very cosy with stunning views

it’s located very close to Puerto Banús, beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc and at the same time it’s very quiet.

The location was perfect, the property was equip with all essentials and very tidy. There were also 2 pools which were never too busy. Very helpful staff and great taxi recommendation. Would stay here again and highly recommend.

I don’t believe it was made aware there was a beach club right behind the property and you could hear the music till early hours one morning. Didn’t bother us too much but as a general I do not remember it being mentioned. (I may have missed it)

Everything no word can describe it

everything! very well equipped place so felt like staying in a friends place instead of holiday flat. beach towels, coffee & tea drawer, spices and sauces. freezer bags and food wrap. spares for everything. 3 terraces so sun always can be enjoyed. they even left charcoal and fluid for the BBQ. TV good quality as well as showers. washer and airer good, and thoughtful book created by owners about the surrounding area.

we liked everything!

The most fantastic penthouse apartment that made such a memorable trip for us. The apartment had every facility you needed . But above it was so comfortable and felt like a home from home. The owners Jens and Elena were so helpful in every way , as was their rep on location Simon. We watched the sunsets and sunrises and enjoyed the most beautiful views of Puerto Banus. This was up there as probably the best accommodation we’ve ever enjoyed , topped off by the most kind and helpful owners. We are already planning our return ! Niall and Lisa

The only negative (and it’s not the owners fault) was there seemed like there was somewhat a rave (very loud music) at a nearby site . As we are young travellers (early thirties) we didn’t really mind but it was a little loud at times.

Communication with the owner was excellent as was their management staff. Highly recommended.

the apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. it was lovely to have 3 balconies so we could have breakfast sitting in the sun with wonderful views of the sea and mountains, sit in the sun in the afternoon and then have a drink in the evening sun on the 3rd balcony.

we found the car parking space almost impossible to get into (very common in Spanish car parks we know) but there was always plenty of space to park outside.

Fantasic apartment with amazing views and easy walking distance to centre of Puerto Banus, whilst a few shops, restaurants and bars close by.
