The location was great. Property was fantastic. Parking was a slight concern but we managed to figure it out. Gorgeous views from the living room area. Had everything we needed too. Would definitely recommend it.

House was as described. Big, clean and out from town just a bit. It was the perfect spot to launch off into the Redwoods and the Coast. It has amazing views and easy access to the beach across the street. Parking was not an issue as some have described, just follow the directions on where to park. Ours kids loved the place too!

We loved this place. It was very nice and spacious inside, and you cannot find a better place to watch a sunset. Beds were comfy and it had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful home with great oceanview. Queen bed needs to be replaced, very uncomfortable and noisy. Could not use that bedroom. Everything else was good except creepy neighbor directly behind the house that records your every move outside. Would not stay here again due to that constant invasion of privacy.

The ocean view is magnificent. Beach access couldn't be much better. Overall awesome. The house is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and feels good. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Nice vacation home to stay and visit the Redwoods of CA. Home was clean and close to everything. Beach access across the street. Would recommend any family to use this home for their vacation.

The house has a Beautiful view from living room and front porch. Literally right across the street is Pebble Beach. Would recommend walking down the street to the right (facing the ocean) a few for a sand path that lead to beach versus climbing down the rocks. Close drive about 30 mins to Jedediah Smith forrest to see the redwoods for a 0.6 mile pathway for up close views of Smith River and trees.. House with 3 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. House clean and furniture in good condition. Kitchen stocked nicely with large service sets four our family of 4 and plenty of cooking pans/utensils. Really a lovely place to stay and our family loved it.

Beautiful right on beach! Absolutely Gorgeous view from living room only! Comfortable beds well appointed comfort couch and plenty of seating areas. good Wi-Fi great kitchen well stocked (except only 6 coffee mugs!) huge garage can park in Great washer and dryer - plenty of soap toilet paper etc only problem we had was trying to regulate the temp in refrig- we had some fresh vegetables that froze!
Loved the location right across from beach- and loved watching the surfers from the front room! It was amazing! In a very quiet location and good area to walk around in on the evenings to watch sunsets.
This is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely stay here again on our next vacation to that area!

Our family loved being in this house, right across the street from Pebble Beach. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The kitchen was moderately stocked. And the view, the view. A wonderful weekend we had.

Third time staying here and always a great time. Issue with shower needing repair but the maintenance folks are courteous and professional and worked quickly to resolve.

well stocked. Housed looked clean, however they require no shoes
In house. My daughter went barefoot and her feet were black.
The ice maker in refrigerator was broke. Contacted agency,
she said will bring you ice, and let you know when it will be repaired.
Heard nothing more, we bought bags of ice on our week stay.
That being said, I plan on renting next year, as the plus out weighs
the negative.

We’ve stayed at a good number of VRBO’s and this one was our favorite; absolutely perfect! A dream! It had everything we needed in a wonderful location with the most incredible view. The kids (teens) loved it, we all loved it!

Beautiful house with an amazing ocean view. Steps to the beach. Just minutes to walk or drive to town. Can't say enough good things about this house. Second time we have stayed her for our annual fishing trip. Plan on coming back.

I wish I could give this house more than 5 stars! It was beyond clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 6. And the view…it is truly the view of a lifetime. The sunsets were so beautiful and the ease with which we could cross the street and be on the sand couldn’t have been better. Lastly, the suggestions left by the homeowner were spot on - make sure to visit Stout Grove if you go. This house was a hit with all of us - even the teenagers.

This is where you want to stay!
I wish I could give this house more than 5 stars! It was beyond clean and comfortable and had everything we needed for our family of 6. And the view…it is truly the view of a lifetime. So Much Fun!
Ocean view is unmatched and being able to walk steps to the beach is fabulous. Plenty of kitchenware but we did need a cookie sheet and had to improvise with a Pyrex glass dish so all worked out. Quality fridge and other appliances. I’m a bubble bath person, especially when on vacation so it would’ve been nice if we knew in advance that the pictured jetted tub could not be used as a regular tub. My husband thought the jets were mediocre but as a therapeutic tub it’s probably designed to be a light pulse and not true jets. The dual headed shower in the master more than made up for the inability to use the tub. Great water pressure and the acoustics are stellar. Super comfortable sectional in living room. Very cushy master bed and a nice firm queen size in one of the bedrooms so something for everyone. We didn’t open the Murphy bed but the wood cover is beautiful. Definitely a high end home which is what we like when vacationing. We have stayed in a few oceanfront homes In Crescent City And this is by far the nicest so far. Will certainly request to stay again. 🙂

The house stunk of old fish, 3 tvs and you must have a streaming account (not on listing), no where to park and the laundry was backed up. Very disappointed in the lack of compassion from the owner.

Too many issues to list, at least 4 problems with the place. A 10 day reservation and only stayed 1!

We loved our stay, it is a wonderful house. The location is amazing, right across from the beach. We will definitely book to stay here again. Property manager was great and very responsive to any requests or questions! Thank you for letting us stay at your property!!
