Las vistas al mar y al puerto desde la amplia terraza (12 'x 20') son muy hermosa y relajante. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y ver la puesta de sol.
Hay un montón de espacio para seis en esta unidad de dos habitaciones / dos baños (1.157 pies cuadrados), con sala de estar, comedor y cocina totalmente equipada. La suite principal de arriba tiene una cama king size con walk in closet y baño privado. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama queen size y un futón tamaño completo. La sala de estar tiene muchos asientos, un sofá cama y una terraza con vista al mar. Todas las habitaciones tienen ventanas o puertas con vista al mar y ventilador de techo. Great experience overall! Everything was clean and the view was amazing.

Very nice clean and well furnished Condo in a great location. Loved the pool and the beautiful grounds just steps away from the beach. Easy entry to the gated community and plenty of restaurants near by to satisfy your appetite. Very convenient to both San Diego and the north beach communities. Would love to stay there again but for many more days.

We absolutely love this condo. It has so many amenities provided and the view from the balconies can’t be beat! The owners are very nice and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful and safe. Highly recommend this place to anyone wanting to get away!

I’ve stayed at several North Coast Village properties and this one has become my new favorite. It was the perfect size for our family, perfect views of the ocean and the ocean sunsets, and perfect location in the E building. We will definitely be going back.

We had a wonderful time. The ocean views were great, just as advertised. Loved hearing the waves crashing in.
The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Very close to many restaurants and great walks on the beach.

We felt so comfortable staying at the condo! The ocean view from the unit was great, and it’s located with an easy walk to the wharf and the pier. The kitchen is very well stocked (cooked all our meals here), and the unit provided us with everything we needed. Owner was always quick to reply with my questions. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay with our family in Oceanside. Despite rainy weather, the community had a heated pool and hot tub for the kids and the condo was furnished with everything we needed. The owner communication was great and we will definitely keep this in mind for future trips.

This property was very spacious for our 6 member family including two decks overlooking the ocean. The beach was just outside the complex and seemingly everything you would need for a fun day at the beach was provided by the owner (e.g. boogie boards, beach chairs, etc...). Overall, a very enjoyable experience for my family.

This is our 2nd stay here and it was just as wonderful as the first time. We added a family member recently, our almost 6 month old grandson. Even he enjoyed, especially dipping his feet in the pool. My granddaughter at 5 was successful on her 1st boogie board...following in her grammy's footprints! The condo is perfect in all ways, comfortable, within easy walking distance to so many things. And if you've not tried Parlor Doughnuts, you have to go! For my 5 yo granddaughter it was worth the walk! Looking for a date in 2023 to get back!

This property is very old and hasn’t been updated in years. Furniture was very old and felt unclean. There was mold in refrigerator. Microwave was very hard to use. However, if you are looking for a great view, this condo has it.

This condo was perfect for out family. All the necessities for the beach as well as toys and games for the kiddos.
The owners even drove down to drop off a new blender as the one in the condo wasn't working. We very much enjoyed our stay here!

Easy to rent on Vrbo! It was a wonderful property. We have stayed at Northcoast before but we really enjoyed this condo. It was clean, nicely furnished and had beautiful views of the beach and harbor. I will miss hearing the ocean every night and every morning. Thank you to our hosts!

We stayed in E-305 at North Coast Village. The condo was really nice and it has a great view from both balconies. We would recommend anyone wanting a nice relaxing get a way to stay here!

This was a fabulous property. The view of the beach from all windows was spectacular. The house was extremely clean and well stocked with everything needed for a great stay. It was quiet and restful, and restaurants etc were within walking distance. Could not ask for more.

Great Family Beach Unit
This property has all one needs for a vacation by the beach. We did not have family with us, but it would work great. It has a 2 level lay out, comfortable bedding, a nice living area with comfortable furniture and excellent selection of tv channels. The information was informative and well organized. It was the best stocked place we have ever stayed with kitchen items and spices. There are beach chairs, boards and toys. The grounds and property are very well kept.

Nice Holiday Weekend in Oceanside
The location of and view from the apartment are wonderful. We found the apartment to be less spacious than we expected and did not think that the property description was accurate: the "master bedroom" does not have a door and is really a loft, not a bedroom. It has no privacy from the downstairs living area. The interior of the apartment has not been updated in many years.

This condo was in outstanding shape, overlooked the ocean and was the best stocked we've ever stayed in. From our 13 year old, his birthday BTW and they left a goody bag, to the 91 year old grandfather all really enjoyed the location and luxury of the property.

Cozy and Comfortable with Inspiring Views
We will be back next year for the third straight year. The condo is cozy, comfortable, clean and the views of the ocean, the San Luis Rey River, the harbor, the village, the bridges (Pacific St, train tracks and the 5 frwy) from two balconies never get old. Icing on the cake: the hospitality and attentiveness of the owners is wonderful. We can’t wait to return next October.

Great spot for a beach getaway!
This property was as advertised... on the beach with easy access, great amenities including a heated pool. It was clean and quiet and the view from the balcony was so nice and relaxing. Check in was a breeze, and they even accommodated an early check in for us. It was a short walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. All of this made it very easy for all of us to enjoy, including our infant son. We will definitely consider this property in the future.
