Great condo for a large group! We had 10 total, 4 adults and 6 kids, and the size was perfect for us. Condo had some nice updates, including a large fridge and smaller fridge for drinks. Plenty of towels and beach stuff for the kids to play with. Location is perfect only being about a 1 beer walk to the pier and close to the Sandbar for food. If I was going to criticize one thing, it would be the key locks. We had trouble unlocking/locking with the key. I think a keypad lock would be nice for when the group isn't all together.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The townhome accommodated our multi-generational group very well. However, I didn't give it a 5-star rating because for the price, I expected the townhome to be better maintained. I'm sure at one time it was very lovely, but the showers needed to be upgraded. Linens are overly used and the grout in the shower looks dirty and dingy and needed to be replaced. The handle of the sliding doors leading to the porch was broken and needs to be replaced. The upstairs balcony sliding door latch and front door knob are corroded. Some of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty. Air conditioning is an issue. The downstairs bedroom is hot and people sleeping upstairs complained they were freezing. I think this is more of a maintenance issue than anything else because efforts were made to accommodate us, communication was excellent, and we appreciated the snacks and bottle of wine that greeted us. It is an older complex that would benefit from better maintenance. The deck around the pool wasn't swept -- cigar butts and bird poop littered the concrete. More furniture is needed on the porch to accommodate larger parties. There was only seating for 4.

Condo was perfect, the beach access was good for a private morning wedding. Wish there could of been one more bathroom. A lot of supplies in kitchen. Laundry facilities a plus. Enjoyed our stay, would consider again. Thanks!

The reviews do not do this house justice. The home is beautiful and well laid out. We spent 6 days at the home and were impressed at how calm and quiet the area was. There were snacks, coffee, and wine waiting on us when we arrived. The instructions are very clear and the host was very responsive and always answered any question I had. The garage has a ton of beach toys for the little ones a couple of chairs to utilize and a body board. Also, there is an elevator that goes from the garage to the main level, which was super convenient for getting bags and groceries up and down. The pool is a community pool, but we were the only ones there most of the time and we were able to utilize the grill whenever we needed. The walk to the beach from the house was super easy and convenient, the area on the beach right in front of the walk path was always available and never felt too crowded. The key to the gate is a bit difficult coming back in, however, the maintenance staff showed us a quick shortcut that didn't require the key. This made it convenient for us all to come and go as needed since there was only one key to the gate. I can say this was one of the best vacations I've had and will most definitely want to rent this house again.

The condo is huge and provided more than enough space for our large family. It's steps away from the beach, with a very nice walkway. The house is beautiful and provided every amenity you could need. The welcome snacks and wine were very appreciated and enjoyed. We would absolutely stay here again next time we come to the beach!

The unit was very spacious and elegant. The kitchen/dining/family rooms were large enough to accommodate 10-12 without ever feeling crowded. The recliner sofa was so comfortable! It was perfect for our family traveling for the Space Coast marathon, and hanging out together before and after the event. Instructions were also clear. I dropped one star because such a gorgeous unit, with its matching price tag, lacked in a few basics: for example low grade toilet paper, no bath soap, overly used linens and towels, hairs in two of the beds (i suppose it is possible hair may have gotten caught clean after wash, but if so then take the time to remove them while making the beds). We used the washer/dryer in unit to rewash sheets we found with hairs ourselves. A few light bulbs missing from some bathrooms, and in some cases every lightbulb was different. So for what can be a very luxurious experience, the unit seemed maintained cheaply. Aside from that, the space and location was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay. This was the perfect place for two families to relax coming off of a week in Orlando at Disney. We visited the Kennedy Space Center and enjoyed a couple days at the beach. This rental was so easy to access and use, that it really did provide us with the perfect relaxing end to our vacation, as we had hoped when booking it.

When my daughter saw the bottle of wine she was in heaven! Snacks on the counter! Kids were happy. Beautiful place. Location was perfect. Place was big enough that 8 people all had beds and space. Loved the stay. The only thing in the negative was the floor had not been mopped and 1 bathroom had trash left behind. The place is a little pricey, but if you can afford it, it is worth it. Thanks!
