Rocky Pine Lodge was one of the best properties we have used for our annual family summer vacations. The owner and local manager were very responsive to any questions, etc. The house was very comfortable for our group of 10, the kitchen was large and well stocked, and we really enjoyed the outdoor space for dining, the covered deck with fireplace and the hot tub. We had so much fun in Breckenridge and loved staying at this awesome property! Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Our family stayed at this Wonderful House in Breckenridge in July 2023. It was the Perfect place with plenty of rooms, very clean, and Amazing Mountain View! The owner and property manager were so easy to work with and great commutation. We would highly recommend this house.

Missi and Justin were the best hosts I have ever experienced! They gave us tons of ideas that fit our needs perfectly!! We had so much fun. I can’t say enough about the property - it is stunning and was perfect for our family of 9 adults! So spotlessly clean and cozy!! We can’t wait to come back!!

This is a wonderful property just minutes from downtown Breckenridge. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family of 4 or larger, or a group of friends.

Our group enjoyed a fantastic week of skiing and this property had it all! Great location, clean and spacious. The owner and local host were so welcoming, helpful and responsive.

Wonderful time and managers were great. The house was very clean and all the guest were very comfortable. Was great that it backs up against national forest.

The house was in great condition when we arrived with it being super clean and looking better than the pictures. The views from the house are amazing. It is a fantastic location being so close to town for restaurants, shopping, and activities. The property managers Justin and Missi were amazing with communication and recommendations throughout the whole trip. I would definitely book Rocky Pine Lodge again for our next trip to Breckenridge.

My family and I utilized this property over Thanksgiving, and we all thoroughly enjoyed the lovely house, scenic views and wonderful amenities the house had to offer. The Property Managers and Owners made sure we felt welcome and comfortable during our stay, and provided very detailed information that made us feel informed and prepared for staying in the home. The kids loved the game room with skee ball and basketball, and there was a plethora of board games to keep everyone entertained. We also loved that it was only a short drive to the recreation center, (where the toddlers enjoyed pool time) and also the nearby sledding hill (sleds provided at property!) Wonderful home and hope to stay again in the future.

A beautiful home in a beautiful location within 5 minutes of downtown Breckinridge made everything convenient from skiing/snowboarding, shopping and just exploring. Can’t wait to go back!

We spent the Thanksgiving Day holiday in this beautiful home. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to come back for a future visit! If you are looking for a gorgeous home with magnificiant views…..look no further!

This was a spacious, beautifully furnished mountain home with plenty of space for 3 couples and 4 children. We felt like a king and queen in the Master Suite & bath. The game room was a plus for the kids and trails and woods! Very convenient to town. We would rent again in a heartbeat! This was our first experience post-covid so I expected it to be very clean with better linens and towels. We appreciated the early check-in, so perhaps the cleaning crew rushed.

My 10 years old boy fracture his collar bone on the first day of our stay and we felt lucky we were at Tim's house. There's ample space, beds are comfy, and there are options to amuse yourself while in the house. Despite the bad situation we were in we still could manage to enjoy our vacation. We were to families with kids ranging from 10 to 18 and everyone found something to do. Breckenridge is beautiful! Hope we can be back again soon.

Couch pillows have visible dust that come out of them while patted. The dining room door leaks air very bad. Kitchen microwave doesn’t open unless you push the button hard and just right. Outlets in the kitchen bar don’t work. The soap handle in the kitchen faucet is broke. Master bath toilet doesn’t flush unless you hold it down. Master shower light turns off and back on intermittently. Master faucets had air in the lines and blew water all over us, and the floor, at first use. Basement shower head leaks out of the side. Master shower head puts out very little water. Master windows weren’t shut all the way or locked. Great space and great area but very disappointed in the issues and cleanliness. I expect more for the price I paid.

We had a wonderful stay at Rocky Pine Lodge. The house was amazing. Location was perfect. You'll have no regrets if you stay here!
