Cozy, inviting, super clean, large and roomy. We had a group of five women who stayed for a weekend. More than enough room for everyone. Nice decor and very comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve stayed at other Pirate Bay homes and love the area! Mustang Sally was perfect for our Family Vacation of 9! We had plenty of seating, even at the dining table. There’s a nice new dining table, not like the one pictured. It was clean and the a/c worked great! It also had a little patio, an outdoor shower, and a little yard area. There are hooks on the privacy fence to hang towels. There’s an exit in the master bedroom and the living room. Just perfect! The only cons were the master shower head had poor water pressure, the dryer takes forever to dry clothes, and the mattress on the Queen upstairs was hard. That being said, we would stay here again for sure!

Directions were tricky as GPS takes you to the Valero along the same road line as the property (which sits behind it & the Hampton Inn). I will say the tone of the of contract that they want you to sign is very unwelcome, as it reads like the issues they’ve encountered before are being anticipated by all future guests. Unfortunately, we did have issues with internet connection, TV connectivity & Alarm system going off. The customer service rep was accessible via Text however when the 2nd & 3rd issue was apparent, the hospitality was lack luster. We had a toddler and times for resolution was 6-8p when the issue was noted about 2ish. I will say when a property affiliate and tech guy showed up, they themselves were polite, prompt & apologetic. We were there for a Pole Vault Meet and the heat was awful lol - This AC was Amazing and an absolute life saver LOL. The bedrooms were very neat and spacious for our families! I do recommend the property as a whole, we had a quick trip so was not the best stay for so short a time, however for a true beach stay, it is perfect.

Everything was awesome. The pool was nice everyone had a lot of space with in this condo. Beach was 5-10 minutes down the road. AC worked really well and beds/ sofas were comfortable. The private fence on bottom balcony was nice to be able to put ice chests and other expensive items like kayak paddles and stuff in my case.

Only two negative things to mention... it was clean overall, but the staircase handrail looked like it had never been cleaned. We wiped it down with Clorox wipes and it was white again. (Just a fyi for housekeeping next time) This may be standard, but the AC thermostat would not allow us to adjust the temp below 74 degrees. It finally got cool enough, but it took a full 24 hrs.
