We loved staying at this property and can’t wait to come back! We have stayed several places in Grand Haven , and this house is by far our favorite! The house was very clean and well organized. It was functional and perfect for our family of 5. We loved the location and could easily walk to the Main Street for meals and entertainment. Brian was a great host and he was very responsive to our questions. We are looking forward to staying longer next year!

Brian’s home is a great home for family with younger children. It’s right across the street from a playground and a couple minute walk to a harbor and mini golf. It’s also only a couple blocks from all the restaurants and bars, it was great being able to walk to all these places and not drive. The beach is a short drive from the home and was the only place we drove to within Grand Haven other than the grocery store. The home was great, it is open, updated and clean. Brian has a pack and play, beach chairs, beach towels, and wagon to lug all your belongings across the beach. Everything worked perfectly within the home and Brian was very easy to reach and willing to help. Checkin and checkout was smooth and easy. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to Grand Haven!

The owner of this home did everything right. This property was so immaculate and was just remodeled and everything was gorgeous. All high end finishes, the decor was great for a vacation home. Size was great, myself, husband, mother and two small children were very happy and comfortable in this home. Supplied with all your needs (clean towels, TP, ziploc bags, cookin utensils, etc.). I can’t say enough nice things about this property. No complaints. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Location was perfect; 3min walk to downtown, 5-10min walk to the marina and 5min drive to the beach. Highly recommend booking this property.

Beautiful new home with all necessary amenities. Host is very accommodating and answered questions quickly. Location perfect - close to downtown, the marina, putt putt and short drive/bike to the beach!

The house is new, clean, well furnished, and in a great location to take advantage of all that Grand Haven has to offer. It was very well stocked and it was perfect for our family. This house will not disappoint. Dowtown is a few minute walk and the beach isn't much further. Will definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect and the host was very accommodating from start to finish! We had a great stay! The house was beautifully decorated with everything we needed. We biked to eat, the beach, and all the shops in town. The location was perfect. Thank you for a great stay in GH!

The property exceeded our expectations! Great location to enjoy 4th of July festivities, adorable decor, nice outdoor patio and front porch, everything we needed was available! Perfect amount of space for 6 people. Would definitely stay again!

There were 6 of us and this home had plenty of room for all of us. It appeared to be recently fully remodeled and was very clean up on our arrival. Brian was amazing with communication with any questions we had and very responsive. Would highly recommend. This is close to anything you'd wanna see or do in downtown Grand Haven!

The place was perfect for our family to stay at on a trip to grandhaven. Very walkable to everything from restaurants and coffee shops to the beach and greenspaces. Place was thoughtfully and sufficiently stocked so that nothing additional was needed. Communication with owner was great and he was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

The beds and bedding were very comfortable! The house had all of the basics that you needed. The built in couches/beds in the living room are very cute. Location and interior of property was great. Three blocks to downtown and mile and a half walk to pier and beach along lovely river boardwalk. Modern well equipped eat-in kitchen with distinctive surfboard counter top. Owner takes pride in tasteful decour and little decorative details. Very lovely private enclosed patio in back. Screened in front porch with park view. Only enhancement needed - updated upholstery in livingroom. Highly recommend!

The two attached bedrooms were perfect for our family of 5. We did have one stubbed toe on the bump up between. We didn't spend a ton of time In grand haven on this fall weekend, but did get to the beach for a walk and to Morning Star Cafe for a fab breakfast. Great location for drives/hikes and brewery tours in the surrounding areas on a beautiful fall weekend!

This house was great for me. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed. Will definitely come back.

We keep our boat at Barrett’s and have stayed at several places in Grand Haven area This one was not our favorite. Good: Well stocked, master bed was comfortable. Cute backyard Very odd that all the rooms were not on the same level ( stubbed our toes) and the second bedroom was accessible by either walking through the master or the bathroom. The living room furniture is actually the day beds to sleep 6 so they were very uncomfortable to watch TV ( that was very small). The throw rugs really need to be replaced. A storm was forecasted, so we went home. We did not have to call the manager but he did let us know we could arrive a little early if we wanted

Nice beach theme house. Only thing we don’t like is the toilet plunger is stored next to the towels.

Absolutely great place to stay! Incredibly clean which is a huge point for me. Well stocked with sheets, towel, dishes, cleaning supplies and almost anything else you could need. Short walk to downtown Grand Haven. Would not hesitate to recommemd this property!

Brian the owner was great to work with and responsive to a problem with a gas grill. He actually bought a new grill the same day so our vacation could be enjoyed

The property was exactly as advertised. Beautifully renovated home, short 5 min walk to the boardwalk, and about a 30 min walk to the beach. House was equipped with everything you’d possibly need (minus laundry) which was great for us as we have two small children and typically did breakfast and lunch at the house. Really appreciated the complementary beach supplies (wagon, chairs, and umbrella), Overall a great house and very pleasantly town.

We really enjoyed our stay at this little cottage. The location was great for our family! We could walk to town for shopping, dinner, coffee. Our kids loved the splash pad in town and going for walks to see the boats and ducks. There was a playground across the street which we also loved. Just a quick drive to the beach! It was great.

This beautifully decorated cottage has a wonderful fenced-in backyard great for barbecuing and family meals outside. The interior is beautifully decorated and super functional for cooking in and fun family meals. The owner was super responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay. House is adorable and exactly like the listing. Owner anticipated all of our needs, lots of storage and dishes. Perfect for our family of 6. Neighborhood is walking distance to restaurants, shops and very safe. Beach is close. Would absolutely stay here again.

We enjoyed our week in Grand Haven at this property. The location was perfect and we were able to walk to most of our destinations! The house is walking distance to a few parks which was great for my son. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, utensils, and spices which was very helpful. We also enjoyed the beach towels, chairs, and umbrella.
