The view!!! OMG! The bed was very comfortable. Everything needed was there plus. Great appliances. Even an iron. Beach chairs and beach umbrella. Plenty towels.
Roku TV is meh. But then who watches TV

The location was good - in a quieter part of Waikiki, but near a beach. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom was fine. There is a smart rental car service on the ground floor plus a coffee place, a pizza place, a tourism advisory desk, and a smart car rental booth. It makes for an interesting Waikiki experience.
Our thanks to the owner for his informative communication, making it easy for us to arrive at a late hour, stay, and check out easily. Aloha nui loa!

The Room was great it was nice and clean, cold ac and the owner check in on us to make sure everything was okay though out our stay. The building it was in on the other hand was okay and decently kept up with not but was not the greatest. It was about 15 minutes or less from the beach and most restaurants in Waikiki.

Our experience renting this property was very pleasant. The communication with the property manager was easy and always quick responses. The unit is exactly as described on Vrbo and the pictures were very accurate. The bed was really comfortable and the AC worked well. I was also pleased to see that there were basic dishes and utensils even though the ad did not mention them. That came in handy, as we were able to do some grocery shopping once we arrived, to cut down on the expense of eating out the entire trip. I also thought it was awesome that the unit comes with 2 beach towels, in addition to the bathroom towels. I would recommend for future renters to also pack their own extra bath towels and beach towels. There are credit card operated laundry machines in the building, but that can get quite pricey rather quickly. There is a parking garage and car rental place on site, which is handy for some as well. There were a few different beach options within walking or biking distance. I think my only complaint about the whole stay is that on several different occasions, there was only 1 or 2 elevators working instead of all three. That’s not really anyone’s fault and definitely wouldn’t deter me from renting this unit again.

Waikiki getaway
Larry's Waikiki Studio Condo at the Monarch Hotel was just right. It is close to all the action, at a reasonable price. Larry messaged us a few times during our visit to make sure we were doing okay and if we needed anything. Parking is available but we choose Uber, walking or tour shuttle and we got along great.

Comfortable Condo with Great Location
We enjoyed our stay! Easy, on-site parking garage (discounted to $25/day for hotel guests), and perfectly located to be walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the gorgeous Waikiki beach. Room was comfortable and worked perfectly for our stay in Oahu.

Pros: Our stay at the property was amazing! The directions to access the property were accurate and easy to follow. The view of the canal from the room is stunning. The beach is also less than a 10 min walk away and you are also close to restaurants and entertainment in Waikiki. In the building, there is also a pool that was also a nice addition. The property was also very clean and the owner was easy to reach when we needed help.

This studio is clean and well equipped. The view is great. The AC unit keeps it relatively cold, could have used a few more degrees cooler for personal preference but overall was satisfactory. The power to the entire building did go out one night but only for a few minutes. I would stay here again.

Small, but good value
Small, but comfortable. It's overall a great location and value for short stays. Larry was quick to resolve any issues.
We decided not to cook with the hot plate due to the size of the place. The bed was comfortable.
