Have stayed at Kamaole Sands for 30 years in many different condos. This one is GREAT!!! Up graded in all areas of condo. Found everything we needed even scotch tape. Will stay again!!

The condo had nicely updated bathrooms and having two was an added plus. The kitchen was very spacious and loved the granite countertops and had everthing we needed. The condo was quiet and very comfortable. The view from the lanai was wonderful and the grounds were well maintained and beautiful. Great location and right across from the beach park. Will definitely stay there again.

We've heard only good things about Kamaole Sands and our stay exceeded our expectations. What a lovely condo - nicely decorated and a comfortable home away from home. The location is excellent, close to the pool, a short walk to the beach, and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. Even on rainy days we sat on the covered lanai and enjoyed the ocean views and the beautifully manicured gardens. The well equipped kitchen had everything we needed and bbq's were conveniently close by. We appreciate having use of the beach chairs and umbrella too! Mahalo!

Highly recommend this condo. Excellent location - walking distance to beautiful beaches, restaurants and more. Less than 5 minute drive to Wailea. Condo complex was clean, beautifully maintained and quiet. Additionally, kitchen was newly renovated and had everything you could need for a family vacation.

We’ve stayed at Kamaole Sands before at another apartment very similar to this but we liked this better! The kitchen had everything we need to cook at home and the closet on the lanai provided all we needed for our days at the beach. We were grateful for air conditioning on the hotter days while at home and the comfortable master bed for rest. Our kids are 11 and 13 and slept on the pull out couch, which was a bit springy, but nothing a mattress topper couldn’t improve. Even with the bed pulled out, the living space still had plenty of room to hang out for movie nights. We loved having access to the laundry and when shampoo and conditioner supplies ran out, the front desk was quick to respond. We noticed the drain in the master bedroom was draining a little slow and brought it up with management, which they addressed right away. You can be assured that should any issues like this arise, they will be taken care of promptly. We knew ahead of time the location would be excellent as a home base and we’re so grateful to have this booking. We were happy to have a lanai that faced the garden and a partial view of the ocean. The sunsets are beautiful and Kamaole III beach park was just across the street. There is so much to choose from food wise in Kihei, from food trucks to grocery stores, to highly rated restaurants. Parking was convenient for our rental car so no long walks with beach gear after a day in the sun! Book your vacation with Arlene if it’s not already sold out! This was a lovely place to stay. The condo was perfect sized. The kitchen was well equipped. The location in south Kihei was perfect. Just a quick drive to a few lovely beaches. Would gladly stay again!

This is our first time going to Hawai and the property is in great location. It has great kitchen with all required appliances. Check for expiry dates on condiments provided. Had some trouble getting wifi information since some one switched the place it supposed to be. Bed is ok. Having additional bathroom is plus.

Condo was great! Beach items were really handy. The kitchen had everything! Wifi signal was weak in the bedroom.

My sister and I had a great relaxing stay at this Vrbo. The kitchen was great to use on the nights we decided to eat in. We were in a great location from all of the restaurants and beaches we wanted to check out.

Perfect stay if you’re looking for something clean that has everything you need that is close to the beach. Absolutely everything supplied in the home that you’d need, it was actually better in person than in real life. It’s across the road from the beach although you have to walk a bit to get across their grass field/garden but the location doesn’t get too much closer to the beach really. Happy and satisfied.

The condo is located on a very beautiful property, close to the beach and stores, and was stocked with some very reliable and comfortable beach chairs and umbrella. The amenities like the laundry machines were really good and we appreciated the living space - both size and comfort. What a fantastic way to start our trip to Maui!

The unit is very nice. Met many other guests at the pool and hot tub. Short walk to the beach and very quiet. All Good

Very pricey for a 1 bed room condo. Could have gotten a better condo / 2 bed for the lower price in the same location

We have. Even coming to Maui once or twice a year, every year since 2009. This is our first time back since the Covid restrictions were lifted for International travel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Arlene's condominium. There was a bad storm during our stay and she even checked in to see how we were doing. The condo is very nicely decorated and the kitchen is modern and filled with everything you need for your vacation. I am looking forward to coming back to Maui again and booking Arlene's condo.

Lovely property, close to anything you could want. Rooms were well stocked, spacious, with a great view. Highly recommend as an alternative to resort life.

This was our pre-20th wedding anniversary and first time to Maui. The condo has all the convenience and amenities that made our stay most enjoyable. Beautiful unit and well located. Walking distance to the beach and shops. We have more to explore on Maui so we would love to come back. Mahalo Nui Loa Brian and Arlene.

Our stay at the condo was perfect! The condo is walking distance to an amazing beach with great snorkeling! We saw several sea turtles and a wide variety of fish practically out the front door. There’s a view of the ocean from the balcony, a great spot for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sunset. Loved the overall location as well. Tons of delicious local restaurants in all directions.

The amnieties and the location was great. The apartment was not ready when we arrived. The sheets were uncomfortable .
