Bienvenido a esta casa de la familia de dos pisos con una gran cubierta en la parte delantera de la casa en el segundo piso - un gran lugar para cenar al aire libre. El primer piso cuenta con un plan de piso abierto para la sala de estar compartida - sala de estar con un televisor de pantalla plana de 47 pulgadas, zona de comedor con una mesa de bar tapa de cristal y cuatro sillas, y una cocina estilo de cocina con un contador y tres taburetes de la barra de agarrando el desayuno o el mantenimiento de la empresa cocinero. También hay dos dormitorios y un baño completo en el primer piso. Cada habitación tiene una cama queen y dos camas individuales. El baño tiene 2 puertas, para que los huéspedes en el dormitorio 2 no tienen que caminar a través de 1 dormitorio para llegar al baño. El segundo piso es una suite grande con un sofá, sofá de dos plazas y 48 pulgadas de pantalla plana de televisión en una sala de estar, una cama matrimonial y una cama plegable, cuarto de baño completo, y una zona de cocina con mini-nevera, armarios, microondas , fregadero y horno tostador. The house was perfect for three couples. We had a great time visiting. The upstairs deck was great. We had to wring the water out of the chairs before we could enjoy the deck, but this was the best part of the home.
Sadly, the dishwasher was broken and no one with housekeeping noticed this and took care of the dirty dishes. We did had to do this before we could use the kitchen.
The brother of the owner next door was available to help with the confusing heat/air.
The house has no washer/dryer available for tenants so we did run out of clean towels & dishtowels.

We had 5 Adults and 2 Children. There were enough beds for everyone. The upstairs bed seemed to be two beds pushed together. The unit was comfortable for us, and we would go back.

It was a nice play to stay for a few days. House was a good size, neighbors were nice, and good location. Would definitely stay again!

Great location….loved the balcony! Only negative comment, second floor shower drained slow and did not have adequate pressure. Other than that, it was very comfortable and met all our needs.

The house itself was beautiful and as described. However, there were a couple flaws that needed to be noted. First off, the property management was very kind and got us an early check-in which was awesome. When we got to the house we had trouble unlocking the the box that was securing the key and unlocking the front door. There was 7 of us and it took four of us to open the door. The lock on the door desperately needs to be changed. It was a struggle each and everytime we got back to the house to open the door. This was extremely frustrating to deal with. The neighborhood is nice but there is practically no street lights, which makes it feel sketchy going back to the house at night. The closet door in one of the bedrooms downstairs wasn’t able to close, and the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. We were informed of these flaws via orange tape that was placed on each item with writing in pencil. For the price we payed, I would’ve liked to know of these things beforehand instead of seeing a bunch of orange tape posted about the bedroom. That was a little disappointing. There was also issues with the heater. We tried to turn it on and it didn’t work. It was super cold at night and we could have used that heater. Overall, the place itself was cute, clean and we had a good stay. Thank you.

The house is so beautiful and cozy! The only thing me and my friends had problems with is locking and unlocking the door, the key would not turn making it very long and tricky to open and lock.

The stores and restaurants were all following Covid Protocols for LA county. We took the Conservatory tour in an open vehicle and it was very fun and educational. Would definitely recommend it! There is a great little snorkel/mask/wetsuit rental company close to where you exit the boat...the water was cold so the wetsuits made it much more fun. Only cons for the trip: because we stayed for an entire week, it would have been nice if we had had access to the washer/dryer; as stated, this property doesn't include a golf cart and those can only be rented elsewhere by the hour.

Relaxing Stay
the property was overall a great home to stay in for the weekend with a balcony, close to the beach & all restaurants just a short distance of a walk there.
only little issue was the balcony chairs were torn and ripped. but other than that everything is was perfect, would go back for another vacation in the same home.

Comfy home for a getaway
We rented this home to attend a family wedding. My husband and I stayed upstairs and our adult children stayed downstairs. This arrangement worked very well. This home was clean and well furnished. We found the beds to be comfortable but the pillows were broken and flat. We had plenty of towels in the bathrooms. Like just about every home in Avalon, this one has its quirks...the stairs don’t have much headroom, but the offending projection is well marked. The upstairs outlets were not working so we had to rely on the bathroom lights for illumination. Fortunately, we were attending wedding events at night so this didn’t really affect our use of the space. The back bedroom downstairs can only be accessed thru the front bedroom or the bathroom. This house is located at an intersection used by tour buses and golf carts to access the road up the hill so it was a bit noisy during the day. However, we found it to be pretty quiet at night. We enjoyed the large deck. We did not cook but the kitchen was clean and had everything we needed to make coffee and reheat leftovers. It would be nice if they provided a second coffee maker in the upstairs kitchenette. I brought the coffee maker upstairs since we are early risers, and then moved it downstairs and made coffee for the younger folks who got up later. Overall, we agreed this rental worked very well for us and would stay here again.

Great 70th bday stay for my husband
Had very enjoyable time at this property. My daughter & 2 youngest grandkids loved the upstairs. Us "older" folks loved the downstairs. The neighbors were so friendly. Enjoyed watching the deer on the hill every evening making their trek. Will definitely rent again. The office staff were so helpful on answering any questions I had as well.

Wonderful
Very clean house, lots of room, quick walk to the beach. Awesome to have a few beach chairs and an umbrella to use!! Excellent house for large groups!
