Es en High Pointe Barrio, una comunidad condominio cerrado que tiene un montón de espacio verde y un sitio de natación en la piscina. Nuestro condominio cuenta con 3 plazas de aparcamiento reservadas a las afueras de la puerta principal. Se encuentra en el segundo piso, con una entrada privada a una escalera cerrada. El techo abovedado y de planta concepto abierto proporcionan una amplia sala de estar. Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con acceso Direct TV y un televisor de pantalla plana. Cada habitación también cuenta con un sistema de baño, que incluye una bañera / ducha. El espacioso dormitorio principal, que está en el nivel superior de la casa unifamiliar, tiene una cama king size, con los otros dos dormitorios en el piso principal que contiene reinas.

We stayed at this condo Sept 22 thru Sept 26. The condo was perfect for our 4 adults and 1 child, with room for more if you need it. Location to campus and the football field is perfect. Kim and Shane were perfect hosts and Kim has a heart of gold. She put up with me calling twice about the fire alarms chirping and had maintenance there within 30 minutes both times to replace batteries. She was even understanding when my OCD kicked in and I called her 1 hour after we left to voice my concern on whether or not I had turned the oven off before locking up. She let me know almost immediately I did. Even though she might not want me back, I would definitely rent from them again. You can't go wrong by staying at this condo.

We styrene a ceremony at Ole Miss. This location is very convenient to the Jackson Rd. "strip" without being locked into it, so it's also not 5 minutes to campus via Old Taylor Rd. entrance, which has the stadiums and the Ford Center, which is great access to The Square. We enjoyed the wood floors, comfortable gathering space, private baths for each of our three couples in our family, and the thoughtfulness of the icemaker. Nicely decorated with lots of Ole Miss decor but so tastefully done that our Bama and LSU fans appreciated it, ha ha.

Super great experience loved the location house was immaculate very very comfortable furnishing. Stayed here will bringing daughter to school at Ole Miss. Loved the family home feel and loved spending time with her in this comfortable environment. Needed a toaster but that was it. I would love to rent here again when we come back for a game.

We had a great time , the property was perfect for us. It enabled us as a family to all be together as a family. The pool was great for our 5 year old and we were minutes away from ball field. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Traveled to Ole Miss for Double Decker Festival and KKG Parent's Weekend with my daughter, and this place was much better than we expected! My mother and I really enjoyed this condo and felt as safe as we do at home. Three (3) parking spots and a great pool, which we were unable to enjoy since it was such a busy weekend. Great host and easy to communicate with before booking. Thank you for taking pride in your home. We will certainly consider your place for the fall football season, when I come to see my daughter once again! Take care, Paul Cooper

This condo is even more perfect in person then the pictures! They had everything we needed. It's a great floor plan, and has a spacious living room and kitchen area. So nice that each room has it's own full bathroom! The location is very convenient to Jackson Ave and the campus area. We hope to stay here again!

Fabulous property. Three “master” bedrooms with their own baths. Loved the decor!

Cute comfy condo in great location
We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Loved the Ole Miss decor. Beds were comfortable. Condo was spacious enough for 3 couples. Enjoyed the pool in the morning before the game. Property was well maintained. Perfect place to relax after a long hot day in The Grove. We’d love to stay again sometime.

What a great home away from home for family to stay in Oxford, MS! Clean, decor was fun and inviting. Beds comfortable. Plenty of linens. Complete kitchen with working appliances. Very quiet and relaxing, plus, close to the pool. Parking was right at our doorstep for family and guest. Overall, PERFECT!!!

Property clean and quite. 3 nice size bedrooms with baths and a good area to visit and relax when the day was done. Nice stay for a visit with our granddaughter and D Decker weekend. Property is located only about 3 miles from the square and there was plenty to do and see.

I cannot say enough good things about this condo. This is the second time we stayed at this property and it was just as good (if not better) than the first. All of my guests were very impressed and very comfortable. We met some neighboring homeowners that were in for the Alabama/Ole Miss game and now have new friends! Well stocked condo with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to get to and from the campus and loved walking to the Southern Table Restaurant that is literally yards away from our front door. Fantastic stay! Thank you!

We enjoyed everything about the property. Kim and Shane were quick to respond and so kind about everything. The space was well appointed, spacious, and clean. Visiting Ole Miss
Highly recommend this Condo! Very nicely decorated and fully stocked! Even had bottled water in the fridge upon arrival. We came in super late and the GPS did not lead us directly to the condo entrance, so pay attention to the name of the condo building and unit number as well as the gate code directions. Once we figured it out (thanks to a nice passerby) it was easy! Steps leading up to the main level as soon as you walk in, so keep in mind if steps aren’t your thing,. Wasn’t a problem for us! Definitely will stay here again! Owner was great and we felt right at home.

Ole Miss Football Weekend
We had a great stay here for the Ole Miss vs. Texas A&M Football game. Condo is clean, spacious and conveniently located to Oxford and the campus! Perfect rental for 3 couples - each having their own bedroom and bathroom! Kim was accessible to answer questions via text messaging! Would highly recommend! Hotty Toddy Y'all! These Aggies felt welcome here!
