Location was wonderful, having the sunsets waether permitting. The flowers they had fit perfect, my wife loved flowers and color. The caramel popcorn, was a pleasant little treat also. Very clean property, very comfortable. I did get a temporary fishing license w/ my son-in -law, and I did actually catch 1 small Striper about 14". Only fish the whole time, but just to be able to go out and cast your line out was nice. Thank you and it was a wonderful Blessed time.

We had an amazing trip. The house was perfect- clean and comfortable. The location was great and the private beach and Fock was wonderful for the grandkids! Kerry was a super host and so responsive. I would definitely recommend this home!

Beautiful waterfront place on Rehoboth Bay just a couple of blocks from the ocean beach. And if you don't want to walk that far you can enjoy the private bay beach right outside your door. Perfect for kayakers, paddleboarders or folks who just like to enjoy the breeze, views and maybe a cocktail on the wonderful porch. Well equipped and plenty of room for our group of 8 adults.

Wonderful property right on the Rehobeth Bay side of Dewey Beach. It has its own beach, with other snug harbor units, and a swimming area. Dewey Beach is two blocks across the road. Walking distance to basic restaurants (loved the meal we took out from Mama Marias). The property was super clean and comfortable. Beds, in particular. 4 bedrooms all a nice size. Two and 1/2 baths. Furnished nicely with comfortable, attractive furniture. The porch, ahhhhh the porch... the best thing about this snug harbor unit. Larger screened porch looking out over the bay. Table for eating and large sitting area. I spend much of my time there catching the bay breezes and reading, especially first thing in the morning with my coffee and only the laughing gulls for company.Thank you. We will stay here again. It is now our new favorite place.

We loved staying at this property right on the bay it was very clean and more spacious than we had anticipated. The kids were able to go out and play on the sand as we watched from the deck and just a short walk to the beach. We absolutely loved it and would stay again.

The pics do not do this beach house justice, it’s even better in person! My family and I had a great time from fishing and catching crabs on the pier to just enjoying tea/coffee with the view of the water. Not to mention the beaches that are close by. Overall a great time!!

We really enjoyed this property. The location was convenient the new beach sand was great and the kids loved it. Water is shallow so made it safe for the kids to paddle board and play.

We couldn't have been happier with this property! The beachy bay front with the pier was so fun for our young kids and SO convenient. The house itself was clean, updated beautifully and spacious. The one slight downside was a lack of an outdoor shower. We would certainly return to this wonderful property!

My family had a great experience staying at Snug Harbor! The location was great and has a beautiful view of the bay. The back screened-in porch was our favorite spot to spend time. Would absolutely book again.

Snug harbor was amazing for our family with two young kids (5 and 7). Having the bay beach accessible right off the porch was perfect, and the house is very comfortable. The whole complex appears to have been recently renovated. Kerry was super responsive to any of our questions - can't recommend it enough!

We enjoyed a fabulous family vacation at this property! The townhouse was very clean and comfortable with a great beach vibe. The sunsets were stunning! This property in Dewey beach was perfect for families. We stayed in the first floor dwelling, and it was the perfect location on the bay, easy walk to the beach, and located just down the street from Grotto's Pizza and other restaurants! Owners were very nice and accomodating. We will return!!

If you are looking for a place in Dewey that is close to all Dewey has to offer but is still a private slice of beach-heaven this is where you should stay. We were in town to celebrate our twins twenty first birthday. This house was perfectly located to walk to the craziness but come back to a tranquil private beach and amazing screened in porch. The layout of the house is perfect as well. We had my family plus my sisters and we fit perfectly. The pictures truly don't do it justice-it's truly amazing. Thank you for letting us stay in your place. We all agreed that we should do it again next year.

This condo is wonderfully located: right on a quiet sandy beach on Rehoboth Bay, and just two blocks from the ocean beach. It was great for our family. It was quite comfortable, although a little shabby. The screened porch was great, but could be improved with a ceiling fan.

We had an amazing stay at Snug Harbor! We booked this place as a last minute family getaway for Labor Day weekend and it exceeded expectations. With 5 adults and 4 kids there was plenty of room for all of us but the best part was the multiple outdoors spaces as well as the private beach which kept the kids occupied for hours! Great location, within walking distance to shops and restaurants and a quick drive to Rehoboth. Kerry was easy and quick with communication! Would HIGHLY recommend Snug Harbor! We will definitely be returning in the future!

We had a wonderful time staying in this house. Ample room for the eight of us, great location, and awesome beach and dock on the bay. This is a great house for a family weeklong getaway! And Kerry was very easy to reach, responding quickly to any inquiry we had.

Location was perfect! Beautiful spot on Bay but just down the road a short 5 min walk from beach. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Only down side was having two other units above us.

Good spot and great location, unbelievable beach and pier to hang out on. Only negative was getting charged $250 for linens and then having to wash them after the stay. Would highly recommend to any family or group.

Let me start by saying the stay was actually nice. It is the aftermath that will shock your world. Exactly 24hrs after checking out, I received an email from CSA claiming that we "stole" a light house, which none of us cared enough to remember seeing it inside the property. Four hours later, I received another email from CSA stating that the check was cut to the homeowner for the "stolen" item. The property owner nor manager call me at all. Nor did CSA call me to investigate before paying them off. We feel like we became victims of an insurance fraud. Hence, explains why they force you to get protection insurance when you book. Imagine taking your family on vacation, paid thousand of dollars, had a great time, and being called a "THIEF" when you leave. If I needed a light house, I would go buy one for $200,000. The owner claimed $200 for the "stolen" item. I wouldn't mind paying $2,000 if my children were to break something in the house and take full responsibility for it. I do mind being called a "THIEF" for something I did not steal. Even the CSA insurance representative were shocked on how fast the claim was paid for. Makes you wonder how people has this happened to. It's a small amount, but multiple $200 makes an elaborate insurance fraud scheme. This would have been a 5-star rating and multiple weeks of coming back to snug harbor. But that was our first and last and it it should NOT be a visit for you at all.

Clean, livable spot with a great screened-in porch walking right out onto a small, private bayside beach. Walking distance to Dewey Beach strip, and <10 minutes to Rehoboth. It is one of about 8 or 9 condos in the complex, but it's got the best location right on the beach. Arrival instructions were easy to follow, we never had to contact the owner once. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time. The location is perfect. The house has lots of space and is very comfortable. Good communication with the host. Would prefer if linens were included, but we knew this when we booked so it wasn't a problem. Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly I don't think the pictures do the listing justice!! The unit is updated while still keeping that beachy/charming feel. Having coffee out on the deck overlooking the bay and THOSE SUNSETS were so amazing. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Thoughtfully appointed. Our group loved the rental and hopes to be back!

As family converged on the house we had been quarantining at during the pandemic and with our house recently being sold we needed a last minute escape for the kids and ourselves. Found this bayside condo and it did not disappoint. Dewey was empty for Thanksgiving, our kids loved playing in the sand, it was a quick walk to the ocean, and we were able to relax on the awesome patio. If we needed anything we could text the owner and his response was timely and friendly. We have friends and family who we usually stay with when at the Delaware beaches but I would absolutely rent this condo again.

Exceptional space with bay views and use of private beach and pier. The outdoor enclosed patio is a tremendous asset for sitting and enjoying the wonderful fresh sea breezes coming off the bay and made it easy to play with our newborn and feel outside. Also cashing dozens of fish off the pier and soaked in the stunning sunsets.The unit allows for the best of both worlds, the calm serenity of the bay and only 4 blocks to the main entry to Dewey Beach. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and having the grill was also great. Would recommend and we plan in coming back often.
