail on the table that was not there the night before. Totally unacceptable. I called the rental company when I returned home to make them aware he did this and the rep was shocked. This is a big safety issue for the renter and for that guy. What if the renters were armed? Not a reflection on Lucky Savannah but needs to be addressed. All in All we had a good time.

Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying at Courtyard on Gaston for our family vacation to Savannah. The house had a good layout for our family of 5 and the room with the pull down bed was great! The location was really nice and we were able to walk to everything. Parking was not an issue since there were non metered spaces right beside the house. The only issues we had: The hall bathroom was small, and was a little awkward with little privacy due to a window to the living room. Also, we did have someone who was staying above us in the artist loft and it was a little noisy for us. Other than that it was great!
