We had a comfortable stay in this unit. Would stay here again. Things to know include that this building is one of the furthest away from the gondola. Still very walkable. The negatives about this unit is that we were required to purchase batteries at the General store for the remote. which were very expensive. Also, the storage area under the stove is full of crumbs and old meals. Should be cleaned out immediately. The bedspread on the master bed is frazzled on the ends. Needs replacement. Otherwise, this is a heavily utilized ski condominium. You do know some of these things going into it.

Only downside was the elevator wasn't working and the spa was not either, so it was a drive to the hot tub. Other than that, it's a short walk to everything which is nice with kids. The heated garage is also nice for keeping snow off the car. A great place with lots of space and board games to keep kids off the phones.

This was a spacious condo on the top floor. All the furnishings were nice. A quick 5 min walk to the gondola. The leather pull-out couch was very easy to set up and comfortable. Our only complaint is that this unit is located near the elevator, so you can hear the elevator pully's all night from the master bedroom. Even with a sound machine you could hear machine-like noises. We got this unit for a good rate, so ultimately we were still happy with the decision to rent. Check-In was easy and the property management company was very communicative.

Unit with sizable a fairly comfortable but very outdated. Master bedroom was right next to the elevator and hallway very loud lots of pedestrian traffic and elevator noise. Mornings were early up because of deliveries and snow maintenance noise. It was very poor ventilation no ceiling fans and poor light.

We loved the location. A short walk to the gondola. The beds in this condo are fine...2 queen, but the sofa bed is in bad shape (tears in the back cushions and the support bar is very uncomfortable). The two arm chairs are in poor condition. The ice maker did not work, but there were ice cube trays. The fireplace screen had a thick layer of dust as did the top of the refrigerator. The management company communicated extremely well. We loved the size of this condo. I hope the owners replace the living room furniture.

The condo was well layed out and had plenty of space. Location was great, just a few minutes walk from the building to the gondola. Kudos to the cleaning team as it was the cleanest condo that I have ever rented. It was a bit noisey given the proximty to the elevator (particularly in the master suite) and parking lot, although I would argue that snow plow noise in the early morning is a sign that a good day is on the way!

The unit was a little tired and rundown in places, but overall very nice and a great size, plenty of space for a family of 4. However, unless you are a really deep sleeper I would NOT recommend booking this unit. It is right by the elevators, and the insulation in the interior walls must be non existent, as you will hear every single elevator ding, and every single conversation of people entering and exiting the elevators. All. Night. Long. To say it was a pain in the butt is a huge understatement.

This well stocked and spaciously large 2bed/2bath penthouse condo (for the price) was excellent. While the living room furniture could use some judicious updating the size of the place made up for it. Excellent bedrooms and baths. Free covered parking. Great location. I would stay here again anytime. Getting the keys to the condo was a bit hectic but I did get a handful of them.

Easy check in process on our time frame. Elevator from parking garage was broken during our stay, but this was communicated via text message before we arrived which allowed us to plan ahead. Bedrooms were spacious and unit was clean upon arrival. The only issue we encountered during our stay was ice maker not working. They sent maintenance out. They brought ice trays and filled them since they were unable to immediately fix the issue. Overall great unit, owner, and communication. Would rent again.

Large, comfortable condo. Had everything we needed except for baggies, foil and plastic wrap. Great amenities and location. We would definitely stay here again. Note: The elevator is right next to this unit and you can hear it all day. It bothered me but not the rest of my family.

As soon as we got there, I received a text from a live person letting me know to respond back if we need anything. I couldn't figure out the remote - we had a technician in our living room within 15 minutes. Job handled. Very pleased with the overall stay. Cheers

This was probably the first vacation rental we have rented that was described as listed. The check-in information and process was easy and well throughout, the location of the unit made it easy to access for going to and from the slopes. The condo unit was very clean, all towels and bedding were in good condition. The furniture was in good shape, the beds were comfortable, all kitchen appliances, utensils, cookware and stoneware were in good condition. The heat system worked fine and we enjoyed the fire place after being on the slopes all day. The hot tubs were easy to access, you just had to wait your turn. There were only two problems during our stay. The first was a glitch in the fire alarm system which kept triggering an alter. Luckily this happened early in the evening the fire department was able to resolve the issue. Second the laundry facility on the 5th floor (adjacent to our unit) was out of service. It would have been nice if we were informed of this prior to our visit. The only inconvenience was having to use the laundry room on the first floor. The unit is close to the elevator and you can hear it in the master bedroom. Additionally, the unit overlooks the parking lot and during ski season you do hear the snowplow clearing the lots early in the morning, as well as the shuttle bus drop off and pickup. Overall the property was quite and most guests were respectful of quite hours. Our family of four enjoyed our stay in Buffalo Lodge for ski vacation.

While the room and everything was great and we truly enjoyed the place, the problem was that there was no working elevator, and we were on the 5th floor. It wouldn't have been a big deal had we been warned before hand about this, as we could have pivoted if needed. But we were not warned before hand and therefore were surprised by this. This meant our week was the planned around how much we had to carry up and down the stairs and when.
I would have liked to have had a heads up as this was a very big factor to our week in a otherwise great place.
