From the time I reserved my beautiful corner condo unit to check out I was impressed with the friendly and immediate response from the local property manager!The condo was immaculately clean and organized with everything to make my stay very comfortable. All of the conveniences were well thought through for my 6 night stay. The guest services manager was so friendly and wanted to be sure I was very comfortable and my needs were met. I will come back and highly recommend this group to anyone wanting to have a wonderful experience.

This was a last minute get away but we should have checked the weather. It was beyond stormy (love storms) and king tides. We didn't trek down to walk the beach as the waves were dangerous. Good thing we had home with a sea view (waterfront), clean, spacious and well maintained. I'm glad we didn't bring our two small dogs bc no fenced yard. But I made dog treats for them in the well equipped kitchen.

We are excited to have found such a wonderful place in Netarts. Great views of the bay and ocean in one location. Everything about this place was amazing, best of all the location gave us easy access to Cape Meares, Three Arch Rocks and Cape Lookout. The host was great to work with and is pet friendly which is hard to find along the coast in such a beautiful place.

We have been using VRBO et al for 25 years. Last year we quit. Too costly, bad property management etc. We have use Shore Thing rental management twice and both times were exceptional. Paradise Shores is absolutely great. Truly have never stayed in one of these facilities that was better equipped than this one. Clean, functional, well thought out in terms of what a client might need. Location is perfect. Price is very competitive. Most importantly you can trust that if something isn't okay when you arrive that "it will be taken care of "immediately". Sarah and Monica are ON IT! We are a senior couple with 2 dogs and this property was perfect for us. Yes there are stairs but they are wide, carpeted and there is a good rail system in place. 10 out of 10. (and we are kinda picky!)

First, we absolutely loved this place. Beach access on both sides of property are a bit steep and you need to take it slow and careful. The one to the south of the property is the safer bet. Better still was the close access by car to Oceanside State Beach which is just fantastic.
One comment regarding the layout - the listing was not super clear - but there are two bathrooms, a half bath downstairs and a very nice large bath upstairs that connects by a door to the master bedroom and another door that goes to the hallway just outside of the master. So essentially everyone is sharing the tub or shower in the master bath.
My only issue - and the one that kept me from giving 5 stars were the fireplaces. The ‘rules’ state that you can only use Presto Logs and that they provide enough for your first fire. We found them in a drawer next to the downstairs fireplace along with a handy laminated instruction sheet. The instructions clearly state that you need to use fire-starters to get these logs to ignite - but none were provided. We got one and these logs just won’t ignite. We tried twice - they won’t burn. Not sure why but we were very disappointed that we could not use the fireplaces. But aside from this one issue this was a great place to stay and we would definitely consider staying here again.

We had a great stay!! Very comfortable, great views. Loved seeing the tides and the bay. Lots of pelicans and cranes. People clamming. My only room for improvement comment would be that the exterior of the building isn’t quite as nice as the interior of the townhouses.

We absolutely loved staying in this place. It was very well stocked, perfectly located and the property management company was great to work with. The view is even better than the pictures show. The property was clean and comfortable. We can't wait to stay there again! One thing to note is that all the cupboards in the kitchen are completely full so there is nowhere to put your food except for the refrigerator. All your dry goods need to go on the countertops.

Our experience at this property was amazing. We had excellent communication with property managers. The house was ready on time and even a bit early. It was beautifully cleaned and well stocked with everything we would need. The view is stunning and we saw gorgeous sunsets. I would come back to this property in a heartbeat!

The property has four units and we stayed at the south end with beautiful views of the bay and ocean. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was colder and rainier than usual, with significant rain, wind, and hail. The unit has wall heaters that were able to keep us warm, although not as warm as we would have liked, given the weather. Despite that, we would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates great ocean and bay views.

Great place! Both this home and the surrounding scenery are fantastic. We spent hours on the porch just watching the water and the birds, as well as visiting some of the scenic nearby spots. A very relaxing and enjoyable trip. I would love to return!

The Paradise Shores property was an amazing place to stay on the Oregon Coast. The location is excellent in the quiet Netarts area, offering views and an oceanfront experience that you won't regret. The place itself is top notch and has everything that you need to have an enjoyable and relaxing vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, and the beds in the upstairs rooms were extremely comfortable. The furniture is all very comfortable and the views from the deck can't be beat. There is also very easy beach access from this property, that opens up to miles of beach walks and exploration. It is simply perfect, and the Shore Thing Vacation Rentals property management team are all exceptional to work with. You will love it here if you are looking for a relaxing spot for a family vacation on the beach!

We had a great time at this rental. It was just what we needed. The location was great, the view was amazing. It was just the two of us plus the dog. We explored the beach and walked for several hours every day and then spent a lot of time just relaxing. There was a hose by the door to clean the dog after beach time which was very nice.
The master bed was very comfortable and roomy. We mostly cooked in and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. There was plenty of room for us and would be fine for a few more people you would just have to share the bathroom upstairs for the shower (the bathroom downstairs is a half bath)
