This resort is stunning from the grand entrance to views over the pool straight to the beach! The staff were incredible Tee, Miti and Ilai made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The rooms feel luxurious, breakfast was incredibly inclusive and had a huge selection including a chocolate tower. Kids pool with a slide, larger pool with swim up bar and restaurant served us the best food we’d had the entire trip. Must try the butter chicken! We even had friends change hotels so they could experience Crowne too! We’ll definitely be back once it’s all complete.

Of course a lot will mention the on going construction but honestly, you hardly notice it at all. Little pet peeves like our fridge not being very cold and would have loved to see some complimentary toiletries like most other hotels. But I assume they’re being more eco friendly.

Leider wird aber auch gebaut, die Baustellen aussen sind kein grosses Proplem, aber die im Pool Bereich für mich schon. Wir nannten so etwas eine Saustelle. Wen dann auch noch zwei Bagger ihr Abgase auf den Balkon blasen wird es unangenehm. Die Arbeiten sollten im September fertig sein? Das Booking com einem nicht darüber Informiert ist sehr schlecht und eine Enttäuschung für mich.

We booked 2 rooms one of them was so mouldy that we could use it.

After travelling around the main island of Fiji, it was wonderful to finish our holiday at a five star resort. The front reception is spacious like an airport and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. The room was a good size with a very comfortable bed and balcony overlooking the magnificent featured pools. Modern large shower, bath and good aircon. We enjoyed swimming in the luxurious pools. Sunset and walking along the beach to nearby bars. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of choices. Part of the resort is still under construction, but some minimal daytime noise was never an problem. We encountered a security issue on our last day, however this was addressed promptly and professionally with consideration. The lesson is: always to keep your belongings safe, no matter where you are. We highly recommend this resort and looking forward to staying again when the resort has finished completion.

The shower leaked over the floor a bit. Construction workers wandering around. There could’ve been some live music at night however, I’m sure they will be once the resort is complete.
