Cama King en el maestro, cama doble con una cama nido individual en el segundo dormitorio, 2 sofás cama queen. 2 televisores de pantalla plana. Lavadora / secadora en el garaje, 2 bicicletas para adultos, la casa tiene un buen tamaño lani, caño de ducha lanai, piscina y área de descanso. Piscina temperada. Salga directamente a su muelle privado y al elevador de botes. Alquile un barco en Marco Marina o traiga el suyo. Siéntase libre de navegar en kayak o pescar desde el muelle. La playa de la residencia está a solo 1/2 milla de esta casa. Puede comprar un pase anual por $ 140 por año. O camine hasta la playa pública, que está a solo 1 milla a pie.

Beautiful home in a perfect location! Lovely finishes and amenities, well-stocked, spacious, bright, clean, elegant. The owner was kind enough to allow us to check in early. I highly recommend the property.

Inside of property was great. Exterior was not. Inside, the kitchen, seating area, bedrooms and bathrooms were all outstanding. Pool heater was broken, water feature to circulate the water wasn't functioning. Pool had a film on it. Pool person came once to "clean" and tossed a gallon or two of shock in it and left, said to stay out for an hour. Owner seemed inconvenienced when I was communicating about the broken heater. The pictures in listing are old. No large sun umbrella, lounge chairs are in rough shape, dock is very small. Didn't feel the outside was truly represented based off pictures, should be updated to show current conditions. Overall still good value compared to some of the more pricey listings on the island.

This house was beautiful and in a great location! It was stocked with everything that you could need including a steamer, beach chairs, kitchen tools, and plenty of toiletries. We really enjoyed our long weekend stay here!
The only downside to this house was that the air conditioning was not efficient. It consistently struggled to keep up with the 85 - 90 degree weather with temps in the house at 75 - 77 degrees. It did try to cool down at night, but the master bedroom never caught up. The owner did have a fan dropped off, but it was still very uncomfortable to sleep in. I would not stay here again due to this as I am very sensitive to warm temps when trying to sleep.

The home is lovely, well appointed and tastefully and thoughtfully decorated. The kitchen was top- notch and very well organized. TV and wifi great. Pool was wonderful. Neighborhood quiet. Good communication with owner. We really enjoyed Marco off season.

My husband and I stayed here for a week long vacation. It was an updated house, great pool, and had a water view. The location was also perfect on the island. The owner was great with communication if I had any questions. We would definitely stay at this location again for our annual Marco Island trip!

The house was clean and pictures were accurate. The A/C was not up to par for South Florida summer weather and the house needed some TLC, but was good for the most part. We had an 11am check out and the cleaning person was there at 11:05. So, if you stay here, be sure and be ready to be out before 11am. Also, sprinklers were set to come on in the late afternoon, so it made coming or going at that time a little difficult. All in all, the home was as advertised.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Private pool and canal access. Location is only minutes from grocery and restaurants. Everything you need for a beach trip is provided. Chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler. Fishing poles in garage as well. Loved our stay and will be back to the same house.

We loved our stay here! Neighborhood is quiet, pretty and quaint. The home was very clean, updated and stocked with all the essentials. Pool was nice and warm. Very central to everything you need. I would definitely stay there again!

Everything was fine; only comment that I have is that there was no gas for the grill outside. You have two tanks in the property and both were empty, so I started to cook and after few minutes I ran out of gas; this is not for the money, it's the inconvenience that I had to stop and go to the supermarket to buy a new gas tank; having two as you do, one should always be full, always.

Our family of 10 had a great time at the property. Very clean house, quiet neighborhood and definitely the pool with the canal view is amazing. Going to the beach in Marco Island is tricky because you need to go to the public beaches and parking is extremely limited, but having the nice pool available really helped us. I would recommend to any famiy.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is a beautiful and clean space. Coffee by the pool is so peaceful and the bikes and beach chairs are great. Additionally there are plenty of pots/pans/kitchenware. As noted by a previous reviewer the bed in the master is really not great. But once that is replaced I would have no hesitation renting again.
(*also we had to run out and get toilet paper , trash bags, and paper towels. Some were provided but not enough for our four day stay. I don’t rent enough to know if that is to be expected )
