My stay was too brief!

Perfect place. Very cozy clean separate house and area around. Large bedroom and bathroom. Everything is done with soul and comfort. Power outlets on each side of the bed, great fast wifi. The owner and his wife are kind, helpful and very friendly. The owner can suggest the route and share information. He saw a flat tire on a scooter and helped pump it up for us. Very tasty traditional breakfast. In addition, we asked to make us dinner. It was delicious.

Clean room, friendly hosts, good food. Really a place to stay. They also organized bicycles for us and helped with transportation. We definitely recommend this place.

Everything was great! The host is really nice and friendly, they served us both mornings a typical sri lankan breakfast and an amazing dinner. They really tried to make us feel as comfortable as possible. The host also arranged us a nice trip in the Eco Park Safari with a guide that took us half of the price that appears on the internet, this was nice. And on our last morning he also booked for us a really nice massage, upon our request. I would highly recommend this property!

This is the best place in Sigiriya! :) we stayed here for two nights and it had been one if our favourite places in Sri Lanka. We loved EVERYTHING about this place. Everyone should come here! Mori our host is the kindest sweetest man. He never stops making sure you are happy. the food (made by his lovely wife) is INCREDIBLE!!! The most wonderful home cooked Sri Lanka food. absolutely delicious and giant portions…they just want to make you happy they’re such a nice family! The bed was very comfortable, cute place with a nice hot shower and the gardens around the place are beautiful. Mori is also an experienced senior guide of 30 years and knows everything about Sigiriya Rock and the area. He can give you a guided tour if you want (doesn’t pressure at all though he’s so nice). we climbed both Sigiriya and Pidurangala with him and it was really worth it! we got so much more out of it that way. The place is an amazing value - Just book it now! you won’t regret it :)

Nothing! Everything was wonderful.

First of all, the hosts are extremely pleasant and hospitable. They helped to organize a trip to Pidurangala, made a memorable and tasty breakfast from their own products and told a lot about life on the island. They were in constant contact over Whatsapp well before our arrival and tried to resolve our problems in Colombo.

location very close to the Sigiriya rock. rooms very modern and very clean. hospitality was amazing. arranged all transport for us from other cities and also to the other rock early in the morning. host is a tour guide himself so showed us around the Sigiriya rock himself. breakfast lunch and dinner we had at the accommodation and was excellent - so much food and not expensive at all. excellent value definitely recommend. thank you

Very friendly host, trying super hard to be as accommodating as possible. We didn’t stay for breakfast so he packed us some biscuits and fruit to take with us. Rooms are clean, spacious but relatively basic. Overall very good value for a short overnight stay as passing through Sigiriya

Hibiscus villa is very comfortable and very clean. host was very attentive to service. we enjoy lot. berekfirst and dinner was very nice and very good food. tv, mini bar, bed is very comfortable. sigiri hibiscus villa very close to sigiriya rock. Highly recommend

We really enjoyed our stay here! The place is located walking distance from Sigiriya rock and the room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we were looking for: mosquito net, A/C, hot water. The food (both breakfast and dinner) were delicious and varied daily but there are also restaurants in walking distance if you want to eat out instead. The hosts also arranged a safari for us and a tuktuk driver to take us to Pidurangala before sunrise. Would definitely recommend staying here!

Shani, the host, was simply amazing. Being very open minded and a cheerful communicator. She always went above and beyond to be a beacon of Sri Lankan hospitality. She is happy to give you insightful tips on what to do in Sigiriya. Shani is such a lovely person and she put so much effort in making our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was spotless clean and free from mosquitos. The double bed was very comfortable. WiFi/ AC both work well. The room has everything you need. Tea coffee maker, Mini bar, LED TV, Mosquito net.The bathroom is nice and it's exceptionally clean. The breakfast and dinner is the best we have had in Sri Lanka. The garden is so nice, it's calm and best place to relax. Great location 1.5km to Sigiriya lion rock and 3km to Pidurangala rock. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Everything is perfect, No shortcomings we like everything..

Would give this property ten stars if I could! We had a lovely spacious super clean room with a comfortable bed, Fast Wi/Fi, Mosquito net, Free water bottles,Mini fridge and good air conditioner. The bathroom was spotlessly clean and a few basic toiletries were supplied. Shani is our host. she is very kind and open minded. She organised for us to take a jeep safari which was half the price than the companies we saw advertised on TripAdvisor and the internet. We saw well over 100 elephants on our trip to Hurulu eco park. She organised for us to have a packed breakfast and made sure that we got to the train station in plenty of time to catch our train back to Colombo. She gave us loads of hints and tips for our stay in Sri Lanka and made us feel very welcome. Food was delicious. The vegetarian curry and rice was among the best we had in Sri Lanka and the portions were generous. The breakfast was huge and everything was delicious. Thank you very much for everything, We would definitely stay here again.. Highly recommended!! Lili & Archie..
