Disfrute de todas las comodidades en un lugar limpio propiedad, bien cuidado. Todo el complejo se encuentra frente al mar, no hay caminos para cruzar para llegar a la playa! Ático 1 es complejo piso vivían con vistas que van para siempre. Unidad es accesible a través de ascensor o las escaleras.
Los muebles cuidadosamente elegidos y la decoración en esta unidad actualizada le permitirá funden en 'Tiempo de Maui'. Cenar en tu terraza mientras observa el 'rayo verde' que puede ocurrir cuando se pone el sol en el océano. Hay muchas tortugas verdes de mar nadando en el oleaje frente a Sugar Beach Resort, y magníficas ballenas jorobadas regresan cada invierno para disfrutar de sus territorios de cría en las aguas de Maui.
Disfrute de un paseo a los más de 5 millas de playa continua cada mañana o por la noche. Hay muchas piezas de césped y muebles de jardín repartidos por los jardines del complejo y la piscina. Los jardines están muy bien cuidados y la piscina se calienta y se mantiene entre los 80 a 85 grados (una de las piscinas más cálidos y sólo calefacción en Kihei). La Unidad está muy bien equipado, cuenta con todas las sábanas y toallas que usted necesita. Hay dos de televisión por cable, una pantalla plana en el dormitorio y un otro de pantalla plana en la sala de estar, ambos tienen reproductores de DVD para películas. Se proporciona un sistema estéreo con CD, Internet de alta velocidad de banda ancha está disponible en la unidad también. Hay un secador de pelo, plancha y tabla de planchar, así como una lavadora y secadora. La cocina está totalmente equipada con ollas, sartenes, platos, cubiertos, tostadora, microondas, etc. La comida está disponible en las inmediaciones: Costco en Kahului, mientras Kihei ofrece un Safeway, Alimentación Land, Star Market, y un mercado diario del granjero.

There is a ton of road noise and a bunch of wind…the beach is decent, the actual condo is dated but perfectly adequate. The kitchen is well stocked while the dryer venting into the shower is gross from my perspective. Everything works and the lady that gives of a parking pass is pretty miserable. Hot tub was cold and grounds were well kept…you are close to a ton of stuff which is nice. I’d probably pick a different property off the main road next time just due to the noise in that I want to hear the ocean, not the cars 😊

We love the location of sugar beach resort. We have stayed at this resort 2 times and have always been happy with our decision. This particular condo has road noise, but we expected it based on its location within the resort. I won’t say this resort is “fancy” but it has all the qualities (beachfront, pool, hot tub) for a great vacation. Bonus, is Dina’s sandwich shop, amazing Rueben sandwich!

Everything was very nice. We really enjoyed sitting on the lanai at night and looking at the ocean. You could even see Molokini and views of Haleakala in the morning colors were beautiful above the other building. Early morning walks on the beach were a great way to start the day. We had so much fun we never made it to the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

Well kept property in a quiet area. You could walk a long time on the beach and not run into lots of people. If you want lots of beach and sun, this is the place!

PH1 @ SBR was perfect for our brief island stay. The property owner and site manager were easy to work with and responsive to our concerns. This location allowed us to easily get to/from the airport, drive the road to Hana, summit sunrise at Haleakala, and hit the beach at Kanapali. The suite was well stocked with what we needed for our simple meals and the closet was also well supplied with beach chairs/umbrella, boogie boards, etc. The pull out sofa was a bit more comfortable for our DD and her BF after some elixirs at the adjacent pub. 😉 The beach is easy to walk and the view of the bay, Lanai and Molokini Crater is amazing! Snorkel in the morning as the beach gets quite breezy around 11am mid-summer.

Love Sugar Beach Resort. Condo was well appointed and comfortable. A little road noise but we knew it’s proximity to the road when we booked. Overall great experience.

We extended our stay by a few days and were very happy with the accommodations! The bed was so comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities! The location was central to all the sites and activities we had planned.

The condo is lovely. Well stocked and clean. The entire property is completely nonsmoking, which we appreciated. The beach is pristine, and we often found ourselves the only ones there. The location is good but not walkable, if you're looking for that. There is an ABC store in walking distance and a sandwich shop on grounds, but that's it for things you won't need a car to get to. The ladies who manage the sandwich shop and bar are excellent to chat with. The staff were friendly and helpful. Kristi was responsive and helpful, but communication about check in and out times conflicted (site, email, and text provided different times) which made things a bit difficult to plan out initially. Nonetheless, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Kristi is a wonderful host, and we appreciate her! Mahalo!

Clean & relaxing Condo on the beach! The beach goes for miles. Great snorkeling and such a great atmosphere. Location is central to everything else. We will definitely be back!

Both couples were traveling in celebration of 20 yr and 23 yrs. Initially it was just my hubs and I and when we inquired on additional properties or 2 beds. The price and location did not compare. Sugar beach was amazing. The waves were just enough to get the oceans waves not at aggressive as McKenna Beach or Paia Beaches. The pool was also a treat on days when we just wanted to dip our feet in and read a book. The bar onsite was great to seek shelter from the sun and enjoy a cocktail. The room itself was tight for 4 adults and the pull out sofa bed was missing quite a few springs which made for uncomfortable sleeping. We ended up renting 2 additional beach chairs for the week at the store downstairs for $35/chair. Which was pretty steep considering the local scuba/beach shops in Kihei were 2 for $35. It was convenient to have a washer/dryer in room even though dryer was so loud. We just knew to run it while we were out for the day. Kitchen was fully stocked and nice to see hand/dish soap, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the unit. One less than to buy. Location is central to a lot! Our favorite was the shops in and restaurants in Kihei. Like Moose, Ohana, Tiki Lounge. I would highly recommend this unit for any couples looking to celebrate the beauties that Maui has to offer.

All was as expected based on prior reviews. Place was well kept and sufficiently supplied for all needs. Check in was smooth (even after hours). Since it was a unit closes to the road the previously mentioned road noise was heard from the lanai (as expected) yet never inside or during sleep. Comfortable and clean with good communication.

All fabulous with one exception. Groups of people who know each other monopolized the hot tub for many hours so no one else could enter. This was a nightly occurance. 10-15 people at a time in small hot tub.

Great place to stay
We really enjoyed our stay here. Very easy check in/out process. The unit was big enough for our family of four. The unit was clean and the bed was nice and firm. pullout couch was comfortable for the kids. Great AC in the unit. Kitchen was nicely stocked WIFI was strong. The unit had everything we needed including beach towels, and beach chairs .We really enjoyed walking along the beach to the ABC store or to get some shaved ice. We would love to stay here again the next time we come to Maui.

Great view from the balcony!
Great location. We liked staying out of the hustle and bustle but we're still able to get where we wanted to be easily. I watched the sunrise from the balcony. The pool and grilling areas were great. You were able to walk straight into the beach on a little path. Kitchen had some of the basics (extra spices and oil) which made cooking easier. Check out the cabinet before you head to the grocery store. I wish we would have stayed one more day!

I had a lovely stay in the beautiful property.
Overlooking sugar beach and heading the waves crashing day and night was magical.
The resort was calm and clean and friendly.
My family was staying just down the beach and it was a lovely convenient beautiful stroll to visit, and a peaceful night walk back in the evening.
Close to so many great snorkel spots and neat places to eat and enjoy a cocktail.
10 out of 10 can’t wait to return.

Nice place to spend your vacation. The beach was fantastic and very few people. It is a great location that makes it a short drive to everything. The unit was clean and had chairs, coolers, and toys for the beach. The Pool was nice with BBQ grills for cooking dinner. There was a good view from the balcony; however, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a fair amount of road noise. All of the top-floor condos are listed as PH or Pent House. Just FYI, no different than the rest. Overall a great place for a vacation, clean, good location, lovely beach, suitable for family (on pull-out), or just a couple getaway. We will go back again. Have a fabulous day

I had a lovely stay in the beautiful property.
Overlooking sugar beach and heading the waves crashing day and night was magical.
The resort was calm and clean and friendly.
My family was staying just down the beach and it was a lovely convenient beautiful stroll to visit, and a peaceful night walk back in the evening.

There was a good view from the balcony; however, as mentioned in other reviews, there is a fair amount of road noise. All of the top-floor condos are listed as PH or Pent House. Just FYI, no different than the rest. Overall a great place for a vacation, clean, good location, lovely beach, suitable for family (on pull-out), or just a couple getaway. We will go back again. Our stay at Sugar Beach was lovely. Enjoyed the views from the patio which gave us endless ocean views. It was early March so the whales were quite active. Our kitchen was very well equipped and the BBQs downstairs were nice to have. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again.

Condo is in a great location with a very nice view, great beach access with miles of quiet beach for walking. The condo was clean and well supplied. I found the after hours checkin left a little to be desired with too many instructions. I printed off about 20 pages of instructions when they first came, received emails several times after that (which I didn’t print) and then had trouble getting proper instructions when we arrived late. Thankfully the condo owners had provided their phone numbers and I was able to get into the condo. All I’m all a very good experience for us!
