Enclavado en Ship Bottom, esta con encanto casa por 414 € por noche es una fantástico elección para su próxima viaje. Segundo piso, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos frente a la bahía, con muelle y deslizamiento de barco, capacidad para 10 (4 en 2 sofás cama en áreas comunes). Gran sala de nivel superior con vistas a la bahía en dos lados, con vistas a la cubierta superior grande. Recreación adicional de nivel inferior de 280 pies cuadrados con sofá desplegable, puerta corredera que se abre a la cubierta inferior grande, muelle, deslizamiento y vistas a la bahía. A poca distancia del muelle de pesca, puerto deportivo, alquiler de botes, restaurantes, mini golf y todo lo mejor de Ship Bottom. Nade, pesque o tome cangrejos en el gran muelle detrás de la casa, o estacione su bote para esos cruceros al atardecer. Disfrute de espectaculares puestas de sol diariamente en las cubiertas superiores o inferiores grandes, con toldo retráctil completo, o sentado en el muelle o en la bañera de hidromasaje. My family and I had a wonderful time at this beautiful bayfront home. The sunsets on the deck were amazing. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the beds were very comfy too. Very walkable to the beach. Pizza, pancake house, and most other services are also very near by. Thank you Nancy and David for a great time!!

Nancy and David own and maintain a wonderful bayfront home on LBI - Surf City.
This is my first Bayside vacation and I enjoyed the hot tub beside the bay as much as I enjoyed sitting oceanfront on a deck (during previous visits to LBI).
Their home is lovely, absolutely clean and stocked with MANY daily-use items in perfect condition.
The location, although basically very close to the island bridge is positioned on a property that feels relatively secluded (based on the house placement at the end of the block). Then, mature growth landscaping creates a visual block to the one side of the house that has "neighbors"). It is only 2 blocks from the ocean and 5 steps (or less) from the Bay on their private dock.
We LOVED our stay in this home. Nancy was a kind and helpful host, patiently responding to my few pre-visit inquiries.
Thank you Nancy and David for a VERY ENJOYABLE stay on Long Beach Island.

We stayed here with our daughter and a few friends for her Sweet 16 weekend. It was the best location! The girls enjoyed the bay and the paddle boards (no kayak as stated in listing), and had a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owners was great, they couldn’t have been nicer!

By day two it felt like home. The view was gorgeous, especially in the morning with coffee. There was both a Keurig and regular coffee maker to use and all the basics you would need in a kitchen.Plenty of things to do and see even though our stay was preseason. The house was clean and comfortable. The only issue we had were the uncomfortable beds. That would be a wise inexpensive investment since most are looking for a good nights rest while on vacation. Otherwise this stay would have been 5 stars easy!

This is a nice house to rent for a weekend getaway with friends. Owners were nice and very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a restful weekend by the water.

Terrific place in Ship Bottom, right on the bay and walking distance to the beach. Very clean and spacious. Nancy and David are excellent hosts: very responsive and helpful. We spent both nights in the hot tub at sunset, marveling at the vibrant sunsets.

My friends & I have a long standing tradition of a winter get away. Unfortunately 2 got Covid & couldn't join us. The hot tub was amazing, the view from property as well!

The space was comfortable to stay in. There were 2 large bedrooms and one room with bunk beds. The bathrooms were decent & we had plenty of hot water.
A few critiques:
- staying in the off season it took hours for the house to get warm as we had to turn on the heat when we got there & it was still quite drafty.
- many of the walls/trims were dirty and scratched and some water damage in the bathroom - just made it feel a bit worn down
- the railing getting in was super shaky and with older folks it made us a bit nervous
- we just stayed for 2 nights so it was a lot to bring all sheets, towels, paper towel soap, etc. (it did state in the listing, but just a lot of extra packing coming for a quick trip from out of state)
Overall, I would say it’s good for younger groups during the summer only who will spend the majority of the time at the beach or outside.

Had a great fall getaway at this property. Sunset views from the hot tub were absolutely spectacular! Conveniently located in a nice, quiet area of Ship Bottom. The place was clean, cozy and comfortable. Owners are extremely pleasant and accommodating. Overall a great experience! Thank you!

Quiet part of the island, unparalleled views of the bay, sunset dinners, direct connect outdoor gas grill, hot tub, water toys, beach chairs and trolley, well appointed kitchen with 2 sinks, gas stove, water/ice dispensing fridge, microwave, comfortable accomodations,
ceiling fans, electric fireplace, tastefully decorated, plenty of board games for a rainy day. Two block walk to the ocean past the best ice cream joint, dollar store, liquor store, fresh market... The only concern is that two of the 4 bikes on premise will need attention soon as they are rusting badly. The AC compressor is right next to the outdoor table and it can be disturbing when it turns on, but we turned off the AC when we dined outside so we didn't have to worry about it. 😄 We love this location and really don't want to share it with anyone else! 😜 David and Nancy were responsive, friendly and accommodating. Wonderful hosts!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in Ship Bottom. The sunsets were amazing. It was so nice being right on the bay with access to the water for kayaking and stand up paddle boarding. And the beach was just a short walk away.

Ideal for a fun summer stay unfortunately we went in the winter and the property is definitely not designed for cold weather. Living/ dinning area and kitchen were about 60 degrees or less. We had covers/blankets and a space heater and it was freezing. Rooms got extremely hot.

It was extremely windy the weekend we stayed but otherwise would have had morning coffees on the deck and on the bay deck. Hot tub was great and the host was great about checking in to make sure the hottub was up and running. As in the description, bring your own towels/bedsheets. The 2 bathrooms were also nice for multiple girls getting ready at once. Hoping to make this an annual girls trip location!

Wonderful Winter Get Away
We stayed here to celebrate my fathers February birthday and it was perfect. The hot tub was so much fun and the view was spectacular. Everything was clean, orderly, comfortable, and overall it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend staying here, I know we’ll be back!
