Este segundo (segundo) piso de 4 dormitorios 2 baños completos tiene mucho que usted y su familia ofrecen de una de las mejores playas en el mundo hasta el refugio privado de la parte superior oasis azotea con sus vistas de 360 grados del horizonte. Desde el centro de compras de la emoción y la emoción de los embarcaderos de la diversión. Hay algo para todo el mundo !! Una planta muy abierto usted y su familia da la bienvenida a su llegada con alza de techos altos, pisos de madera y una sensación bañada por el sol (que finalmente conoce a su en la orilla). La cocina de azulejos con barra americana se equipa completamente para todas sus necesidades de vacaciones con refrigerador grande con máquina de hielo, rango con construido en el microondas y cafetera Keurig. Cómoda sala de estar con TV de pantalla plana, conexión inalámbrica a Internet y llamadas locales y larga distancia gratis. Ventanas y deslizador de Anderson que conducen a una playa parcialmente cubierta frente al porche delantero. 4 habitaciones de gran tamaño (todas equipadas con televisores con pantalla plana) con un sofá cama en la sala de estar, ofrecen alojamiento cómodo para 11. Hay un garaje cerrado para 1 automóvil y estacionamiento en la calle para su comodidad. Esta es una casa que utilizamos nosotros mismos y no es sólo un alquiler como la mayoría de los demás. The place was great for us. We were one block away from the beach with easy access. The house was clean and presentable. We had some earlier issues trying to communicate with the owner which was a bad time in the midst of a tropical storm. The write up says it's easy to find the 2nd floor entry but there was nothing on the doors letting us know we were at the right door. Without having any communication, it took us a while to figure out we were on the "1st" floor, not the "2nd". Once we figured it out, we were fine. I suggest the owner "letter" the doors for easy identification and fix his "mailbox is full" problem.

My family and I had a great stay here! The location was great, just 1.5 blocks to beach, and away from the busy-ness of other areas of OC. We were 5 adults and fir comfortably in the bedrooms and living areas. We loved grilling in the back and hanging out on the porches. The view from the rooftop porch was amazing! The kitchen had pretty much everything we could've needed. Would definitely stay here again!

We had such a great week! This beautiful home had everything we needed, and more. Scott was very responsive to messages, and was very accommodating.
Huge plus- they have darkening shades in all the bedrooms! This was a great surprise as we haven’t experienced this at a rental. My kids actually slept past the sunrise due to this! haha
The kitchen is well stocked with glasses, dishes, pots/pans and utensils. Everything was clean and organized, and they have very comfortable beds.
The location is perfect, and I loved that the garage fit our SUV, and had room in the driveway for my Dads truck.
Super easy entry onto the beach!
Highly recommend Scott and his home! We hope to return.

Our second year at this beach house was even better than the first. Location is terrific and the house definitely met all of our needs from the set up of the bedrooms to the well provisioned kitchen. We look forward to next year!

This home has it all!!! The best location, so spacious, nicely decorated and so clean!! The house was exactly as described and even better than it looked in pictures.
We loved the garage storage space for bikes and beach stuff. Extremely detailed instructions were provided by the homeowners, and that made it so easy to navigate the property, to pack and to clean up. We will be back!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We came to Ocean City for Thanksgiving hoping to get a rental with a comfortable home feel to it. This place far exceeded our expectations. Stunning from top to bottom and the manager came right over when we needed a lightbulb in the kitchen.

The interior was very comfortable and relatively clean, although I don't think the blankets provided had been washed in awhile. And it's a mystery to me why property owners don't provide the bare minimum of essentials such as hand soap. I have had two vacation properties in VA and Maine listed through VRBO and I always provided hand soap, body soap, dish soap, fresh dish scrubber, paper towels, TP and tissues, and trash bags-- for all trash containers. This can't cost more than a couple of dollars per stay, but providing these things along with basic cleaning supplies and vacuum will ensure a tidy house at the end of the stay. I know that my guests have always appreciated it. I understand that turnovers for beach properties are tight in season. but you should have an adequate supply of clean blankets for each bedroom, every booking. Other than that, property is in a good location and was as described.

What a perfect house for a beach vacation with my family ! The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and appliances, the deck was a great spot for lounging while the kids napped, and we loved the location! The beach was steps away and so was the ice cream! We cannot wait to visit again.

Lovely beach vacation in a large, comfortable rental. Beds were all comfortable. The garage was perfect for storing our bikes. The kitchen was adequately stocked with tools for our eating in. Beautiful 2nd floor home with cool rooftop deck. Elderly family were good with the stairs. Parking and garage wonderful. Extremely clean and cozy - very quiet. We were four adults who appreciated our own space and TVs. Added bonus to have xfinity so we could watch Philly sports!!! Owner excelled at response time and thoroughness. Highly recommend!!!
