Contacted the host informed them I had family coming for wedding as well as vendors got approval. Wonderful space. Great host.

The house was perfect for our group of 10. The location was close to everything we wanted to do.

First off... This place is beautiful and everything the owner said it would be. Plenty of space for everyone with room to breath and have your own space even if the house is full! We learned quickly that the owners are accommodating and loved by their renters. Many of our "neighbors" were repeat customers who had nothing but great things to say about their stay(s). The place was clean and well equipped and instructions left little to be figured out. MINOR ISSUES BUT DIDN'T BOTHER OWNERS WITH: Some trouble with operating television but realized the issue was remote betteries and we let the maintenance people who were on site when we left know they needed to be replaced. Challenges (but will DEFINITELY try again): We were unaware there would be construction, painting, and garage door installation going on when we were visiting. Because we had a rental and used the back entry this proved to be a challenge many times. When I first arrived the painters were there and when I tried to head out to pick up guests at the airport my rental was covered in plastic. Of course I appreciated the caution but it took a bit to communicate that I had to leave because I didn't speak Spanish fluently and couldn't be understood. The next two days were were woken up by saws and drills at 8am which was annoying (simply because we didn't know) but also understood construction and how you get on a schedule when you do. It became necessary to reach out to the owners when we were constantly met with vehicles and debris (including nails and screws) when we were coming and going from out assigned parking spot. It became increasingly difficult when we arrived back to find a newly installed garage door closed, that couldn't be opened for a few hours (per the installers). I reached out to Adam and received another prompt response and some solutions. This is when I found out that the owners NEVER gave permission for work to be done while we were scheduled to be there that week. I definitely felt for the owners as these workers not only were disrespectful to their wishes but also to us when we asked if they could move their stuff so that we could park. They took as long as they could to very slowly roll up every single strap, no urgency. 2 hours later we were able to move the car back into our parking spot. We did end up missing a dinner reservation but it all worked out because we got to hang out at the house and get to know the great neighbors!

My family of 16 rented 2 houses for Thanksgiving. We had a great time - lots of room & baths for all. Very well equipped - had pretty much everything we needed to cook a big Thanksgiving dinner!

We were satisfied with the rental. It was big enough for everyone in our group. It provided all the basic necessities, but nothing extra. Overall we were happy with the choice and the price. It’s about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Broadway.

Had a great time, there was a lot of room. There is more parking a block away. Able to hang out during the day and uber for 25$ max for 5 people. It worked perfectly.

We had a large group and were ultimately concerned with the bathroom situation but it was great! The house was very clean. We walked in and could smell all the good lemon freshness. The rooftop was a nice perk! Plus, the Lyft ride to Broadway was very manageable. Would highly recommend!

Had a couple small issues - owners were very responsive. And let us stay at a discount when our flights were cancelled. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was close to downtown but the cleanliness of the home and general upkeep is nothing we have encountered when renting with VRBO/Home Away. The home is perfect for young adults looking for a party weekend as we had parties on both sides and significant marijuana smoking smells when we left the home in the evenings. The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable and the stove gave off a horrible gas smell which made us had to cook with the window by the kitchen open to remove the strong gas odor. The washer was full of hair and mold and we decided not to use for our safety. The walls and overall interior need some upkeep and while I understand rental properties get abused by some renters, these homes need some TLC.

Great house with a lot of room for kids to have their own space. Beautiful rooftop area with view of downtown and NYE fireworks. Owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to return.

Great place for several people. Plenty of room. Surrounding area a little run down but a $15 uber ride to Downtown. I would stay there again.

The house is beautiful! Although, there are areas that could use some improvement. The ally behind the house is filthy.(understand, that is not necessarily your fault) There was several sheets that were stained. And the house could use basic house cleaning. (Dusting, baseboards & ceiling fans. The 2 downstairs toilets are constantly running, the kitchen sink faucet is not properly attached and downstairs bathroom faucet isn’t properly intstalled..

Had a great time. We had a large group and had plenty of room in the house. Parking is a little cramped but next door neighbor allowed us to share his space. Would definitely stay here again.
