It was great to work with Hugo to arrange for transportation to/from the airport. It was wonderful to have the time to shop for groceries on the way to the condo. The location was perfect and very walkable to the marina. We would definitely consider returning the next time we visit CABO.

We had a wonderful time staying here with our 3 young kids. The space was beautiful and we loved being able to walk right down to the beach or to town. Hugo was extremely helpful and set us up for an amazing whale watching tour, we saw so many whales! The beds were very comfortable and the condo had everything we needed!

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The penthouse unit is exactly as depicted online and could not be any more perfect. We were very comfortable and loved all the personal touch’s throughout the home. The location was also perfect as we could walk everywhere to enjoy the beaches, view, restaurants and shopping. We plan to book again as could not imagine a nicer unit for our lifestyle. Thank you for opening up your lovely home.

Location to beach and town is perfect! Hugo was excellent with advice and communication. The condo is beautiful, just as pictured and the roof top balcony is amazing with wonderful views. We walked to everything, 15-20 mins to town, we didn’t need taxis/uber. Great family local restaurants nearby on the Camino Real just 10 min walk. We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to come here again! Thank you Hugo & Lynn

This property is wonderful and you can tell the owners really care about the finer details. They have almost everything you could need there for your stay. The washer and dryer work fine, as well as the kitchen amenities (stove, oven, dishwasher). I didn’t get to use the soaking tub :/ because for some reason when i tried to, there was no warm or hot water and the water pressure was low. The shower would do this too. At times, the water pressure was great and there was hot water, then other times it would barely be coming out and would be just cold water. Not sure what was going there, but I thought maybe it was possible that it was caused by people taking a shower at the same time….??? I don’t know.
The location is perfect. It is a 10 minute walk to Médano Beach, you just walk straight there. You can also Uber or walk to everything. Most of the restaurants or grocery stores we traveled to were a less than 10 minute ride depending on traffic.
We didn’t use Hugo that much, but if you do, just realize responses are not always immediate because he also manages other guests/properties. He does do his best to assist you though.
Also a word of advice to any parents who bring small children. If they have sensitive skin, maybe limit how much time they spend in the beach water, pool or jacuzzi. My daughter ended up with very bad red bumps on her body after 3 days. This was even after she washed off and bathed before and immediately after. Not sure what it is.

Great condo. Has all of the amenities. Really enjoyed having roof top with hot tub and private area to enjoy. Kitchen has all you need. Property is very clean and convenient walk into town and to the beach.
Great space. Very nice 2 bedroom and 2 bath. Plenty of room for our adult family of 4.

We had a very memorable stay at the condo. All the accommodations were spectacular. The condo was extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Everything was just as pictured in the listing. Hugo was excellent to work with. The hot tub worked amazing and was an awesome way to start/end the day. Definitely recommend.

The reviews speak for themselves. This is a wonderful place to stay. The location is 5 minutes to Medano beach which is a safe and easy walk. Everything we could want or need was provided in the condo. Check-in was super easy as Hugo meets you at the door and walks you through everything. He even had fresh made guacamole and cold beer/water waiting for us. We would rent here again!

This is a beautiful unit, very close to the beach. The walk to Medano beach is maybe a quarter of a mile. You can walk to downtown, and you can actually see Walmart from the condo.
The unit was just as advertised. It was clean and well maintained. Hugo was very helpful, and the insights from the Forbes family were beneficial. We will plan our next trip around the availability of this unit.

Had a great stay for 7 adults. Condo was clean and spacious. The pool was a great place to hang out with drinks in the evening. Would recommend.

We are frequent international travelers and can say this experience was one of our most satisfying in our life. The hosts were communicative and provided many valuable insights. The caretaker, Hugo, was extremely attentive and accommodating. The gate security Arturo likewise was efficient but also helped orient -
the Apt is perfect! Fully equipped, stocked with most essentials, incredibly comfortable. The rooftop jacuzzi was a favorite but all parts of the house and kitchen were used - even the BBQ. beds comfortable and inviting. Everything first class! We would return in a minute…close to the beach, the marina, and night life, as well as shopping. Hard to beat anywhere😊😃

We had a great stay. We stay at VRBOs several times a year and have learned alot about quality properties. I like to guage my stay by how equiped the place is and the kitchen equipment. This place had it all. properly supplied kitchen and many other extras including the the beach essentials and childrens toys. The wagon helped also. The property manager responded to our needs quickly and the security was fantastic. The location was perfect. We highly recommend this place.

Had an amazing time staying at this condo in Cabo. Check-in was super easy, place was clean and exactly as advertised. Best stocked place we have ever stayed. We have never been to Cabo, so we weren't sure what to expect, especially with 4 kids ages 10-17. This vacation met and exceeded all of our expectations! The condo was perfect. Very clean and exactly as described. We were very comfortable and had lots of room for a family of 6. The rooftop hot tub was awesome! The kids loved spending time on the deck at the end of each day. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed to enjoy a meal at home here and there. They really have thought of everything.
The location was also great. Minutes to the beach and a short walk to downtown restaurants and the marina. We walked everywhere and felt very safe at any time of day or night. The management staff (we mostly dealt with Hugo) went above and beyond to accommodate us with bookings and recommendations. He was always very prompt to answer text messages and help with anything we needed. (Keep in mind this was the week over Christmas) Honestly, he was amazing! My family is still talking about his guacamole, simply delicious!
I could go on forever... but to keep it short and sweet, know you will not regret booking this property. I can't say enough positive things about it. I wish we could have extended our stay for another week!! It was amazing and we have big smiles all around. A huge THANK YOU To Lynne and Jason for hosting and to Hugo for making our stay a memorable one! We hope to be back!

We loved staying at this property. It’s well equipped, clean, spacious and modern. It’s close enough to the beach to walk, and a $4 Uber ride to downtown. The pools were quiet and clean and we always had space and chairs available. Hugo was very attentive and responsive to any of our needs (using WhatsApp was easiest). The rooftop hot tub was a favorite as well as the lounge chairs. We have no complaints about the unit itself at all. The only thing that was a slight negative was the road noise.

What a beautiful home, fully furnished with everything one may need. Walking distance to the beach and to “el centro”. Everything was amazing and I would love to be a guest once more in the near future. Hugo thank you for the sweetest welcoming and for making our stay a memorable one!

This is my second time to stay in this specific condo. I absolutely love it. It’s not too expensive and has a great location. It’s very clean and well taken care of. The property manager is available for anything you need. I will continue to rent this condo as long as it’s available when I travel. Thanks again for another wonderful vacation!

The condo was just as it is pictured in the advertisement. The reservation and check-in process was very smooth. I had a family emergency and needed to change my arrival date last minute and they were very flexible and did not hesitate to accommodate my request. We felt safe throughout. Our stay was very pleasant and we enjoyed every moment. We hope to return again.

Already planning our next stay
We loved every bit of our stay at this property from the home itself to it's location to the beach. Everything as described and served as our home away from home for 8 sun filled days. We walked or ubered everywhere and never felt unsafe. We will be back which I think serves as the ultimate compliment given all the options in Cabo.

This is our second year and we wouldn’t choose any other place to stay
This is the second year we came to Cabo and stayed at Casa Forbes again, we wouldn’t have it any other way. The location is perfect, clean, private, safe and you have a everything you could possibly need at the condo. The jacuzzi and rooftop nights are incredible- we saw about 4 different firework shows during our stay. Staff is so friendly and helpful. Walk right down to the beach, close to town, Walmart and Costco right up the street.

Gorgeous Condo!!
Can’t say a bad word! The owners have thought of everything possible a guest may need during a vacation. The condo is the best equipped I have ever rented. LOVE the roof deck- The two pools are spotless and so quiet. Hugo greeted us upon arrival with fresh guacamole and beers. Such a great welcome after a long journey.
Communication prior with owner was great and during our stay if we needed anything Hugo would respond to our text immediately. The location of the condo is perfect if you want to be close to Marina and downtown area but not actually in the heart of it. Approx 15 min walk or 5.00-6.00 Uber or Taxi . We went to the Corazon Beach Club daily( good food and drinks - free chairs and umbrellas as long as you eat/drink - they take reservations for chairs daily just call ahead and ask for the beach club)the vendors at the beach by the condo were a bit much. Could not sit and read a book for even two minutes without being approached. I would def recommend this property!

From the The time we were picked up From the airport until we were taken back to The airport to go home everything was 1st class...from our driver Ceasar welcoming us at the airport to Hugo welcoming us at the condo with the scrumptious and beautiful spread of chips and guacamole he made himself!!
The condo is exactly what is pictured on the website and even more beautiful,,,it was very clean, everything in the kitchen was all well kept from dishes, pots, pans, silverware, appliances, beds were very comfortable,,, very beautiful condo! we got to know the gate security guards they were very nice and helpful...we felt very safe coming in at night knowing it was 24hr security...view from both balconies of the ocean is incredible....We will book again here!!!!!
