Great location. Condo was very clean and we had a nice time. Everyone was super nice and answered all of our questions. The only downside was the beds and pillows. The sheets were old and did not fit the beds and all of the pillows had huge lumps. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this place.

The condo was very clean. However the second bed was very uncomfortable in the room with 2 beds and the pillows were very flat. It was very quiet and the kitchen was fully stocked.

Pulling into the parking lot I was not satisfied. All the railing was peeling and looked cheap (front and back of building). The condo itself was clean but felt dirty. The front bathroom light has a short (light turned off/on by itself) The 2nd bath light flickered. Pic frames were falling apart. Box springs were yellow/stained. King comforter had holes in it. Small shower had mold & rust. Appliances were scratched and looked dirty. Nice floors and great location.

No problems , easy to book and get in , great location for us,2nd floor was great , the weather was against us but we enjoyed watching from balcony and walks . Will definitely try to book this unit again .

The beds were horrible hard as a rock . Shower door was falling off in master bathroom, the couch was very nasty ,refrigerator needs an ice maker ,the whole place needs to be remodeled . For the price people has to pay i expected better .This resort is for older crowds not a fun place to stay at all . The balcony and view and pool area were very good 👍.

The condo was great clean, well furnished, easy access to the beach. Elevators could use a little work little slow one door closes to fast but not a major issue.

Sofa was dirty and sits poorly with feeling the springs. Recliner was broken and sits poorly. There was a white wicker chair sits great. Master bedroom mattress was very uncomfortable feeling and hearing the springs when you laid down or turned over. Musty smell. Master bathroom cabinets and mirror shows wear and tear with wood showing thru. Kitchen needs cooking utensils and some good silverware. The air conditioner worked well.

This place was great! Loved the location, the views, and of course the beach and pools! Doggo even loved the dog path! Perfect for families. Floors were a bit dirty ( needs good mop) but I think that’s expected on the beach with the salty most air. No scissors or salt and pepper lol limited kitchen cookware and utensils but definitely enough to get the job done. Just not fancy. All in all very satisfied and will be back!!

Great location.second season for us. Both Dunes and Fourstar staff were helpful and great. We appreciated getting a new washer/dryer. Condo has a great view.A few minor items could use some care. No small spoons, only 4 forks. Hall bathroom light would not turn off,bad switch, and no sink drain strainer or plug in jbathroom. Drapes in living room and bedroom could use updating or cleaning. A complex issue the windows and doors could use updating. We are coming back for 2024!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was as described in webpage. Beautiful view just outside the bedroom to wake up to every morning and a breathtaking sunset every night from the balcony.Had trouble getting the tv to work. Management came up right a way and rebooted all of the tvs. Pleasent staff.

Was shocked there was absolutely nothing there..no salt pepper aluminum foil sugar or flour no kind of any spices or coffee filters..I have rented alot of condos in area and there was always alittle something...3 chairs on balcony and 1 was totally broke couldn't sit even galf of us on balcony at one time...was very disappointed actually ..other than the condo we had a wonderful time

The office staff was very helpful with any questions that I had, even called me to offer an extra day during our stay for half off because of a gap in the calendar; however, the condo was very uncomfortable because of the beds. The beds were awful for all of my family. I highly recommend upgrading the mattresses. We woke up every day with aching backs and legs because of how hard they were. Kitchen needs to be updated. Overall, the entire unit needs TLC.

Perfect Location
The location of this unit was perfect! It is close to shopping, dining, and bars. Even the location of the beach was great, it was not as crowded as it was in front of the other buildings in the resort.
The unit itself could use an upgrade and some paint but it wasn’t anything that I would consider a problem. They have two oscillating fans that really helped since the ceiling fans were not very powerful.

We stayed at this property in 2018. Much improvement and updates have been made. The pots and pans need to be thrown away and new ones bought, but other than that, it was a very nice trip. Would stay here again.

Mishaps
We loved the location, the unit could use a little TLC. The dishwasher wasn't working day one, it had to be replaced. One light went out in main bathroom that made it really dim and it was never replaced during our stay. Fire alarm in master started chirping at 11 PM every 15 seconds, my son was able to disconnect.
Housekeeping should make sure appliances are working, when you opened dishwasher the dry powder was still there, it should have been taken care of before guests arrive. Change the batteries more often and keep a few light bulbs in condo.

The condo is in a great location, but needs a little TLC. Dishwasher needs to be fixed and the cleaning crew can clean a little better under the couches and beds. I tried to call maintenance but he was on vacation and the other number he gave to us didn't answer the phone or call back when I left a message.

Have stayed at other locations and was disappointed at how out dated the room was and when we had an issue it took 2days to get resolved. Loved the location of the rental. For the money spent on the room I could have stayed at a much nicer resort .

The condo has potential but in need of a thorough cleaning, maintenance, and painting. Both shower head has mold in them and the tub had mold and leaked. Several times during our stay water would pour from the ceiling vent in the bathroom.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. Washer/Dryer was a much used asset. Central air was a perk. Well appointed kitchen, including ice maker, was greatly appreciated. Views of the beach and pool were more than we bargained for. Sweet staff at the home office made everything easy for us. Parking was a dream.

This was our first vacation with the dogs. Plenty of areas to walk the dogs. Nice place and location. The view is amazing. The kitchen is small (for my taste) for a two bedroom but it is very workable for one person at a time. The unit has a beautiful view although the balcony is crowded with the large table, two small tables and six chairs. We had to stack the chairs to get them out of the way. This is away from the pool if you are not interested in the noise. It is above the walkway that goes to the beach and pool. They were replacing the walkway to the closest pool which was under renovation. The master has non opening windows that look out to the ocean as well a balcony door. The unit was ready when stated, it was clean and had everything that was listed. We had a wonderful time and would stay again. This unit is close to the elevator and trash chute. You only have to go down one floor to get access to the beach and pool walkways. It stated it sleeps 8 but you would have to put three in the King to sleep more than 7.

Needs some work. The shower ceiling was falling into the shower, as you showered. The master toilet/shower had a pocket door. No room to even try and slide the door to shut. Never could get it all the way shut. Fridge took a full day to cool, I thought it was broke. Maintenance quickly supplied us with a large cooler and ice to protect foods. Painting the balcony rails would go a LONG way. right now rusty and looking run down. New paint would give a much better impression. room was as good as the pictures show. The only disappointment is the bathrooms. We are not ones to stay in our room but to sleep and shower. The room was fine for our needs. I personally will look next time for bathrooms with more room and doors that lock.
