Close to everything. Nice view of the river. Only negative was the TV service. Wanted to watch a NFL game and that service wasn't available. Owner did her best to help out. Not a big deal. Had a great time and walking was close to all services. I would highly recommend staying there and would again should I return to Nashville.

Condo was just a described. The location was close to downtown but far enough away that you weren't caught in traffic. Highly recommend....we'll definitely be back!!

Rebecca was awesome to work with! I had originally booked her property for my husband and I for the Tennessee vs Virginia football game. Something came up and my husband and I could not go. She was very flexible and let my son and a friend of his stay instead. She was also able to add an additional night at the last minute, My son loved her condo!! Very nice and clean and in a great location. Close enough to downtown to walk. Would definitely recommend this condo!

The room was just as expected. The snacks and coffee left fir us were greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Our only complaint was that there were a lot if spiders on the balcony but this is not anything the host could control. Overall, it was perfect for us.

Room was good but we could hear people out in the hallway at 3-4 am. We thought the place was going to be quiet in the middle of the night. Got woke up every night.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The unit was just as the pictures depicted and filled with Nashville charm. The kids took full advantage of the pool and loved being able to see the boats going by on the Cumberland River.

Our experience was excellent. The place is on the small side but CLEAN! & QUIET! Cute added details to make it feel like home. A bit off the beaten path but just follow 1st street to ALL of the activities. Far enough away but CLOSE enough to everything. The amenities of home; away from home. Super helpful owners. We took the tours & visited many of the attractions they recommended. We'd definitely stay here again.

rental was clean and bed was comfortable. we were warned by several people not to walk in the area at night. Reviews were a little varied (15 min- 45 min) in terms of how long the walk is to Broadway. Since we were cautioned not to walk at night we spent money we weren't planning on uber's. No other concerns with the rental other than this.

We had an amazing stay for the Taylor Swift concert! Sat on the balcony and listened to the Saturday night show and attended the show Sunday. Even with crowds of people, we got from our seats in the stadium back to the condo in 25 minutes. Comfy bed, wonderful decor, kitchen well-stocked. We will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed for one night. The condo is located in what appears to be an up-and-coming location north of the Broadway music district. It has a lovely view of the river but with Industrial buildings across the river. The condo unit was very nicely updated and clean. For me, the area seemed a little sketchy. We intended to attempt to walk to Broadway, but it was too far for us and didn't seem like somewhere we wanted to be walking around after dark. The area was very dirty and not a lot of people were around. The good news is that car sharing was quick and cheap. It worked great for a one night stay but probably would not stay in this area again.

The property was a great location! It was fairly clean and had all amenities. The only drawback was noise. The upstairs neighbor was extremely loud, especially at night, pacing back and forth, and the train makes a squeaking sound on the tracks, so if you have a hard time sleeping, this may not be the place for you. We had a great first time visit to Nashville!

This property was perfect for our long weekend getaway! Convenient to restaurants and the ballpark and only a 15 minute walk to Broadway! The condo was clean and the balcony facing the river was the perfect spot for morning coffee. Rebecca was very quick to respond to our questions about the area and her suggestions on things to do and restaurants to try were spot on! We plan to make a return trip and hope that when we go, this condo will be available for our stay.

The bedroom had no sky view or window but for one very small one that faced the parking lot. The light outside the bedroom was on all night.
Not suited to anyone with a disability as stairs are required for access. No soundproofing. The heavy steps in rooms above heard throughout apartment.

If you’re used to Apt living it’s perfect. If not the noise of upstairs occupants may bother you, especially in morning. I didn’t see elevator so could be problem for some to carry bags up to upper floors. It was very cool to see tugs on river right outside.

This condo was perfect for our 4 day weekend in Nashville. Close to downtown and far enough away from all of the noise. I have already booked my stay for next year.

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend in the Music City, our first time. The property is exactly as described. It is comfortable, well-appointed, and an easy 25 min walk to the heart of Broadway. It is located in an up and coming neighborhood with restaurants nearby and a brewery just a few blocks away. Owner was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

The Host is great to work with. Gave recommendations on restaurants and things to do. Unit itself is very nicely furnished and very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable! The location of the unit is a bit of walk to Broadway and downtown but very manageable. We walked to and from every day and night and always felt safe. Gave us an opportunity to explore and it was nice to get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown when we were ready for some quiet time. :-)

My wife and I were in town to attend the Bengals Titans game. The condo was a 15 minute walk to the stadium which was very nice. The balcony overlooked the river, which was a nice perk. The host have is some excellent suggestions for restaurants to try as well as places to check out love music. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent time in Nashville. The condo was amazing and everything was in walking distance. Wish we had more time to stay and explore more of the city.

When we first arrived at the condo, we could see through the sliding glass doors to the Cumberland River where a tugboat was practicing maneuvers, which was fun. We enjoyed seeing the barges, trains, and loved the view. We were intrigued by the history and architecture of the old iron works facility, and appreciated the covered parking space that the roof offered. We walked to a couple of places during daylight hours, but drove to everything else that we wanted to see and do. The space is small, but clean and decorated well. The kitchen is well supplied. I am a very light sleeper, so every footstep and noise from the upstairs neighbors, plus the trains crossing the bridge, kept me awake at night. But, overall, this was a great place to stay in Nashville.
