This condo was a great stay for us here in Indian Shores. The condo was just like it was represented online, clean, updated kitchen and right on the beach. Close restaurants and shopping made everything easy. Dolphins and sunsets. We'll be back.

Nice property. The ocean view is incredible and sunsets are stunning! Watched dolphins each morning. Plenty of beach area since a private beach. If you are looking for lots of nightlife this is limited but once you navigate the trolley you can utilize or plenty of Uber options. Fantastic ladies trip!

Upon arrival there is a parking space or two reserved for the self check-in process. The elevator has a key code to gain access to the building which makes you feel really safe. There are two or three luggage carts available for you to unload with shelf and hanging bar. While others said the elevator was slow I found it to be fine. Parking is undercover about 6 or so spots from the elevator in a designated spot. The first thing you see when you walk in is the water from the huge sliders. The primary bedroom is big and bright.. very clean with a super comfortable bed and soft linens. The bathroom is something you'd want to have in your own house with granite finishes and glass door. The second bedroom is maybe a little tight but it's because there are two queen size beds perfect for accommodating four people. Closet space is abundant in both rooms with plenty of beach items (chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc.) for you to use. Also available: ironing board, hair dryer and plenty of hangers. Kitchen has granite finishes, updated fridge/freezer with ice maker. My only wish is that there would've been coffee for us because we got in late and this beach town closes for the night starting at 9p done by 10p. There is a working dishwasher and traditional coffee pot.. everything you need for cooking including plates, glassware and cookware. The dining room is spacious with seating for six.. living room has a comfortable sofa and loveseat as shown with amazing views with those big sliders from anywhere. Plenty of room on the patio to seat 4 at the table.. one chaise lounger and additional chair.. it wraps around the corner so you have full from both sides. Having the corner unit is a plus for sure! Plenty of windows from the front and side make the whole unit very bright and cheery. The building is quiet. The water is very close from the keypad building entrance gate - that made the beach super easy. I would recommend this place for friends and family trips regardless of age. Great communication from owner.

Nicely decorated and well-stocked, this place is on a great beach and within easy distance of restaurants and groceries. Three of us spent 4 nights here and this was exactly what we had hoped for. There is a Publix grocery a short drive away and the convenience store across the street provided us with a few forgotten items like butter, milk, and wine. The kitchen had every gadget we wanted, eg, a tea kettle and a coffee pot (with filters), and plenty of pots, pans, spatulas, cutting boards, and even tupperware containers for those inevitable leftovers. We enjoyed a few meals out, including the pizza shop across the street, Caddy's for a lunch / happy hour, and a trip up to Frenchy's in Clearwater. We didn't get to try the ice cream shop that claims to have 100 flavors—we'll have to come back another time! The beaches were uncrowded, and the area had a low key vibe. As runners, we enjoyed several runs along Gulf Blvd. The sidewalk has lines separating pedestrians and bikes from cars, although there's no true divider, so you are running right next to the road. There wasn't much traffic, so we were unbothered by this and enjoyed long flat runs in the early morning. The beaches themselves are quite relaxed—the sand is sugar soft, and even though there are pretty little shells along the beach, it isn't the kind of beach where you wince because the shells cut your feet. We enjoyed many barefoot walks along the coastline. The waves were small and great for wading and floating in the calm water. There was a little bit of seaweed at the high tide line and in very small clumps underwater, but the beach and water were largely clear of it, and what was there was inoffensive. This is a great beach! The unit has beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas for use during your stay, and we enjoyed having the smaller backpack-style chairs available, as they were easy to carry down to the beach. The balcony is a perfect spot for watching the sunset, and we were thrilled to see dazzling lightning storms in the distance. We got lucky with the weather, and on the one rainy afternoon we had, we found some puzzles tucked away to keep us busy during the storm. I have no complaints about this unit and will definitely stay here again if I come back in the future. I do suggest picking up a proper bar of soap at Publix, as the small hotel soaps that came with the unit didn't last us until the end of the trip. Otherwise, this place was excellent!

The condo was as advertised, very comfortable and nice. Great balcony right on the ocean with great views. The only negative at all is the actual building itself. Although the condo is awesome, the building it’s in is old and not well kept. However, for two adults it worked fine and the condo and beach made up for the older location.

The check-in process was super easy. The online photos were accurate for the interior. The views were absolutely spectacular. We enjoyed every minute of our vacation. We are definitely coming back to this location. From sunrise to sunset, we enjoyed amazing views of dolphins, upper atmospheric storms, and gorgeous sunsets.

Perfect beachfront location. Not a huge tourist or local crowd on the beach, pretty quiet and delightful (I prefer a less crowded beach). Condo is spacious, clean and as described. Plenty of beach chairs for your use. I would definitely do a staycation there again.

This certainly was the best condo at Indian shores! The host thought of every detail to transform vacation to a feel like home get away. The smallest of details... from coffee filters, speaker, brand new beach chairs, umbrellas for the heat, beautiful dishes.... I could go on and on!!! Kudos Stephen! When I return I most certainly will be staying here!

The condo was very clean and well furnished in a great location! The views of the Gulf are just stunning! Our family of 4 really enjoyed our getaway to the beach!

The unit is as updated and fabulous!! The view was fantastic! They had everything needed in the unit for a great vacation. We had breakfast and lunch in the unit. Or in the beach and ate dinner out. There was only one elevator. It would have been nice to have more elevators. But we ended up using the stairs. We loved the corner unit and the short distance to the beach. We were a little frustrated that the elevator stayed out of order in check out day. But the ground level did not have a sign?? We would love to stay at this unit again!! It was updated and very clean. We enjoyed the area and we would describe it as very family-friendly. The only two small issues we experienced was there was a dead roach found when we arrived but the host assured us it was common to have a few sightings of these due to weather etc and that it was sprayed often. That was the only sighting we had and as I said earlier the condo was very clean. The other small issue was that one of our children walked into the screen door going outside and the screen came loose from the frame. I contacted the host to explain and I said that we would cover the cost to fix it of course. I was just shocked when I got charged for it and it was $96.72. The invoice showed the labor to be $70 and the screen materials $26. I just felt personally this was a lot considering the repair guy that contacted us stated it would be an easy fix (It may just be me). The room with the two beds was perfect for our kids but there is a window that is easily accessible from the outside area to all the other condos and we didn't feel comfortable letting them sleep in there alone. All in all, this was a great location and a beautiful condo.

The whole booking process was smooth, details for our stay were clear and easy to follow. communication with the owners was excellent when I had additional questions on the unit. We discovered a small issue with the dishwasher, and response time was same day and efficient to get it resolved and working again - Frank is a gem by the way! Being right on the beach watching the sunset was awesome - not to mention the convenience of being able to run up to the condo when you needed a quick snack break. The beach was never over crowded during our stay so that was an extra plus, and no issues with excessive seaweed or junk on the beach to worry about. . The area around the place had a few walkable restaurants which was nice for a break from cooking. We never took the trolley to explore, but the stop was right outside the door if you wanted to. The rooms were cleaned and maintained very well and everything you could need was provided. It is a beautiful place, furnished very comfortably, and all you could ask for. The pool was warm, clean and fun for the little one. It is all exactly as pictured, no hidden surprises here - don’t hesitate to pick this one, you will be glad you did.

Condo was great, loved the corner unit. Very clean and well kept. Building is close to a public beach access so the beach was busy but not overly crowded. We have stayed in this location before with no crowds.

We arrived in April of 2022 to beautiful weather! This is a wonderful corner unit with a spacious balcony. Amazing views from inside. We spent most of our time watching dolphins and manatees swim by and the sunsets were incredible! Our 88 year old mother loved the condo and pool! We definitely recommend unit 318 because of location!

This is our third time renting this condo and as always it's amazing! We love the location and how quiet the area is. Everything we needed is in the condo. Love having beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. The owners are quick to respond to any questions or concerns we've had. Definitely will be renting again.

My family and I traveled down from Cincinnati for a Thursday to Monday trip to take in the Cincinnati-South Florida game in Tampa. The property is exactly like the pictures. Great location between St Pete and Clearwater, amazing views from the balcony and kitchen/living room, and everything is provided that you would need for a day at the beach (cooler, towels, chairs, umbrella). Communication was never an issue with Stephen and everything about the process was positive. We will definitely book and come back again next year.
