Please read my full review - AVOID THIS VILLA The air con in the living room over the door was good ...pity there was no Aircon in any other room ...the bedrooms were too hot to sleep in comfortably. Temps during the night were 22 -24 max and it was stuffy. We were able to sleep in the master with the exterior door to the back area wide open all night. The kitchen is well equipped but the apartment is smaller than the photos suggest.

The fact that we had to sleep with the exterior door open because the air con was only in one room. This apartment's furniture is all from IKEA which is fine but it is looking dated and stained. When we took the sheets off the beds at the end of the stay there were stains on the mattresses. The map provided showed the wrong location of the home. I am now editing this to report that the owner has contacted me regarding this review. He tried to call me at work several times and after I asked him to stop calling he sent the message you will see in the photos attached to this message. I then asked him not to contact me but he still called the following day. I then reported this to booking.com and asked that they ask him to stop contacting me. He has now claimed that we broke a fan in the villa and wants money for it. There was no fan - otherwise, we would have used it. I met the cleaner on the way into the house and there were guests in there that evening (I had asked for a late checkout and was told it was booked) so he would have mentioned the broken fan when he contacted me. Now after I reported him suddenly there is a broken item.

The accommodation was very clean and had all facilities you require for your stay. A lovely private garden with lots of seating areas. The villa is on a gated complex so felt safe. It is a few minutes walk to beachfront and about 20 minutes to center of Costa Teguise.

Great location, right on seafront but a little away from noise of main town. Very good property with most things you could need, and nice outside space for sitting/eating. Nice big pool with plenty of sunbeds.

The pillows on the beds were not very comfortable. There were no English speaking channels on the TV that we could find, but it didn't matter as we were out most of the day.

Location was excellent, quiet yet close to the promenade giving a lovely walk by the ocean in to the centre when needed. Very handy for numerous good restaurants. Spacious and well equipped. We met the owner who was very friendly and helpful

Nothing really - the property was an excellent base for our cycling trip.

Everything, very relaxed, lovely host, the bar we named “The Shed” thankyou all for making our holiday .

Clean and new apartments, very nice and helpful landlord . 100% recommend
