Nice property that is in a good location. But Hot tub was broken part of the time and didn’t stay that hot the rest of the time. Bus access to mountains is also harder than described. Toaster was also broken.

Nicely appointed 2 bedroom condominium with master suite upstairs. Centrally located in Dillon close to ski areas, Lake Dillon restaurants, and shops.
Not cramped or too big. Two of us stayed there but 4 would be just as comfortable.
All utilities worked as expected.
The building is kept in nice condition. There is an outside hot tub by the elevator. Though we did not use it, we did see several groups there during the week. It seats at least 6.
Parking is very convenient, indoors with 2 spaces. Check in was very easy as the owner has a lock Box containing the unit key on the door. The building has no noise issues and was very quiet.
The owner, Frank, was easy to communicate with. We had no issues but feel confident he could have resolved them had there been any.
Overall, great experience. Would definitely stay again if we re-visit Dillon

Dillon is a great central location to explore several of the mountains, with easy access to Denver as well as to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail. The property was well kept and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

We were pleased with the condo. It is in a great location with lots of room and light. The property manager was genuinely invested in our enjoyment of both the property and the time we spent in Dillon.

Decent place but needs an update
This condo was probably a good value given its location. Communications with the owner were through the phone since he couldn't read messages. The place needs some updating, TVs are old tube type (15 years old?), some lights were not working, not a lot of amenities in the condo, could use some games, more pans, and plates. Was also a bit dusty. The pull-out couch had a horrible mattress that was impossible to sleep on.

Large well appointed Condo central to everything
Large condo with excellent lake and Mountain View’s. Perfect location between top ski resorts and evening entertainment. Great communication with owner. Highly recommend

Central location to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek and more!!!! Indoor garage with elevator to residence level. Great restaurants and more in Dillon/Silverthorne/Frisco area just minutes away. And the owner is great...very responsive.

Great Location ... Great Stay!
Had a fantastic four night stay. Condo was located in a great location close to Breck, Keystone, A-Basin, Frisco and Silverthorne. Would recommend and stay here again.

Great place to stay
Frank's place was very upscale and clean. The views were amazing and everything was as described. The indoor parking is a real bonus in the winter and it is close to a number of eating places. One of the best places I have stayed at in the area. I highly recommend it.

Amazing experience!
This was a fantastic condo with convenient access to multiple ski resorts. The check in and out process was easy, the condo was clean and matched the pictures, and the experience was overall very enjoyable. I would definitely rent this condo again.

Roomier than expected. Indoor parking a luxury. So convenient to Dillon, Silverthorne, and Frisco amenities. Choice of so many ski resorts, too.

This Dillon condo is clean, comfortable, and quiet, and Frank is very helpful. It has an outstanding view of the lake and mountains. Having a car, a major plus is that it is conveniently located to easily day ski the numerous major resorts along the I-70 corridor. Close to restaurants and shopping as well. Thanks Frank, we hope to return again.

Outstanding Condo!!
This condo was outstanding. Everything that we needed was available. Very good location with an amazing view. There is plenty of room in the condo, and it is very nice and clean. The indoor parking was very nice as well. Frank was very good to work with, and very accommodating. Thanks again and we will be renting from you again next year.

Nice place in Dillon
Nice comfortable place with great views of Lake Dillon from a nice big patio. Located just minutes (walking) to good restaurants and the ampitheater that has free concerts on weekends in the summer.
My only complaint is that there were no dressers of any kind in either bedroom. We were basically living out of our suit cases on the floor.

Breathaking view! Lake Dillon Condo
The was view breathtaking! You could view the lake and the mountains from the inside the condo through the huge windows. Stepping out to the spacious patio the view was panoramic! The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable for my family of six. It was nice to have a heated garage for loading and unloading. The location was perfect easy access to the interstate, grocery store, restaurants and shopping. Great café two blocks away with six dollar Hamburg’s on Sunday nights! I have already recommended this condo to two friends.

Excellent Condo, Very Clean and Great Location, Location, Location!
We sort of fell into renting from Frank and we are so glad. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the unit and the ease of working with Frank. There was plenty for me to do while my husband and his friend hit the slopes. We had a great trip and really can't wait to come again. The people of Dillon are just wonderful and so pleasant to deal with.

Wonderful
Just returned and could not have been more pleased with this unit. Very clean, neat and comfortable. The location was perfect. Easy access to the ski resorts and the town. Covered parking was key during our stay as the temp dipped below 0 degrees. The owner was easy to work with and very nice. The unit was well furnished. Just a great experience renting this unit.
