A well appointed nicely decorated clean apartment with a sea view, on the excellent East Wittering beach for swimming and walking. close to all the amenities' with some great cycle rides to local beauty spots
Very little in regard to the apartment it is a popular area so the traffic can become quite busy

We had a very relaxing three nights stay at Seagate Court, perched right by the beach and several great places to eat, what more could you need?
Loved that there’s no TV in the living room, so you enjoy more of the view, and then enjoy a lounge in bed watching the box.
With the coastal path on the edge of the gardens you can head out to a stunning walk along the beaches.
Worth a change out of the pillows please, very thick and we found unusable… Small thing but high impact. Apart from that super 👌🏼

This is somewhere very special, lovely communications with an owner who clearly cares very much about her property and has made it a perfect bolt hole right by the sea. Safe accessible parking.

We loved the apartment, it's tastefully decorated, with a lot of storage space. We didn't want to leave when the time came, which speaks volumes. Carolyn is the perfect host and very responsive. The bed is fine. We slept like babies. I just have ridiculously high standards when it comes to beds hence the non-perfect score. The flat was quiet at night, no human noises, but you could hear the sea, especially at the beginning of the week when it was quite stormy, it's only a bother if you are extremely noise sensitive. Personally I loved it. Everything we used worked. One recommendation: set the toaster to 2 first, see whether it's enough. It was on 5 when we arrived, luckily we tried 2 first, or our bread would have been charcoal. We are asked, further down this questionnaire if we went to West Wittering. We didn't because of the weather, it was very windy the first days of our stay, which made walks on a cobble beach more pleasant than on a sandy one.

The one unfortunate detail of our stay, which has nothing to do with the flat or the host is that they were cleaning the outer walls of the building with a Kärcher type pressure cleaner most of the week which was very noisy, but as it's just been done, it won't happen again for a while and the block looks better than ever. (What I didn't like is that I asked the two men if they would do the floor of the balcony too, as there were marks - that were only visible once we had cleared up the balcony so nothing would get damaged - but they said no point the stains will be back soon enough! I tend not to like when people won't do an inch more than the job description, they were on the balcony at the time, to reach the wall better, it would have taken a few seconds, once back on their platform, to spray the floor quickly... But otherwise they were friendly and polite and really no bother. I am not noise sensitive. My husband is, so we just ended up going for longer walks on those days. Not the end of the world, especially when you are so close to a wonderful beach.

A lovely clean modern apartment in a lovely location. A very good base to explore the beach and local areas. The shops, pubs and restaurants were close to hand and the local area/beach was not crowded.
There were work men cleaning the apartment walls with high power hoses all day which prevented us sitting on the balcony and admiring the view. Due to the noise we couldn't open the widows or sit comfortably in the lounge. It would have been nice to have been notified about this disturbance before hand.

The place was much nicer than we expected. Excellent views, lovely decor, good facilities. Host was fabulous and very responsive. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.
This is SUPER MINOR! We stayed initially because of the car charging facility, but it took us about 10 minutes to squeeze into the space next to it as there was no designated parking for it (as in, any car can park next to the charger). It was fine in the end, but a little bit of a hassle.

Amazing location, complete with fab sea views. There is a great buzz in the local area too, within spitting distance of the apartment complex, with a variety of places to eat and browse in - and a lovely, welcoming owner at Calamity's tearoom. Very easy access to the beach from complex.
While a beautiful-looking apartment with stunning sea view and very cozy in the evenings, sadly, there were a few things/items that needed attention/some tlc - one serious one. The cleaning company had not done a great job either - or left any extra loo rolls for a family of four (had 1.5 over three nights)! It was so disappointing to say the least as genuinely loved the place and wanted to rate it higher.

Location is spot on. Right on the beach with a sea view from the balcony (side of property). Places to eat and drink immediately outside the gate to the apartments.
Only awkward point was parking if there were lots of spaces already full. The estate road is narrow and spaces quite small if you have a full sized car. However it's private parking which is a huge bonus, so this is a very minor point.

The apartment was exceptionally clean & of a very high standard with wonderful views of the sea & close to the village for evening entertainment.
Everything was perfect.
