Rented this home for our family reunion, kids, grandkids and great grandchild. Fun was had by all! Great access to beach from home, nice neighborhood!

We rented this property the week of Labor Day 2022. The property owner, Mario, couldn't have been nicer and more helpful with the entire process! We felt like we were communicating with a long time friend. The house went beyond our expectations. The location is one row back from the beach, however, the view made it feel like we were on the beach. The house was immaculate and laid out perfectly for a combination of friends, spouses, & family. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need for every cooking situation. Having two refrigerators was a plus. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which is a serious bonus! The pool was very inviting and the temperature was perfect. We spent every day at it, just relaxing and solving world problems. There were tons of games and puzzles. My son was super charged about the "Fast & Furious" binge he did on the DVD's that were available. Our goal was to relax and enjoy our own company and we did that in spades! We all said it was truly the best vacation ever. Thank you so much, Mario!

Our week at the beach was perfect! Everything about the house was amazing! Everything we needed was there already. If we had a question Mario was quick to respond. We are already planning for next summer!

We had a wonderful week at this house. It was our 5th year at OIB and this is probably my favorite house. No carpeting, which I love. Nice decks with trek furniture. Everyone has their own bathroom. Private beach access. 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers. Private pool. And the beach on the East end is so nice now that they put the terminal groin at the end. If my family returns to OIB next summer, we will be staying here again. Thank you!

This is our 4th year staying at Ocean Isle, NC, so obviously we are extremely satisfied with this location. Even with a smaller home in front of us, the ocean view and the sound of the surf is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Plenty of room on these beaches without the high rise hotels/condos and very close to Myrtle Beach if you want to get the family out to play. Mario has been an excellent host!

This was the second time our family has stayed in this property. We find this house to be perfect for our vacation and the property manager is a pleasure to talk to and interact with. We had a couple of minor blips but the response from the property manager was excellent. Very enjoyable for the entire vacation. I spent most of the week sitting on the porch and enjoying the view, sounds and breeze of the ocean. Great place that I am sure we will return to in the future. Thanks,

Leave OIB and love this rental property. This property is perfect size for our multi family getaway. This is our third time renting this property and has been excellent every time. Mario is a great owner to deal with. Always accessible through the VRBO app and very prompt on getting back with you. This is definitely out “go to” property when it comes to OIB.

We loved our stay! The house has an amazing view of the beach and is a short walk to the beach. The double fridge and dishwasher was so nice! Highly recommend!

Our stay at Seaside was amazing. Great views of the ocean from the top deck, and beach access was just steps from the back of the house. The pool got a lot of sun in the morning but also had some afternoon shade which was perfect for us. The bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook for the week. Mario was responsive to every question no matter how minor within it seemed like minutes. By far the best experience I’ve ever had on Vrbo with both the property and the owner. We’re looking forward to hopefully staying again next year!

This vacation home was one of the best by far! VERY well stocked with everything we needed ... from kitchen equipment to games, books, movies and pool toys for the kids. Perfect location. Mario was THE BEST to work with and was quick to answer every question we had from starting our plans almost a year before up through check out. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!

Communication with home owner and Vrbo was very efficient. The rental price was reasonable, the house was clean and was set up for children and adults both. Good pool and decks, adequate seating on decks and at pool, also the beach equipment was wonderful surprise. Thank you for a great vacation experience.

The house was gorgeous, the location amazing, easy private beach access, clear sparkling pool and a very responsive owner, who could ask for more! Wish we could have stayed longer! We had a great time and were very comfortable as a group of 17 family members, as the house was very clean and quite spacious and the back deck views were amazing!! We loved having 2 refrigerators and dishwashers, too!

Mario was so easy to work with and replied back quickly if you needed anything at all. Kitchen was well stocked and living area larger than it looks online. Loved the pool! We will definitely be back!

The pool was something we didn’t think we would need with the beach being so close, but we all agreed it would be a must-have if we came back again. The Renter’s Closet was nicely outfitted with supplies for both the beach and the pool.

This was our families third year staying at this property, and we have made arrangements to stay again next year. Very quiet area of the island and a beautiful view. Private pool was nice for days we would get back early from the beach. Mario had gates installed this year on the deck for the young children. Much appreciated! I highly recommend this property on Ocean Isle Beach.

We didn't cook much but had a lot of food and drinks so having 2 refrigerators was definitely a bonus! The host, Mario, was the nicest and most helpful host I've ever dealt with. He responded immediately to every request and was very gracious. We all thank him very much!

The kitchen is very well equipped . The owner , Mario is so responsive. I would warn people to bring soap, toilet paper, paper towels , dish cloths. Linens and towels need to be rented or brought. It was not a problem for us since we came by our personal vehicles. With our large group,, the two dishwashers and two refrigerators, were much needed and appreciated. If we we return to Ocean isle , I would definitely rent this property. Just a note to everyone , that a volunteer group collects unwanted food items on the way off the island on Saturdays from 7:30 to 10 . Check to make sure they still do it.
