Excellent choice for staying in Breck. The home was cozy, spacious, and had all the essentials needed. It was clean and inviting. Instructions to check in were very clear and straightforward, code sent directly to phone. It was convenient having a garage and two available parking , one including inside the garage. The location was also ideal! Look forward to staying in the future again.

Great location to Quick Silver lift. Amenities were below par. Hot tub and steam room were never used due to being dirty and cold. Heat didn't work properly in unit. Kitchen well supplied, great layout for group of 7. Would return with exception of terrible amenities. A hot tub is key for us while going to the mountain and it was very disappointing not having that available.

We loved the condo at Corral. The accommodations were quite comfortable, and we had plenty of room to spread out. The location was wonderful! A three minute walk to downtown. The property managers did a great job of communicating the entire time. Highly recommend this property!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was in a great location, just a short walk to town. It was very clean and had everything that we needed! The only thing was it was warm some nights even with the windows open and fans going in our rooms. We would definitely stay here again! Hiking trails are within walking distance also!

This condo is awesome! Tons of space, very clean and modern. Perfect location, within walking distance to Main Street. All the amenities and well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, towels, etc. It was great that we all had private bedrooms and baths. Our family will definitely stay here again!

Candace’s unit was great. Nicely appointed and very clean. Check in and out was virtual/super easy. Garage is heated. Echoing other reviews - property is much nicer in person than pictures. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the property in February 2023. I will first give a brief summary of my stay and then add a few other comments for those who want to read further.
This is a nicely furnished unit and overall we were happy. The bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is nice although a little small and all of the cabinets are full of dishes so there's nowhere to put groceries. I liked that they provided many different pillows in the main bedroom so you can find one you like. there's a heated one-car garage where you can leave your equipment and the property has a shared hot tub and some other amenities (more on this below)
From a location standpoint, you can definitely walk to quicksilver lift in a little more than 5 minutes, and there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. More on this below...
The management company was pretty good but it depends on who you are talking to. More on that below...
Here's more detail:
Location: If you aren't familiar with Breckenridge it's good to know that the closest lift to this unit usually has the longest lift lines. While this lift is walking distance, I don't think I would want to be any further than this place so it's on the edge of walkable. There are three buses that go right past this unit, and two of those will take you to beaver run and all three can take you to the gondola. We used the buses a lot and did not have a car while we were here for a month, and we got by just fine.
Building amenities: the hot tub is down the hall and we used it several times. This is the only shared hot tub for the whole condo complex. There is a fitness center in the building across the parting lot which is pretty sad and I never saw anyone use it. There is a steam room that is also never used.
The property manager gets 4 stars. Overall they were nice, but one time I interacted with a very unhelpful person who only knew the answer "no". I asked if we might check in an hour early and was told absolutely not (we ended up arriving in town at 1:30 and were able to check in 3 hours early). I asked them if the unit had a a crib or pack-n-play and was told "We don't inventory those items", which is about the worst answer I've ever heard. It did have a pack-n-play.
Another thing to know is that you cannot mail anything to this property, there is no mailbox and no office.
A final comment, the master bedroom has a view of the resort but the balcony and living room look at the back of a gas station

Apartment was clean and organized. Little hiccup with the garage key but chloe was great with communication to get it fixed. Loved the area, busy on the weekends and relaxing during the week.

Our family of five had plenty of space and the unit is beautifully updated. Beds are comfortable and unit was very clean. Only difference from listing is that loft has a pull out couch - no trundle, but bedroom had bunk with trundle. Parking pass was missing when we arrived, but management quickly brought one over. Heated garage was a nice treat so you can leave ski equipment in there and it stays warm. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was very clean stylish and had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable. We were only a 5 min walk from skiing and Main Street. The only bummer was the hot tub wasn’t hot enough and the steam room was not great.

This condo was absolutely perfect for my family of 5. The kitchen is outfitted with all the dishes, cookware and glasses you could need. The place was immaculate and the furniture was comfortable. The location is unbeatable and we cannot wait to return next year. I would highly recommend staying here.

Awesome Ski Weekend
Booked this rental for a long ski weekend with friends. The condo was a convenient, short walk to the Quicksilver lift. The unit was well furnished and had plenty of space to relax after skiing. Kitchen was fully stocked to prepare meals. Thanks!

Perfect location.
Ability to walk to downtown simplified dinner for all the different tastes in our group. The unit was very clean and served us well. As with all properties in Breck, no A/C so it was warm in the unit.

We booked this property October 2020 for a wedding in June 2021. We were contacted at 4pm the day before our arrival via email by the property manager that this condo was unavailable due to being in the middle of renovation! Unreal! They had our money for months! Would never recommend this property!

This was a great property. The adults that go to Breck every year can be loud at night at late hours and there were no complaints the first night when everyone was excited. Great location, clean and provides everything stated in listing. Thank you again for the hospitality.

One of the best
Great place! Had all we needed and more: pots, pans, knives, Tupperware, slow cooker, 12 cup coffee pot, blender, waffle iron, toaster, sandwich press, booster seat, pack n play, gate guard for the stairs, humidifier, fans, large washer and dryer.) Heated personal garage is awesome with additional sleds to use. Very quiet and nice area with easy walk to town (2 minute walk to gas station for quick items, 5 minute walk to Quicksilver lift, 5 minute walk to Brewery and a cool train park. Lots of room for the family.

Family “reunion”
We met our adult children in Breckenridge for a quick weekend ski get-a-way and couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. We found the condo to be spotless and had all the amenities. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and the heated garage was fantastic. We will be back!
