We were lucky enough to have the absolutely best weather the cape had to offer during our stay. We were able to bring our dog who loved playing in the water. We spent most of our time on the deck and on the water, enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards. This vrbo has everything to offer and more. I didn't want to leave! The property manager who lives onsite was very friendly too. As for improvements, I would recommend putting blinds/shades in all the bathrooms given others live close by. Thanks for having us!

This property exceeded our expectations. When not during a pandemic, our family utilizes VRBO frequently, and I can easily say this is the most well-appointed kitchen we have ever stayed in. The views were amazing and the family space was ideal. The ability to have our dogs with us was a deal-sealer for us and further enhanced our family experience (while not smelling dogs in the house). We have family that lives in West Yarmouth and are therefore VERY familiar with the area, and while we were not able to utilize many of the charming amenities of the Cape due to COVID, the proximity to the airport, mall, and downtown Hyannis were all ideal. Our family would recommend this space. We were able to utilize the hot tub but did not even access the fire pit, decks, beach, dock, or small non-motorized water craft due to the time of year and still thought the space was amazing. Our family would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore all of the entertainment that the Cape can provide.

We rented the property to allow our family the ability to spread out for the Thanksgiving holiday. The house and the location were amazing and Jeff our host was super responsive. We would definitely rent the house again.

Everything you see online is EXACTLY what this beautiful property is. Jeff is very hands on and easy to communicate with if necessary. This home has all the amenities and more...hot tub overlooking the water, fire pit, kayaks, and so much more!! Do yourself a favor and book this property for a fabulous vacation.

A lovely waterfront home in a perfect location with everything you need in a Cape Cod vacation spot is what we found with this rental. Plus the manager/owner is 100% responsive and accommodating. It definitely wants to make you return for more. We enjoyed every minute.

We absolutely loved our stay and experiences in your home! We were four adult couples and a German Shepherd dog. Plenty of space for everyone, great set up for entertaining, stocked with everything we could possibly need! The whole weekend we kept wondering why we don’t do this more often. You could feel the stress melt away the second you walked through the home out onto the beautiful new back deck. Beautiful beach views from nearly every window. Love the fully stocked kitchen, which came in handy For our group who loves to cook. Our dog in particular had a blast. It was her first time at the beach in by the end of our weekend she was hanging 20 on the paddleboard! Thanks for being an amazing host!

We had such a great time at the house. Aside from being very spacious and comfortable we enjoyed fishing off the dock with our kids and the view. Hope we will come back soon!

Just perfect! The house is beautiful, and the setting is gorgeous, It exceeded our expectations in every way. We had such a wonderful family vacation.

This bay from property is beautiful inside and out. The house contains everything you could ask for. My daughter enjoyed the provided paddle boarding and kayaking daily. Brand new fire pit for making s’mores was a big hit as well as the hot tub. Beautiful sunsets provide enjoyable evenings on the large new patio. Beaches are within walking distance. This home never disappoints. We just got back home yesterday wishing we had another week to stay. It’s a tiny piece of heaven on earth.

We took Mom, Dad, and the family to Cape Cod for the week and could not have found a better property to spread out and relax. This property literally has everything you need down to the smallest detail. The newly refurbished patio and deck is huge and allows the entire family to gather, grill out, hot tub, or just sit in the sun and read. Perfectly secure for our 2 year old also. What a truly memorable experience. Our family of ten took full advantage of the variety of amenities described. Although we weaved in day trips to Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard and Provincetown we were always anxious to return to “our beach house”. This home was large, lovely, clean, and filled with things to keep our family happy. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. The caretaker lives next door and was helpful, too. Everything that was advertised on VRBO about this place was accurate. The views were terrific. The dock, kayaks and paddle boards were so much fun to use. The kitchen was spacious as was the dining room/living room area. Everything was up-to-date: the outdoor grill, the dishwasher, the refrigerator, etc. The rooms were nicely appointed with plenty of bedding. There were lots of towels, some food staples in the cupboard, and as many plates, glasses and serving platters as we needed. The dining room table easily accommodated six adults and two children. My husband and I visited with our children, their spouses/significant others and grandchildren. The four-year-old twins had a blast playing Wiffle ball in the backyard and playing with our daughter’s dog on the shore. The water was only a foot or two deep at low tide, so the dog was able to play in the water, too. The fire pit was great for roasting marshmallows. There was a Jacuzzi, and the location was convenient to beaches, putt-putt golf, stores, and other towns like Hyannis. The owner provided bikes and floating tubes, neither of which we used. There was WiFi, a TV, a laptop, and other amenities. Our family would definitely return.

Everything about the property was better than expected. Clean, well-decorated, comfortable. Plenty of towels. Well-equipped to anticipate all our needs. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Cape Cod.

Stayed at House Cutter for around nine days with family. Terrific. Location is solid right on the water and a very quick drive over to Hyannis where you can get everything. Easy drive to Craigville beach. House is traditional cape style and feels welcoming - open floor plan and windows bring everyone together. Backyard deck, dock, and lawn are where we mostly hung out. Great to see the sunrise and also just hang out and cook/drink. Fished nearly every night from the dock and caught a good amount of fish. House is stocked with everything you need - we cooked a lot and it was like being in someone's primary kitchen. Cutters have taken care of everything you can think of - recs for things to do, places to visit, eat, etc. Kayaked and paddle boarded a few times. Bikes available, but I brought my own and loved some of the rides over to and through Osterville. Neighbors are really friendly. Very safe and kid friendly area. Would definitely recommend.

We had the pleasure of staying at this property in late July. The house is beautifully decorated and recently remodeled. Jeff had EVERYTHING one would need in a house. The property is lovely and very private. We loved using the canoes, paddle boards and the hot tub. We only went to the beach one day for a couple of hours to jet ski. Home is in a great location near all restaurants, grocery, mini golf, etc. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We absolutely loved our Cape Cod vacation and this home was a major reason why! The home is absolutely beautiful and the views are incredible. My husband and I brought our 3 children, their spouses and granddaughter. They all loved their stay. The home has so many extras. We cooked quite a bit and always had what we needed in the kitchen. There's a brand new outdoor shower that was used several times and the hot tub was used nightly. We also made use of the bikes, kayaks, paddle boards and outdoor games that were available. Anytime I would ask...I wonder if there's this or there's that at the house, the answer was usually YES! Every detail was thought of. Restaurants and shopping are all within a couple miles. Jeff met us at the house to walk us through everything and was always just a text away to answer any questions!! He even brought us a homemade coffee cake which was so thoughtful and delicious! We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a really nice experience at the house cutter near water. The view was terrific, everything we needed were very easy to find. There were even boat and bicycles. We really loved the place and it was a really relaxing vacation that we had!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the amenities of this beautiful waterfront property. The kitchen and great room in particular are well suited for a group. The bathrooms are recently renovated, up to date and clean. Every possible amenity was thought of, for instance there were three different coffee makers (and coffee) available in the kitchen. We enjoyed the use of kayaks, bicycles and board games all provided with the home. Waterfront views are spectacular. We would return without hesitation. Parking was good. Owners are gracious and responsive. We could not have asked for more.
