A great unit, in an excellent location near the 101 freeway and with a view of the golf course. Both the owner and Connie the manager were more than very accommodating. Enjoyed their stay very much.

Very nice and comfortable condo overlooking the golf course in a nice quiet gated community.
Property manager and owners were extremely helpful and considerate as we used the condo for long term daily treatment at Mayo Clinic which is only about 7 minutes away
Also being so close to desert ridge shopping center was perfect for shopping and dining options.

Relaxing, quiet unit with a great deck that overlooks a peaceful, quiet golf course. Community, pool, etc was clean, quiet and well kept. All the peace and quiet within the community but only a half a mile from the vibrant restaurants and bars on High Street and a mile from the massive Desert Ridge Mall with more restaurants and bars and shopping. Thank you!

We liked having the attached garage and took advantage of the pool. Great view of the golf course. We would definitely stay there again.

Really Enjoyed this Condo
We really enjoyed our stay at this particular condo. We liked the location, which perfectly suited our needs. The condo was very nicely furnished, and in excellent condition. All of the amenities provided were also great. We particularly enjoyed the patron looking at the golf course. The proximity to shopping and restaurants was also very convenient. Without hesitation, this condo will be our first choice the next time we need a long-stay place in Phoenix.

Truly a wonderful home
This condo is very will furnished and user friendly for renters. The amenities are very impressive in the community. The unit was clean and comfortable and furnished with anything we needed. Awesome location and views from the patio. We very much enjoyed the quiet and solitude after a long day of hiking, golfing, etc. Sunsets are stunning. I would recommend this unit to anyone. The owners obviously take pride in their ownership of this condo.
