The spa alone locked up our choice for this property. Very short walk to restaurants, grocery, and shops. Fully equipped kitchen. Roomy. Lots of TV's if you wish. Basement playroom for kids. Hiking right out the door. Fantastic view.
Con: the grill is broken, dirty, with a grease trap laying on the propane tank. Unusable. Disappointing with 3 cooks in the house. Also, good paper products should automatically be supplied at these rates.

PROS: Location! Walked to everything. Hot Tub was big, 6 adults. Wifi and cable to watch the games. Well stocked kitchen, multi-charger for all our devices.
CONS: Could use more bath towels. With tubbing at night and showers in the morning, we had to wash towels every day. Bring your own shower soap.

We will definitely stay here the next time we are Yachats! It's the best...location, comfort, cleanliness, convenience...and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Watching the tides, hikes, great food and beers, etc....the best!

I have stayed in Yachats every year for the past 45 years and I can confidently say that this is my favorite rental. The house is cool, well-stocked without being overstocked. The location cannot be beat; close to Luna Sea, Drift Inn and the Underground Pub, the 804 trail and the Amanda trail! The view is amazing; the bay, the ocean, the river, seals and whales! Ocean Odyssey is the best property manager. They were so easy to deal with; instantly responsive and very friendly. A great experience! Thank you!

We had a great time at this house. The view is amazing, it's interesting to watch the bay as the tide goes in and out, such a change! The house is set up nicely, plenty of dishes and pots/pans/containers for cooking. It's also a couple minute walk to restaurants and the market. You can walk around on Hwy 101 (busy road though) and cross the bridge to the beach you look at from the window, or a quick drive, there was plenty of parking when we were there. A very convenient location. The house was quiet, a few cars pass once in a while, but definitely slows down at night. The deck out front was a nice place to relax and watch the water. The hot tub was a great add as well, looking at that same great view. Overall the house was clean and is well maintained. Check in was easy, and communication on getting there and checking in was very fast. We will definitely be back!

We come to Yachats twice a year for a mini-getaway. This is the first time we stayed at Ya-Hatian Tides. Scheduling was easy and staff was helpful, even got an early check in! The view is incredible! The house has everything you would need and is pet friendly! The only downside was the bathroom was really dirty. There is mold on the walls and ceiling. The door by the toilet was splattered with who knows what. There were clumps of hair on the walls of the shower. The mold needs to be mitigated and bathroom deep cleaned. If that were fixed this would have been the nicest vacation rental with the best location!! The hot tub was an excellent bonus!

Watching the tides go in and out, viewing the sunset and sunrise from the decks or hot tub, walking to tide pools and the beach...this place is everything you’re looking for. There are several restaurants and stores within walking distance, but we cooked most meals in the fab kitchen. We can’t wait to stay again!!

Nice fenced deck (safe for your pup) and hot tub off the upstairs bedroom. The main bathroom has a large tiled shower with double shower heads to totally drive away the chill. Highly recommended!

Wow, this is a fantastic place to enjoy the magic of Yachats. We had gorgeous weather to enjoy both patios. This is such a comfy, cute and welcome home for friends to gather and make amazing memories. I literally can't wait for my next visit. Everything was absolutely perfect!

This is my 4th time in this house and I still love it. Plenty of room for the family and a great game room down stairs. The View is amazing. Evenings in the hot tub as the sun sets is what makes the trip.

This is a charming older home that's been modernized but still has some of it's historic character. This is a charming older home that's been modernized but still has some of it's historic character. It was clean (probably the best equipped kitchen in a rental), had great internet service and was walking distance to stores and restaurants. But the best thing was the amazing views of the ocean and Yachats river estuary.

Amazing house with amazing view. Absolutely no cell(T-Mobile) service in the home at all. The pictures when I booked showed a loft area with a small seating area, when we arrived we could see this area with a rug and house plant but this was not accessible which we found very odd? They charge a cleaning fee and then also require you to wash all the dishes and towels before check out, which I would have done anyway but to charge for cleaning and then require the guest to also clean is a rip off. It also took my over a month to get ahold of the rental company so that my card would be charged, I ad to supplied my card CVC code three times because it was "deleted" from their system twice? I would book this house again but not if they still use that rental company.

Perfect for 3 couples, and great amount of room to hang out in kitchen/dining Area or to watch movies, we just moved the furniture around a little so everyone could see the TV. Small suggestion though- there's no light upstairs where the hot tub is. Would be cool if some of those heavy duty string lights were out there. Also no heater upstairs so I was cold but my husband wasn't. Overall it is an amazing g home, and would definitely stay again.
