Este espacioso ático contemporáneo con techo abovedado en la sala de estar es luminoso, limpio, soleado y alegre, con magníficas vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina, el dormitorio principal y el amplio balcón privado. También hemos comprado Persianas Plantation para las ventanas del dormitorio principal que casi cubren toda la pared este. Cuando se abre no hay obstrucción de las magníficas vistas al océano. Los sonidos del océano te adormecerán por la noche.
Tenemos pisos de baldosas en toda la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, ambos baños y el pasillo. Las alfombras cubren los pisos de las habitaciones. La cocina también ha sido renovada con hermosas encimeras de granito.
El baño del salón ha sido totalmente renovado.

As a family we have been coming to Bethany and Rehoboth for over ten years and never have we had such a positive interaction with a property owner. We received a great welcome packet plus updates on area opportunities for activities, including ones specific to the Sea Colony. The Sea Colony as a whole if fantastic - great beach, great pools and athletic center, and friendly staff. This is our second stay at the Sea Colony and we love the location as well as it being walking distance from the boardwalk and across the street from restaurants. Very convenient! Thank you!

I recently stayed at this condo with my family, and we had a wonderful week. The condo
is absolutely beautiful, with a cathedral ceiling in the living room, and stunning views of the ocean from the master bedroom, living room, and the top-floor balcony. The kitchen is well-equipped, and we had everything we needed for cooking and dining. The bathrooms are very clean, and all the appliances work flawlessly. The furniture is all high-quality; the mattresses in both bedrooms are very comfortable. We loved relaxing on the top-floor balcony after a day at the beach. The location of the unit is also perfect: on the top floor of the high-rise (it is very convenient when one needs an elevator), just steps from the beach, and the closest within the Sea Colony to the shops, restaurants, and outdoor entertainment on and near the Bethany Beach boardwalk. We had a wonderful vacation week at this condo, and we would definitely stay here again. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a beautiful and quiet place to enjoy a vacation in Bethany Beach.

Stayed here recently but cannot recommend. King bed was comfortable but other beds and all other furniture needs to be replaced. Kitchen is tiny. No cleaning supplies were given and then the owner complained about the cleaning when a cleaning fee is already charged. This place was semi remodeled which is strange and cheap. Other places to stay in sea colony are nicer.

We have stayed at Sea Colony several times over the years, this was the first time in Brandywine - which is one of the privately owned condos. It does make a difference being in the same space with mostly owners. It's less crowded on the beach, people are very respectful of the space, and very friendly. The location offers an absolutely amazing view - you would think you were the only space on the beach from the balcony. It's an elevator ride and a few steps to the pool and then the beach.
This particular trip involved a few big events, Father's Day, a high school graduation celebration, and my birthday. We had amazing meals every night out at restaurants, so I didn't use the kitchen as much as I usually do on vacation; however, I did take note of how well appointed the kitchen was. This is not your usual vacation home. You could make and serve amazing and complicated meals with all that was provided. They even had an amazing amount of utensils for the toddler set. The Keurig makes a pot of coffee or a single cup - and that was perfect!
As for sleeping arrangements, I can assure that the sleeper sofa is very comfortable, and a nice spot to watch the sunrise from the floor to ceiling windows in the living room. All of the beds were very comfortable and the giant cozy blankets provided were perfect!
The owner was very responsive and helpful in offering suggestions on places to stay and condo events. Truly the best condo I have been in on a beach vacation.

The views were lovely, the beach clean. Being a couple weeks before the summer season officially began meant it was nearly a deserted complex. that means QUIET! The unit we rented was in lovely condition and being on the top floor had the best views. My bed was comfortable and the shower had amazing water pressure. I imagine staying when the pools are open would be a completely different experience. Sea Colony has a lot of rules, which are understandable, but limiting. Bethany beach is a lovely and quiet community. The boardwalk and shopping district are a short walk away which was nice.
Beverly was very communicative and available to answer any questions that arose. All in all it was a lovely getaway.

My family and decided to take a trip during spring break. Hands down had a wonderful time staying at Beverly’s condo. Beverly provided a detailed list of restaurants and things to do during the offseason.
The condo was clean, breath taking views of the ocean and huge. My favorite part was seeing the sunrise with my family! We will certainly come back to this stunning beach oasis!!!

The owner contacted me the day after I rented the property and provided a ton of information. She also sent an email with several attachments including specific instructions for what needed to be done at check out.
The owner contacted me again a couple of days before my arrival to give me some additional recommendations based on her own recent experience staying at the condo. They were perfect and very much appreciated.

Although my wife and I have vacationed many times in the Rehoboth - Ocean City areas in the past 30+ years, this was the first vacation at the Bethany Beach. The 9th-floor condo was clean and well maintained. Views of the sunrise were as spectacular as advertised. We enjoyed walking on the beach, watching waves and birds, and easting delicious seafoods at the restaurants recommended by the owner. It was a wonderful 10 days of vacation. We would like to come back here again.

Oceanfront View
Our group enjoyed our stay. Beverly was friendly and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean and everything was in working order. There was a few days of rain during our stay. This did not effect our trip as we still had a fantastic view while in the condo and were able to take advantage of indoor resort activities such as the gym and pool. The only challenge was having to bring our on linens. While this was an inconvenience to us as we had to buy king size linens to bring and then add that to our already packed to the brim car, it was stated on the posting and by Beverly when we booked. We would stay again.

Excellent Sea Colony condo
A great wintertime escape to Sea Colony! It was perfect for a 5 day getaway for remote work and I'm sure it's terrific in the summertime too.
Kitchen is well appointed for cooking, and Beverly (the owner) sent along a list of favorite restaurants, which we also took advantage of. There are plenty of places to sit in the living room, so it's comfortable for 2 or 6. There's a nice selection of games and books, which is fun. TV has xfinity so you can access streaming services through your own account, and the wifi was strong. The bed was comfortable, there were lots of pillows, and there were even fluffy blankets for us since it was off season.
The owner is extremely thorough and helpful and lovely to dea l with. She sent along very detailed information about the condo, extensive restaurant recommendations, and other helpful information. She cares very much about her renters' experience, which is refreshing.
A great getaway at the always terrific Sea Colony.
