We had a fabulous time and everything was beyond better than we could have expected. Our host responded quickly to our questions and we will definitely stay here again. The beach was so nice, didn’t try out the pool because we came for the beach. Condo was more than well stocked with just about anything you could possibly need.

Loved our stay here! Clean! Beautiful view of pool and ocean. New appliances, sofa and beds (very comfortable). Nice decor - not cluttered. Basic supplies available for use or to borrow - like stepping into our own vacation home.
Great location for shopping, restaurants and to walk or bike to Rosemary Beach. Definitely plan to stay here again.

The condo was very comfortable - beds, sofas, chairs, and pillows (lots of pillows to choose from!) The kitchen was well stocked and having a washer and dryer was convenient. The balcony (one of the reasons we chose Beth’s place) looked over the pool with the beach in the background and we enjoyed sitting and lounging there.
We also chose this rental based on the balcony, the proximity to the Rosemary/Alys Beach área. It is so nice to walk and bike anywhere you need to go. And when you want to go a little further, other options are a short drive.
Our other selection criteria was Beach access. The High Point resort is directly on the beach with its own beach area. The beach was great and not crowded at all! The beach setup was really easy and convenient. We never ate at Cranby Steve’s, but it was nice to have a restaurant/bar on site and beachside.
I highly recommend this condo and we will look at booking here on our next 30A adventure!

We had an awesome time in High Pointe! Nothing better than being right on the ocean. Amenities were great and Beth was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Would totally recommend!!

We escaped Mardi Gras to head to the beach. Glad we did!! We had a chilly but sunny weather so got the in some beach time. We ate, drank, and relaxed!! We will be back!!

I just can't say enough nice things about this property. Having beach service, a beautiful pool and so many restaurants within a short walk made this condo such a rare gem. It was very well equipped with plastic bags, detergent, paper towels, etc, which made life easy. Mid to late September is such a great time to visit-low crowds, great beach seats, no waits at restaurants. We will be back!

We had a great experience. The condo is very equipped, in fact the best that we have experienced. It is walking distance to both Rosemary and Alys so lots of restaurants and shops. The condo overlooked the pool. It is a little dated but clean. I would have liked a chair with ottoman in master bedroom that was more comfortable so could read while husband watched golf in living room. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Access to the beach is code protected making the beach seem private. The beach is super clean and has sugar white sand. The water is warm and clean.
Beth is a super host. She is very responsive and generous. Check in and out was very easy. We cannot wait to return for more amazing times in the sun!

Great condo and location
The condo had plenty of space for our family of six and the location was perfect. It was well stocked, had a quick walk to the beach, and close to lots of restaurants, shopping, and coffee. The pool was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Unit and resort is exactly as described in the listing. Nice furnishings in your standard 2BD/2BA condo. High Pointe itself is great...huge pool, great beach service (NOT crowded/private beach area!), awesome beach restaurant in Crabby Steve's...overall, really nice. Would have no problem staying here again.

What can I say, the location was great, the issues that we had with the property were normal things that happen to any home owner. Beth took care of it quickly and around our schedule. As a former housekeeping manager at a large hotel, I look at everything. Sorry just a habit. The place was clean and with very few issues. This is set up perfect for a family of four and the kids want to bring friends with. Comfortable king size bed and 2 sets of bunks for the kids. The view was great the location was great and I would recommend this to anyone that wants to go to the beach.

Great Condo in Rosemary Beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at High Point in Rosemary Beach. The condo is in outstanding condition and was very comfortable. It has amazing views of the pool and ocean and it very conveniently located near the shops and dining. Rosemary beach was a great vacation!!

Great stay
Great location and Beth was easy to work with. Loved the smaller size of the property and the gated community - limiting their number of people on property and private beach. Great views of pool and ocean from this unit. We will certaintly visit again!
