Fantastic, restful, relaxing refreshing to our soul

Very cozy studio cabin, next to creek. While a little chilly, we still got to enjoy the creek after a rain. While adjacent highway noise was moderate, it was nothing unnerving at night. A sleep/sound machine would virtually eliminate that. Cabin was well-equipped, comfortable and a nice place to get away from Gatllnburg's traffic.

Pros: Beautiful creek runs right next to the property, fishing(trout) possible(bring your trout license), wonderful amenities, fully appointed, looks brand new inside and out(super clean!), close enough to attractions, but far enough away to avoid heavy traffic Cons: Sits very close to a road that is heavily traveled at times(road noise a little rough during sleeping hours) We wished that the listing had made clear that it is very close to a road, as we expected it to be more remote. But, the property was extremely nice.

Please was a little hard to find since the signage did not match the company we booked with. The place was very clean. We expected it to be off the main road, so we were a little disappointed on that level but everything else was great.

We have stayed at this property twice and enjoyed it both times!

The pictures don't do it justice. This place is amazing and close to everything yet away from everything to enjoy the peace and quiet...especially on the screened in porch. Close to all the major attractions and awesome restaurants in the local vicinity. If you want a relaxing, fun packed vacation, you need to book this place!

Very nice peaceful place.

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Enjoyed the creek view next to the cabin from the screened in porch. It was a nice place to come back to rest after a long day riding in the park and touring the area.

Loved the cottage. Back screened porch was awesome. And the flowing water sound was so relaxing. It was our 1st time but will definitely go back in the future. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay.

Stayed here for a week to explore and hike in the national park. Cabin was super clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a "homebase". A/C and dehumidifier kept everything cool and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. Screened in porch next to the creek was a nice place to relax in the evenings.

We loved the coattage and porch with the river. It was very relaxing. We also enjoyed eating at the locals. The cottage was very quaint and just what I needed for relaxing and stress relief. Definitely will be back.

We loved our stay in this cabin. It was very clean and what we needed right on the creek. We loved the screened in porch to enjoy a cup of coffee and to just listen to the flowing water off the rocks. It was located centrally to lots of activities whether you want a quite scenic drive, visit Gatlinburg or Newport, TN. Thanks for sharing your place with us, we will definitely visit again.

Could not wait to see what Cosby was like...it's a long highway with old buildings, the cabin is situated right on a flowing stream, that is amazing and loud, but it's healing and I loved it...it's so loud I couldn't play my littlle blue tooth speaker on the porch...but it was fine, except for some garbage in the stream...I was going to get it but it wasn't safe for me to do it alone...customer service or whomever I email was rude and short...there is a wedding or reception venue straight across the creek and they had an event, the DJ and the music was so loud I had to leave a day early and of course was not offered a refund or partial refund, so book at your own risk...after a 10 mile hike I was so ready to have a cup of coffee and relax, but I had to drive 1.5 hours home...never again, honestly growing up in those mountains and staying in many different towns, counties and states...Cosby will be the last place I'll stay, this cabin is literally 10 feet from the highway...I didn't realize and people up there have exceptionally loud cars...Sorry I just can't recommend this place or company to anyone...

Super cute, clean canbin on the river. Close to Gatlinburg but away from the hustle and bustle. Well equipped and easy access to everything! Beautiful view from the screened in porch,

Jacuzzi tub does not hold water and bugs all throughout the home. Just off the highway so loads of road noise. The screened in patio was nice as well as the river. Paid for 4 nights and we checked out the morning after checking in due to lots noise and the cleanliness (bugs) of home. A whole lot of money $600.00 for one night. Still have not received our $200.00 deposit.

We loved the cabin and setting. Plenty of supplies and everything worked well. The only problem is that the cabin was a bit far from most of the sites. Thank you so much for the stay it made our anniversary celebration very pleasant and enjoyable.

My wife and I enjoyed many hours on the screened porch taking in the sound of the creek flowing by. Wonderful diners close by. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Just enough space for the two of us and we really enjoyed our stay. I appreciate having more towels and wash rags available as well as extra trash bags. They thought of the guests and supplied extra toilet paper too!! These are things I look for with a rental 🤩

Ok location, not great if handicap accessible, bur very peaceful. Overall very happy 😊

The cabin had everything you needed. No issues with internet. It was nice to have the back door open to the screened in porch to listen to the tumbling creek and get some fresh air.

We literally spent hours on the little screened in porch just soaking in the sounds and watching the water. Cosby is close enough to ‘the action’ if you want to visit, but such a wonderful quiet location to just reconnect with nature……and the people there are so friendly and helpful. We loved our week in this beautiful cottage!!!

Perfect for couples! Very clean, wonderful view of the creek! Close to park and other activities. We drove in from MI, spent 6 nights. Bring extra TP if staying more than a couple days (a tip I read from another review) and we brought our own portable grill. There are plenty of dishes and pans but we brought our own frying pan (because we're weird that way) but you shouldn't need much else. Food and drinks and personal items. Loved wading through the creek and the screened porch is awesome! We will be back, thank you!

Cabin was comfortable and nice. Being told that we didn’t have a grill because of how previous guests treated it was upsetting, but did come up with one for our use after complaining. No fire pit was a big disappointment . Also being told it was not advertised that way was not true and felt very insulted trying to communicate with host. Also got covered in bug bites while there.

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved sitting on the enclosed back porch listening to the water and watching the wildlife. I would definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I. Close to the National Park for all day outdoor enjoyment and breathtaking views. As well as far enough away from the Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge tourist areas, to be able to enjoy the scenery on the way there. Also, the cabin was equipped for us to prepare our own meals throughout the week. So we did save quite a bit of money. And we loved it. We will keep this cabin in mind for next year in hopes that it will be available for our next vacation.

Not a "cookie cutter" rental, but a charming place with character.
