Wonderful stay really close to the slopes

This was the perfect place for a weekend stay in steamboat. We could walk many places and it had perfect views and a great amount of space. Loved it!!!!

We enjoyed our stay and found it fairly easy to get on the slopes from the condo. We had everything that we needed. It would have been helpful to have more information, like a guest manual, that had suggestions for grocery shopping, catching the bus, available shuttles, etc. The main recommendation we had was that the condo could really use some lightening up. The furniture and décor are mostly big and dark, creating a cave-like effect. Brighter lights might help. But we agree with other reviewers - the bed is really comfortable and the sleeping was good.

The property was perfect for my small family. My wife and two kids enjoyed easy access to the slopes, food, and rentals. Everything was so convenient that we didn’t need to rent a car. The apartment was perfect. Well stocked with all we needed and because it was on the ground floor the kids loved playing in the snow on the hill just outside!

Pro-tip: grab the keys, find the condo using the directions, and then identify the back door and outdoor stairs, and load your luggage and skis using this back entrance by the Christy Peak condos. 2) Condo is conveniently located for skiing and walking to the base. Get ready inside, walk 30 yards to the trail, and ski-in when done (once you figure out the right trail exit). 3) The condo was clean and had everything we needed - ski locker, comfy/big bed, place for breakfast and snacks, and hot water. We spent the majority of the time on the slopes and downtown

Step out of your skis, open the door, turn a corner, and you are home away from home.
We returned this year because of the location and the fact that the kitchen facilities are excellent. We like to cook and having everything you need is unusual in rental situations.
Next morning put your ski boots back on, walk across the street and you are on the slope heading for the gondola.

The place is easy to find if you follow the very detailed instructions that come in your welcome email. It was clean and the king bed was firm and really comfortable. (which was a blessing as my husband injured his back and spent a good amount of time laid up in bed)
The kitchen was well equipped, but the couch cushions were pretty worn down. and the kitchen table was pretty wobbly. Just needs a little TLC.

After following the meticulous instructions to zig zag our way in to this ground floor condo from parking, we were happy to find how convenient this unit was to access from the slopes. For getting to slopes you do have to walk down some steps and cross the street but it was no big deal. Great value and comfortable and functional place to stay.

We stayed in this little condo for a ski weekend. Most of our time was out skiing and out to dinner with friends. This place had my 4 most important features: comfy bed, decent linens/pillows, hot shower, and clean.
Check-in and check-out were simple and no long list of chores for check out. We loved how the fireplace made it nice and toasty after a day on the slopes. It’s not a super modern condo but it was a good value for Steamboat. Everything was well maintained and functioning well. We would stay again.

Unloading meant driving down and around and then back up steps and then back down to drive back up to the parking. And I wasn’t quite sure if I needed the parking pass left in the unit so I wouldn’t be towed. It’s too bad about that part because the condo itself was nice and comfortable.

Stayed here for the weekend and thought it was very nice. The location is prime. The unit within the building is a bit cumbersome to get to from the parking lot; especially when it comes to loading and unloading your stuff, but nothing worth gripping over.

If you’re a college kid looking for a cheap place to stay, this will do the trick, but if you have any money at all, stay somewhere nicer. This place is dark, dank and feels like the contractor that worked on it wanted to get out of there as well. Owner was very nice in refunding our money for the first night due TV and internet being out in the entire building.
