Great house for a group. Truly beautiful view from the upstairs area. House was very functional and enough bathrooms for a group of eight that we never a problem. Great lanai for hanging outdoors where cute birds would come visit us everyday.

Our rental was well-maintained, beautifully situated next to a golf course, and within easy driving distance to beaches, restaurants, river kayaking. The house was comfortable for all seven of us (parents, two adult children, and one grandchild).

This was a great vacation home for our family. The community pool and tennis courts are basically across the street. There are some sand toys, boogie boards, and tennis racquets currently on the property for use. Communication with the property manager Lori was amazing. She was attentive and able to answer all our questions in a timely manner. Including questions about wifi speed.

This property was perfect for our group of 4 couples. From this home base we were able to hit up everything the island had to offer. Being close to Hanalei and Haena State park was perfect, and we loved the proximity to Kilauea.
The pictures do not do this house justice—it is big, well appointed, and has ample seating both indoor and outdoor for the group. We enjoyed using the kitchen for meals and eating on the lanai looking at the mountains. A phenomenal experience!

Our multi-generational family really enjoyed our week in this home. It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. It is within walking distance of Hideaway Beach and Queen's Bath, though a few in our group were not up for the steep climb to the beach involved. Also in good location for us to access other North Coast sites (Napali Coast, Tunnels Beach, Anini Beach, Hanalei). The kitchen is well-stocked with dishware and cookware, but plan to buy ALL of your own cooking supplies, as there was not even salt/pepper to be found.

This is a beautiful, spacious home that suited our needs for a multi-generational family reunion with our Kauai ohana. Lots of space to spread out. Gorgeous views of the mountains, and lovely pool for the grandchildren. Convenient and central location, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Property manager was exceptionally responsive to our requests and available to help.

The location of the house worked well for the activities we had planned but did do a lot of driving, which is standard for Kauai if you do anything on the south side of the island. We enjoyed having the space and the views from the upstairs are spectacular. As other guests have stated, some upgrades are definitely needed for the price we paid.

Great family reunion for members from New Zealand, North Carolina and New Mexico. The home is lovely with amazing views (made kitchen cleanup a joy). We went to many amazing beaches, shopping, and water adventures. The grounds are beautiful. The whole process was stress free. Recommend highly!

My family of 8 enjoyed our stay here. Everyone had a great time playing games out on the 2 lanais. There was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy each other’s company here. The home is a bit dated, but only the appliances were a small issue. The markings were rubbed off the stove burner knobs so we kept turning them the wrong way, which isn’t a huge problem. I would absolutely recommend staying here and would love to come back in the future.

Stunning views from beautiful home
This home is beautiful with large windows that look out to the mountains and golf course. My family and I (5 adults, 3 kids) had a wonderful time here. They provided us with beach chairs, some beach towels, and sand toys. The kids loved using the boogie boards in the water. The home is very comfortable and I would definitely stay here again! Mahalo for helping us to have such a great trip here in Princeville.

We were very pleasantly surprised upon arrival as the photos don't do the property justice. Exceptional bathrooms, loads of windows, airy, comfortable. We did like the location of the rental property, and the property management always answered any of our questions in a timely manner, however we did find that the place wasn’t very clean when we got it, I believe we did a better cleaning when we left then the cleaning crew does. So I’m not sure what our cleaning fee goes towards. Also we did find over ten cockroaches throughout the home (dead and alive), management did say they would send someone out but at that point we only had a day left on the rental.

The pool is a walk away. The only problem was the fans in the rooms. The master and front bedroom fans were *grinding* loud. It was tough to sleep the first night, but we all got used to it. Would have been 5 star across if not for the fans.The upstairs balcony was perfect for rainbows and lounging during the day. It accommodated multiple families very well. Having onsite laundry was very helpful.

The Sunset house was the perfect house for us. We loved the location, the size, the floor plan etc. We were getting married on the island and had a ton of family and friends stay in Princeville and this house was a great central location for all to walk to. The home was well equipped with kitchen stuff, towels etc. The bathrooms are updated and fantastic. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This house was perfect for two families with children. Plenty of room to play indoors and out, comfortable sleeping and bathing. GREAT kitchen with all the basics. It was nice to have the pool nearby. Great location for beaches hiking and sight seeing. Only recommendations would be to add some beach chairs for the use of renters. :)

Great home, great location, great layout. All the necessary amenities. There is a ghost in the house. I am a skeptical scientific minded person. My girlfriend could sense the ghost, so of course I took the opportunity to scare her a few times. In the mornings, I was working from upstairs while she was out and about and I kept hearing benign noises like a door opening and closing, something being shuffled, etc. It was to the point that I went downstairs to check it out a few times. I couldn’t come up with any explanation. Her assessment was that the ghost primarily is in the two “middle” rooms.

I would say every single thing about this house was perfect but one very important thing that was beyond their control but should of been disclosed. The house next door is being built so there was non-stop jack hammering through our entire stay. The exact opposite of what you want when you get a house in Kauai. I would recommend this house to everyone and anyone but after the construction is done as it started every day around 7am and finished around 3pm, no one wanted to be home at all.
