La cocina renovada tiene encimeras de granito y ofrece todas las comodidades del hogar. We had a great time during our stay. Our two grandsons really enjoyed the beach and pool. The property was the perfect size for us and was ideally located for access to the beach and many of the other Rehoboth Beach attractions.
Although our stay was too short we all had a wonderful time. Thank you.

This is our 6th time in the area and second at The Palms. Dave and Nina’s place was spacious and well equipped for our family. The beach was not far and was easy to get parking. The pool was also a nice treat in the afternoon after the beach. Everyone in the complex was friendly and neighbour Irv gave us tips as to what to see. Hope to come back next year!

Walking distance to restaurants, tanger outlets. Owners provided a beach parking pass which was awesome. Easily found a parking spot each day on a quiet street with access to beach. Walked on the boardwalk each day after hanging out on the beach.

the property was nice. definately a good forst time experience. the condo however was not as clean as i would have liked, there were areas on the bedroom floors with sand on them. also, the property was advertised to come with a beach parkong pass and 3 sets of house keys which it did not. all ot came with was 1 set of house keys and a pin code to get in the front door. overall a good experience, would consider renting from this host again.

My family had a great stay in this condo. Dave and Nina were very nice, helpful and quick to respond with any and all questions. Perfect location and stocked nicely with all the necessities.

We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future. The location was convenient, easily accessible, and affordable. Besides having all the necessities, there was also a nice selection of games, which our family loves. Thanks for thinking of the small things.

The property is located in a great neighborhood and easy access to the beach. The children enjoyed the pool after being at the beach. The property was clean and well laid out. The 2 bathrooms was great. The only thing that we as family thought was more cooking utensils. We are a family that likes to cook and had limited utensils. The big coffee mugs were great My family would definitely stay there again. The manger was helpful during our stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This property was located at a nice spot. Close to shopping, dinning and activities. Nice 5 minute drive to the beach. Rooms were spacious with two full baths and full kitchen. Pool was very lovely and since this unit was on the first level, it was an easy walk there as well. We never heard any other tenants through the walls/ceiling. Was well air conditioned.
Some things we would change:
We planned to eat in the whole time due to gas prices - some of the kitchen items were less then ideal (for example, the oven took forever to heat up and cook food).
The mattresses aren’t exactly comfortable and the unit seems to need some updates.
Could also use a small wash line to hang up towels and swim suits outside.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would come back again!

My 2 brothers and I stayed recently in this condo, which was very nicely appointed and well stocked. Condo was clean upon our arrival. Pictures on VRBO site don’t do it justice. We got to enjoy all the amenities, including the pool, patio, and kitchen. Dave and Nina called me prior to our visit to give us helpful info including restaurant suggestions. This was very nice and much appreciated. I really loved this condo, and the location on the first floor and to the pool from the back patio were wonderful. Location to the Outlets, restaurants, other shopping, and other shore towns were also great. The Property Mgr was available and responsive to questions on operating the main TV. He also suggested some restaurants. The new TV in one of the bedrooms was not installed. But, it did not distract from having a good time. Overall, it was a great vacation. I would definitely book this condo again. And, would definitely stay longer.

This was the best property we've stayed at in the 20 yrs we've been coming to Rehoboth. Nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds! Right in the middle of everything. Thank you!

We had a lovely time staying here! It is super spacious and the outside deck/patio combination is so great - especially when going to the pool. We found the kitchen cabinets in a bit of disarray, but were able to organize and find everything we needed. We'll definitely be back!

Great Condo- close to everything?
Well equipped and clean three bedroom condo, centrally located - easy access to beach (by car), shopping, restaurants, and a very nice pool on site. Rehoboth parking pass included, which was very helpful! Property owners and manager are very helpful and communicative. Everything we needed for a long weekend at the beach! I highly recommend this property and would stay here again in the future.

The Palms was a great place to stay. It was everything that we read about. We enjoyed our stay. Everything worked if we had a problem the owners or neighbor was on it. I relaxed the whole time . The pool was close. Will return again

Fishing weekend
Excellent deal for the price. Location of condo inside complex was near pool gate and made access very easy.
Beds needs some TLC but overall very great stay, owners are very communicative and friendly. Would recommend to others and I’d definitely rent again

Amazing!
This was our 3rd year staying in Rehoboth… and definitely our best! House was beautiful and very homey…. It was equipped with everything we needed… was also within footsteps to the very clean pool which is a plus! My family had and amazing time at the community pool everyday … beach was only 10 mins away! This property was close to everything! Perfect location! Can’t wait to book next years trip!

Perfect for Girls Weekend
This was a perfect fit for our annual girls trip of three. The condo was nicely stocked and the beds and bedrooms were a nice size. The couches were comfortable and the condo was clean.

It is a beautiful condo. First floor with access to the pool right off the back screened-in porch. Very clean and close to all the attractions at Rehoboth Beach. We had a great time. My grandchildren really enjoyed themselves. Can’t wait to go back again!! Dave and Nina are great hosts.

It was a very cozy and accessible place. The heating system out side master bedroom was very loud.
Enjoyed the place but was difficult to sleep in master bedroom due to heating system.

Nice for a short gateaway
The owners were really nice to work with and were always available if we had questions. The property is on the main throughway with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. and the beach is about a 5 minute drive away - and it is quiet in the unit which was nice after a long day. There was a small issue with the cleanliness of the unit but the owners made it right and we enjoyed our stay. Nice end unit for families or friends with plenty of parking. Really appreciated the flexibility re: check in/check out times as well.

Nice 3 bedroom place. It is walking distance to some of the outlets and restaurants. It is about a 5 min drive to the beach, but I think you can pick up a bus. We went around Columbus day and it was quiet. Would stay here again

Great for vacation
Whether mini or full week vacation, this condo is perfect. Mini vacation with mom and sister. They loved it also.The condo is beautifully decorated and updated. Very comfortable home.Fully equip kitchen. Great location to shopping, beach and restaurants. The owners were wonderful when I had questions. Wonderful people. Will rent again if back in Rehoboth.

This property was close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. Loved layout of unit with everything on one floor. Cleaning service needs to do a little more cleaning and dusting. Over all everything was above average.
