Al Garcia, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. Greeted us and dropped by to make sure everything was going well. Super friendly guy.
Loved the property - it’s on the end of a cul de sac which was super quiet. Close enough to the PGA West Dunes course that a golf ball actually landed in the backyard.
The outside area with the spa, pool, tons of chairs and tables was great. Used the fire pit several times at night and on cooler mornings.
Inside the master bedroom is huge with a great shower.
Overall, the best property we have stayed in La Quinta. We highly recommend it!

This home in La Quinta is beautiful inside and out. It was just my wife and I, but this home could easily host a family on vacation. It is at the end of a quiet cul de sac, and we enjoyed every morning taking in the morning sun and every evening looking at the stars from the rooftop deck. The backyard pool is more than a simple plunge pool with both a shallow lounging pad and a deep end for jumping in. Most importantly, Al is a very attentive and accomodating host. If you have any questions, he will take care of you in a very timely manner. The location of the home is awesome as well. Old Town La Quinta has some incredible dining and shopping, a great farmer's market on Sundays, and a fun atmosphere for patio dining in the evenings. Location is equal distance to popular "must-dos" in Palm Springs to the west and Joshua Tree Nat'l Park to the east. I didn't know what I would think of the desert as a vacation destination, as I am normally a big fan of islands, but our stay here in La Quinta has us eager to come back!

We checked in on a day with rain and terrible weather and were a little stressed. HOWEVER, Not being able to use the pool our first day was seriously NO problem. We hit the zoo. We walked to eat. We enjoyed movies with the kids. We cooked meals and played board games. The house was perfect and we seriously can’t wait to get there again!

The house was clean and in the perfect location for us. Al was attentive and went all out to get it ready for us after some damage happened during the storm this past weekend. We recommend it without hesitation.

This place was awesome the pictures don’t do it justice. It was much bigger then we thought the kids and I had a blast in the pool and there’s a nice yard for them to play in too. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to cook. We’ll defiantly be going back next year

We had the most amazing time during our short stay and are excited to go back for a longer period of time. The house boasts everything you could need to feel at home (and then some). Our host made it a priority to come and show us how to operate the hot tub and pool, which was extremely welcomed after a long day of walking. Grocery stores and convenience stores are a few minutes away. There is a beautiful walking path right outside the house. You can't go wrong with booking this location. We were even welcomed with a chilled bottle of delicious wine!! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Our family of four had a great stay at Al's home in La Quinta. It was an ideal space for all of us to relax, see the local sites, and swim in the pool each afternoon. Everything was very clean and well-organized. We especially liked being able to walk to town for coffee in the morning or take the nearby path for an evening stroll through the neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again!

Great location, home and pool/patio!! We can’t say enough what a wonderful time we had at Al’s place. And the Mountain View’s are great! We could walk to Old Town La Quinta (6 blocks) and we gals went on a bike ride; the path runs right by the house! Very private setting! Access to a private pool and jacuzzi was an added bonus! We would definitely rent again!!

This was an amazing house with the best location in La Quinta Cove! We’ve stayed at a lot of houses in La Quinta Cove for horse shows over the years but this house was by far the nicest one on a huge lot with no neighbors on two sides. Premier furnishings, spacious and sparkling clean. It felt more like someone’s personal home, not a rental! I definitely need to mention the large heated salt water pool and spa. So relaxing and our family, including two dogs, spent a lot of time outside in this peaceful yard. 10 star rental, thanks Al!

We came for the tennis tournament at Indian Wells - 3 couples. We had a wonderful time and the home was everything we could have hoped for. Al was attentive and accommodating. We would definitely like to come back!

This is a perfect location - close to golf courses and restaurants (which is what our main goal was for the week). Weather was cold so wasn't able to utilize pool but the Hot Tub was a bonus! We had the option to heat the pool but the Hot Tub was good enough. Our dryer went out during our stay but Al took care of it.

Master bedroom bed turned out to be a "taco bed". I had to move to another room. Other than that, and a few little things like no tissues, and only 1 washcloth in the house. We enjoyed the stay and loved the location as we like to walk to "Old Town" to the restaurants and hike the bear creek trail located right by the house.

We have stayed at a lot of VRBO properties and this one ranks up there with one of our new favs. Super clean - well appointed - lovely decor and the backyard was fabulous! Mountain views - quiet neighborhood - great hot tub! We really enjoyed our stay and the owner was super nice and helpful. Would highly recommend this property and we will be returning next year!

Our family (3 kids ages 7-9) stayed in this wonderful home over the Christmas holiday and had a great time! We stayed in another home in La Quinta for our last Christmas and definitely prefer this one. It was well stocked with all the supplies you need if you are staying a few days - from kitchen pots and pans to bar tools/glasses to plenty of towels and blankets to books/ magazines/ games. The pool and hot tub were amazing. They were clean and well maintained and you can set the temperature for each.
We also really liked the location. There is a cute walking path next to the home and we had an easy 8-10 min walk to dinner in old town La Quinta one evening.
Definitely a great stay overall and we recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area!

Property is well located for old town La Quinta and the resort. Pool was perfect to cool down. Clean property and they take dogs which is a must for us as we travel with our Aussie. Easy to book, check in and Al was helpful the whole time. Would recommend without hesitation.

We had a wonderful vacation here. The house was immaculate and very well stocked. The pool area/back yard was beautiful and very private and peaceful. Very close to restaurants and shopping. Walked the dog to the local park every morning and he loved swimming in the pool. Can't wait to come back again.

This was our very first time in a rental home. Im pretty sure our family will never stay anyplace else. We are already looking into our next stay at this location. The house was all that and MORE.... the yard was so fun and relaxing. We spent our time swimming in the rain and BBQing. Al was the perfect host & very welcoming. I didnt want to leave :)

My husband and I came here for our 5 year wedding anniversary. The house was clean and much larger than I was expecting. I love the proximity to old town and the restaurants that were there. I would love to go back.

The house is amazing. It was very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and it’s super quiet. The pool and yard is the reason we stayed. It felt like being in a tropical location with beautiful views of the mountains. Al was very communicative and checked in on us to make sure everything was good.

Couldn't have picked a better place! House is amazing and Al makes you feel right at home. All you need is drinks and meat for the grill! My wife and I enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and was lucky enough to catch a nice lightning show at night from the top deck that was off in the mountains! Even our fur baby had a blast! If rest and relaxation is what you're after, this is the place! Wish we could've stayed longer but looking forward to staying again. Thank you Al!!!

We had an amazing time. The property was clean and very well stocked. It had everything you could need. The location was quiet and peaceful and we had the most relaxing time in the pool. The owner was awesome. He responded quickly to all our questions and we really enjoyed communication with him. Overall great stay.
