This was our first time staying at this house. It was a great stay due to enough room for our six person party. The house was clean and filled with everything you can think of. The house was up to date with appliances & furniture. We were concerned about not having a propane grill but the charcoal grill worked good for our steaks & burgers! Hosts were super nice when I reached out to them and responded quickly! My only suggestion would be to have two sets of keys in case guests have different plans for the day. Then one doesn’t have to wait on another to get back to the house to let you in. We very much enjoyed many restaurants and beer gardens in walking distance to the house.

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property! The host was great with communication. We had plenty of space and we loved that we had access to a pool. Thanks for a great week at the beach!

The house and its layout is great. Appliances are all new, kitchen has everything you need if you decide to cook/bake. The beds are comfortable, just make sure to bring your own pillows. Having a washer and dryer in the house made it had much easier to make sure suits and towels were clean and dry for the next day! The house has dressers in each room, or closest space for days. I felt more organized than I do in my own home. The owners really thought of everything to make a vacation stay, comfortable, enjoyable and easy for making memories! Even a small and very nice pool out back. We would love an early swim after biking before hitting the beach, or a late swim after dinner before bed.
We loved the location of the house. Everything was easy to get to, on foot, bike or car if need be.
Boardwalk is close, an unbelievable bagel shop down the street, or a pancake diner just a block down. There is even an awesome brewery that is very kid friendly. Beers on tap were delicious and the food was too. Live band and fun games, such as corn hole to play while you wait for your food.
We loved our time at the house and would definitely look to stay here again, if we make it back to wildwood for a vacation.

Perfect for family fun
Spacious, clean, beautiful decor and easy access to everything. Well stocked and central to everything you could want or need in Wildwood. Having the pool and garage made it that much better. Great vacation spot! Clean backyard pool and right near a mini golf place! But of a walk to the beach but we managed with a toddler and all the junk they come with!

Beach restaurants, rides etc. A short ride into Cape May for some wonderful wineries and great restaurants The property was able to host 7 with no problem …..pool was clean and basically had all to ourselves for the entire week. The owners were prompt in answering our questions All in all a great family vacation

Loved the layout of condo. Very roomy and accommodating for my family. Location is really good . We are walkers so having the acme & other convenient stores nearby was a plus. Fantastic week in Wildwood
Loved the layout of condo. Very roomy and accommodating for my family. Location is really good . We are walkers so having the acme & other convenient stores nearby was a plus. Beach/boardwalk is about a 12 min walk & Burk St beach is nice and has a hamburger/hotdog stand on beach. Only thing for me next time is that I will bring my own pillows. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a nice location and had lots of amenities for our stay. The master bedroom was big and I LOVED all of the closet space. I’m an over packer and every time I needed something for the kitchen it was already there...that was great! The pool was an added bonus. When the boys got tired of the beach, they went to the pool. Another great feature! I had to reach out to Mike twice for something minor and he was very nice and responsive!Now for the downside...there are lots of stairs when you first get to the condo so be prepared for that. In addition the reason I took one star off was not necessarily due to this condo but the people in the condo upstairs. I had several teens staying with us so I purposely didn’t take a top unit, however the renters upstairs had 2 small children (under the age of 5) that ran around inside all day and all night long which was completely annoying and loud. Trust me I have children too but these parents should not have allowed that. We barely noticed the adults walking around so not a problem but just pray you don’t get small children upstairs where their parents allow them to run around like crazy all day. Again not necessarily fair to take a star off but it’s something you should be aware of.Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would stay again!

Nice find in heart of town
Owners were very nice and responsive. All furniture (beds/sofas) were very comfortable. A fresh coat of paint will make this place perfect.

The place was ready for us and very clean. It had everything we needed. Mike was easily reachable and helpful. It would have been nice to have some recommendations for restaurants and other activities. Everyone had a great time!

Great condo !
Our family stayed in this condo for a week with our three children. We were very comfortable, the condo was clean, and the owners were very easy to contact and deal with. About a 10 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk right up the street from the convention center great location!

Perfect shore vacation
We are a family of 5 (3 kids) and this 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo was the perfect amount of space for us. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. I love that we had access to the garage as well as the pool. I really do not have anything negative to say. The walk to the beach/convention center / boardwalk was a little further that we would of liked only because we have a 1 yr old and 2 yr old. If it was just my husband and I then the walk would of been a non issue. We would definitely come back to stay again and definitely recommend

Clean, convenient and cosy
We had a very nice stay at Mike's Wildwood condo! It was clean, easy to access and comfortable for 6 people! We had 2 cars and it was nice to have off street parking. It is also conveniently located for a walk to the shore/boardwalk, restaurants and to Acme/Wawa. Mike is responsive to messages and a very courteous host.

Really nice
When we arrived we were very happy with the condo. It is spacious and clean. The stairway needs some attention. We met the upstairs neighbor and found out it was the brother of the people who owned the condo we rented. I have to say that it put a damper on the stay. I know that sounds funny but it did. We had some friends over that were in for the wedding too, so it was uncomfortable to tell them to please be quiet. I truly don't think it bothered the upstairs couple (they never said anything). Also when you use the vacuum it smells like dog. Believe me it is worth staying I just didn't want anyone to have the experience with this.

Highly Recommend This Property!!!!
We recently stayed at this property for Firemen's Weekend. The owners, Mike & Jess, were easily accessible, very accommodating and even more welcoming. The booking process was so easy and it only took minutes for Mike and/or Jess to get back to me with answers to any of my questions. Their property was vey nice and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend this property and would definitely want to stay here again. Mike and Jess...….we had a great time and cannot thank you enough for letting us stay!!!!!!

Wonderful stay in Wildwood
Our week stay at this condo was great. The condo was as described. Kitchen was well stocked. The kids had a great time in the pool. We also enjoyed the large deck. Mike was quick to reply with all questions. 2 negatives - no DVD player and poor noise insulation. This did not hinder any part of our stay. We brought our own DVD player and at night it was quiet. Would definitely rent this condo again.

Wildwood Days were Wonderful at 300 W Burk Ave!
We made a great decision in booking this condo for a much-needed family vacation. We stayed for two weeks and felt comfortably at home. The living space was clean and roomy, and the kitchen was lovely. Bedrooms worked well for the eight of us. The private pool was a plus for all of us! The location of the condo is a short walk to the beach/Convention Center (7 minutes), the boardwalk, miniature golf, the ACME, McDonald's, the Crab Shack, and many other shore activities. We were able to walk to our favorite ice cream shop, Duffer's. With teenagers and young adults, we appreciated the Wi-Fi, central air, washer/dryer, and a two-car garage. We enjoyed sitting on the porch each morning to catch the rising sun. We were all very sad to leave when our two weeks had ended. Owners, Jess and Mike, are extremely friendly and kind. They were available for questions before and during our stay. They take very good care of their condo and likewise, expect their renters to be respectful and do the same. Their commitment to providing a nice place for people makes this a perfect choice for your vacation down the shore.
