Este magnífico, condominio totalmente renovado en el lado norte de la ciudad del océano está a unos pasos de distancia del océano Atlántico. La unidad se encuentra en la playa con una piscina de tamaño completo oylmpic privado al complejo. Ver la salida del sol en el océano o la puesta de sol sobre la bahía con ambos puntos de vista frente al mar y la bahía! La unidad tiene capacidad para 6 adultos cómodamente y viene con excelentes comodidades tales como:

The condo was very clean, the best place we stayed in years. Looking forward to staying here again.

The location is great. We love the quick easy beach access. Unit has its own spot which is a huge plus. We have stayed in many HPN units. One of the better ones. For the most part clean. View from the balcony is fantastic. Only draw back is the washing of all the bed sheets. Thats a large chunk of the next morning. We would stay again.

First time in ocean city and we really enjoyed ourselves. The location was close to everything and the views from the balcony were excellent. The condo was decorated very nicely. The cleaning wasn't the greatest. Several sheets and towels had stains on them even after trying to clean them ourselves. There were no trash bags and the floor defiantly needed swept. Also smelled like smoke but we aired it out. The concerns were relayed to the owners and they did provide assistance.

Very nice clean unit with beachfront access. View is obviously tremendous. Unit was well stocked. Great access to beach and walking distance to many great stores/restaurants. Pool and building are kept clean and very user friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed our vacation.

Overall we loved our stay here. The location can’t be beat. Beautiful ocean view. Walkable to stores, restaurants, and activities. Not super crowded at the beach. The condo was very nice too. It had everything we needed. FYI- there is a $40 fee to park. We knew we had to register the car but didn’t know the price until we got there. Chris and Emily were very responsive and helpful. We did have to wash sheets and towels and remake the beds, which took quite some time the day we left. In hindsight, we should have planned that better. We would definitely love to visit again!

Had a great week at a beautiful condo on the beach, Loved seeing the fox playing in the dunes. The condo was clean and well equipped and we will definitely be coming back.

Nice location on the beach. Nicely appointed and convenient to a variety of restaurants. The condo was well stocked with everything you need except the food.
Owners were responsive and great to deal with.

We just stayed at Chris and Emily's property fewer than 2 weeks ago in August. The condo was absolutely beautiful and provided everything we needed! I communicated with Chris directly for 6 months before our stay and during our stay, and he was always quick to respond, very personable, and extremely helpful! Everything was absolutely wonderful....we will be back (we've already re-booked for next year)!!

Perfect location, just as we prefer on the northern end of town, especially during our 4th of July stay. Great views on both sides of the condo, of fireworks on both the ocean side and the bay side. Making the weekly stay even better. Will definitely be coming back and hoping to the same exact place.

We usually don’t write reviews, but felt we needed to this time. This place is very clean - feeling and smelling - apparent from the moment you walk in. Love the finishes and modern look of everything. Comfy beds and furniture throughout. Love that the balcony floor was nicely finished as well. The only things that were not exactly like the pictures were things that had been upgraded (dining set, swivel chair, etc.). And of course, the view, the reason we chose this spot, is the absolute best part of it all. Thanks Chris and Emily for a lovely stay!

This was our first time renting in High Point North and we will return. The condo was lovely and spacious, the view of the ocean spectacular, the balcony roomy, the beach access easy, and the weather perfect!

Beautiful place. The view is wonderful. We enjoyed watching dolphins everyday. It was perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was fully stocked. And not only was it clean but it felt clean! Would definitely come back.
Just a heads up if someone does plan on sleeping in the front room you might want to bring a fan. Also the all bedding and towel have to be washed and beds remade before you leave.

We loved this place! The front room was great for keeping sandy shoes out of the main living area. We loved that you could see the sunrise and sunset without having to go anywhere. Everything was clean and in good condition. We’ll definitely come back next year!

The condo was well set up from furniture to cookware. No issues were found. The location is great all around. Great views, easy access to grocery store, alcohol store, pharmacy and more. Close parking to elevator in assigned spot. You will need to register car at front desk with a fee. A drive down to the board walk ranged from 10-20 mins based on traffic. The bus picked up across street and you could ride for $3.00 a day. Would recommend this condo and hope to book again in future.

We enjoyed this place so much! The location was perfect! We had family visit us for a few days and there was no issue getting a 2nd parking pass for them. The rinse off area on the deck was great it had a hose so you can hose down sand toys/chairs. The apt had everything we needed and more! The kids were so excited to see it was stocked with board games and movies. We loved the furniture on the balcony too, it was nice to be able to lay down and enjoy the ocean while sipping my morning coffee/mimosa . Would def stay here again!! Thank you so much for maintaining this property so nicely and being thoughtful of people who stay here.

Our stay at 10D was amazing. The location was great and convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and activities. The proximity to the beach was great and the kids loved the pool. The condo was nice and clean with gorgeous views of the ocean. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing stay at this condo. The location was perfect - right on the beach with beautiful expansive views from the large balcony, including dolphins swimming by each morning. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach, and being in North Ocean City allowed us to be a bit outside the crowded city center/boardwalk area, but close enough to everything we needed. It was a short drive to the boardwalk, Bethany Beach, and restaurants, shops, ice cream, etc. were all walkable. The condo is very well kept, modern, incredibly clean and well stocked. You can tell the owners take pride in the property. It allowed for a very comfortable stay for three adults and two children. Even though it is only one bedroom, it is very spacious. The owner was very responsive and wrote back to any inquiry we had within minutes. We highly recommend this condo and hope to come back next year.
