The communication was outstanding! The view was amazing! The pictures of the property capture only part of this wonderful space, comfortable beds, very clean, and just a wonderful space! I had never been to Hot Springs, and the condo was the perfect place to stay. I felt the property had a very good location, short trips to dinners and the racetrack.

Ultra modern decoration and decor! We enjoyed everything about this stay…relaxing and fun filled thanksgiving holiday. Family really had a good time shooting pool and lake watching from the huge windows. Bill was an outstanding host and made checking in and out easy as a piece of pie. Would love to come back in summer for some real lake worthy activities. Highly recommend this place!

The day of he reached out about arrival time and even made sure we got in ok and asked if we needed anything to let him know. And thanked me after we checked out for the way we left the house... This place was even better in person. Everything was beautiful and in working order. Bill was an amazing host. He checked in on us before we arrived and checked in on us after arriving. We can’t wait to stay there again!! Thank you Bill for a fantastic place to stay!!

This house is a one of a kind the view is absolutely gorgeous every room got a different view and you just want to watch all day and the sunset is beautiful, the house very comfortable and big everyone got is privacy that I really like all the amenities was up to date the fruntire the bathroom the rooms you can tell that's was a lot of thinking on design and small details we can't think on something missing everything was there. I came with my boat and the location is perfect close to everything we had a very good time and bill our host was amazing fast response to any questions and help us to find our way there thanks you so much bill for all and we definitely come to stay at your house again it was AMAZING

You have to experience this property to appreciate it. No photo, video tour or review will ever communicate accurately how stunningly scenic this penthouse is. Sunrise or sunset... we were constantly wowed by the beauty. It is well cared for, spotless and thoughtfully stocked... these people do it right.

We had a great time! The condo is very modern with lots of high-end features including panoramic windows offering unobstructed views of Lake Hamilton in every room. We got a great view of the Forth of July fireworks! Bill was so accompdating and helpful. He met us on arrival and even hooked us up with a contact to get a boat! We really enjoyed our stay!

Condo was well furnished and very comfortable. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. Pool table and TVs provided good entertainment in a spacious comfortable setting.
