Location was convenient. Close to the tram and easy access to the city. Grocery stores are nearby and many cafes and restaurants are in the area.

Communication from the apartment - slow and not helpful. I requested baby cot and it was not in place. In addition, there were no additional sheets or only a few additional towels available. Dusts in the corners of the house. One of the bathrooms smelled very funny. Very noisy in the evening.

the water heater clearly isn’t strong enough two supply the shower and keeps cutting out, each needing a to be re-set. the shower heads, when it works, are next to useless and need replacing.

Such a spacious and clean apartment. Perfect for four adults. Apartment is on a road with excellent transport links - number 9 tram outside the door takes you to Navigli (bars and restaurants) and all the way to central station in the opposite direction and the 24 (2 min walk) takes you to the centre of the city. Really helpful staff - only a WhatsApp away if needed help. I would 100% stay here again. Thank you for the best stay.

Nothing Air condition not working they bring technican second day and he cant fixed it Hot water stop ypu have to re start boiller again Managment and staff caring only with money they said you can change place but ypur money will not back again Booking.com you have the responsibilty before you post any of this kind of apartment The worst experince ever i had with this application Also booking team no acting with my complain They just follow payment the amount The technican gay said its too hot how could you live here I give the stafff chance to solve the situation but the answer was shocked me Any one think to stay with this apartment he waste his money

we were very happy with the apartment. it had everything we needed, the size for 3 people was perfect, it was comfortable, with two separate bathrooms, and the location was slightly out of the centre but easily accessible by the subway in walking distance. good value for money

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t enjoy about the property. the shower took a little while to heat but that was not an issue for us at all.

The apartment is well equipped and a short walk to everything. Trams stop out the front as well to make it easy to get around. I would stay again, if in Milan.

Little bit of noise on weekend from disco, but it could only be heard in the 2nd bedroom.
